Pulling Out All the Stops: Utilizing Instructional Assistants to boost Reading Achievement

In this episode we discuss how we were able to use Jan Richardson's Next Steps Forward in Word Study and Phonics to boost reading growth in Kindergarteners. Instructional Assistants jumped in and did amazing work to move students forward. We were blown away by the results, and are continuing this structure at our school.
