Her mission is to make world-class leadership development available to all irrespective of experience, financial means, age etc. Her life's work, along with my business partner Dr Jeremy Mead, has been to identify those things that make a difference in terms of resilient leadership. They started their work back in the 1990’s and went on to identify the Resilient Leaders Elements and to develop the Resilient Leaders Development Programme™ (RLDP™) - a revolutionary approach to self-directed leadership development. They are building a Resilient Leaders Consultant Community of Practice that consists of an eclectic mix of people who have become accredited through our Resilient Leaders Consultant Accreditation Programme.

Rachel is a 51 year old woman who believes in the good in people, loves nature, struggles with self-esteem and body confidence, loves adventure, is hugely impatient, empathic and pragmatic. She gets stressed by unkindness and rebalance by getting perspective and a dose of logic. She believes that anyone can be a Resilient Leader as long as they are confident in who they are and what they do. If they have that then they are going to know where they are strong and where they need support, when to step up or to step back and what takes them from pressure to stress. They know how to rebalance and will be creating, building and taking opportunities, bouncing back knowing that they’ll find a way through change, uncertainty and crisis.

In this episode I will be chatting to Rachel McGill…

Rachel McGill is the Co-founder of Resilient Leaders Elements.
