Alex Webb is a business and leadership behaviour coach. Working with individuals and teams to optimise their performance through self-awareness, leadership and resilience development.

Alex started her career in education and teaching, having a mixed career within events, sports TV and media, entrepreneurship and technology. With her roles as an Events Director and Programme Director, Alex has created, designed and facilitated workshops, events and programmes for an array of clients.

Following a change in priorities, after children came along, Alex worked alongside one of the Dragons from Dragons Den, learning entrepreneurship and the basics of growing a business. Using these skills and her experience in the events and business worlds, Alex has now set up two companies focusing on developing leadership skills, wherever you are on your career journey - FlyingStartXP working with young adults (16 – 24-year-olds) and TLRdynamics working with middle managers and above, individuals and team.

Nicky is a leadership development consultant, facilitator and coach. Her leadership development and group & individual coaching programmes develop practical leadership skills for high performance and resilience, and she works in education, with gaming companies, and with corporates such as Rolls Royce. 

Whatever the sector, Nicky supports senior and middle leaders, serving and inspiring them, and their teams, to be their best-selves and live lives full of joy and adventure! Her 30 plus years of leadership experience, latterly as a Head, as Chair of the Girls’ Schools Association’s Professional Development Committee, and as an ISI inspector, support this work. 

Nicky's deep curiosity about people and ideas stems from her passion for learning, which is why she wanted to instil both an understanding of learning how to learn, and a life-long love of learning, in the young people she's worked with, and now she gains huge satisfaction from working with adults in all walks of life who are similarly driven.

Catherine Gibson has been an  Independent Consultant for 14 years coaching key Executives for large global companies. Her former roles include being a Disney Finance and IT Executive; a global system implementation program manager and an AVP - Director of Projects and Programs. She has recently supported her former colleague in launching two new businesses:  The Leadership Distillery and The Data Distillery. Catherine is a learner and she has completed a number of coaching accreditations including RLE,  ALA Leadership Training and Disney Performance Excellence Leadership Training. These days you can find her renovating a log home in the North Caroline mountains and feeding the hungry through the Society of St. Andrew. 

Audrey Pantelis is the Director of Elevation Coaching and Consulting. Audrey’s career in education as teacher, middle leader, senior leader and head of school in both mainstream and special educational needs spans over thirty years. She gained her National Professional Qualification in Headship (NPQH) in 2007. She was the founding Headteacher of a free Special school in north-west London where she led the school through its first Ofsted inspection, where it gained a ‘Good with outstanding features’ judgement.

Audrey is an accredited Resilient Leaders Elements leadership coach and C-Me colour profiling Accreditor. She also works with schools and organisations in developing and implementing positive, systemic changes with regards to racial diversity and inclusive practices. She has supported SEND schools with interim leadership support since 2019, and is passionate about supporting staff in their ability to further improve the life chances of children and young people. She is a member of the governing body of Rugby School and Chair of Governors for both Park House (primary) and Tram House (secondary) Schools, part of BeyondAutism group of specialist autism schools.

Delyth Lynch has been on the Senior Leadership Team at Wellington College for 11 years, having previously worked at Bromsgrove School and Kingswood School. In 2018 she was awarded the BSA Research Fellowship conducting her research on ‘Abuse in Boarding Schools, probing into an area where there was little research or literature available. Her paper won the National Research Award (2019) and has received much interest from others in the field, with her findings being cited at the recent IICSA inquiry. She is passionate about "sustainable safeguarding" - creating a safe culture in a school based on values, as well as making the DSL role sustainable. Delyth is a former Ironman triathlete and still enjoys running and swimming - mostly alongside her 5 year old daughter!

Skye Dean is a highly-skilled and experienced physiotherapist and former Army Officer. She combines her skills and passion to help individuals optimise their potential by supporting them as a Resilient Leaders Consultant, focusing on Leadership, Resilience and mental well-being.

With school leadership experience spanning several decades; Mandy leads a development management company which supports organisations and individuals through a reflective, change-focused process. She relishes the opportunity to engage clients in challenging discourse, having coached across a range of sectors. Mandy’s supportive approach enables clients to gain renewed confidence, insights, and skills.She is passionate about empowering youth and firmly believes that the key to national, international, and global sustainable progress, in all sectors, lies in developing youth capacity. She provides organisations with opportunities to future-proof their staffing through coaching and mentoring. This provides a ready avenue to facilitate growth, as evidenced by many clients who, at the end of sessions, have stated that they wished they had done this earlier in their journey.

Isa Buencamino founded What’s Inside Ltd. born out of a desire to help others find their purpose, accomplish it and be happy. Her work is based on the belief that most of what one needs to succeed is already in them. She received her coaching training in 2014 and is a Professionally Qualified ICF accredited coach (PCC).

She was born and raised in the Philippines but pursued most of her career overseas. She has nearly 30 years of corporate leadership development experience having worked for 2 very large but very different types of organisations: 14 years with Unilever and 12 years with Interserve. She has lived and worked in the Netherlands, Belgium, England and Bahrain and ran leadership and coaching programmes all over the world. Equal in importance to her is her role as life partner to her husband of 22 years and lead parent to her 2 teenage children.

Rachel is a 51 year old woman who believes in the good in people, loves nature, struggles with self-esteem and body confidence, loves adventure, is hugely impatient, empathic and pragmatic. She gets stressed by unkindness and rebalance by getting perspective and a dose of logic. She believes that anyone can be a Resilient Leader as long as they are confident in who they are and what they do. If they have that then they are going to know where they are strong and where they need support, when to step up or to step back and what takes them from pressure to stress. They know how to rebalance and will be creating, building and taking opportunities, bouncing back knowing that they’ll find a way through change, uncertainty and crisis.

Julie Rees is passionate about enabling people to flourish. Throughout her teaching career, Julie has always invested time into developing people, whether they are students or staff. After 18 years of headship, Julie wanted to use her leadership experience to qualify as a CTI certified coach and currently enjoys working with leaders in both corporate and public sectors. Inspired by role models who want to make a positive difference to the lives and experiences of our younger generations, Julie continues to learn from others. She knows how to embrace purposeful change and can provide the right level of support, and challenge, in her coaching to empower leaders to make the change they want to see.
