Feelings are running wild and I am scared and then that turns into irritability and anger. My first pre-op appointment was intense and scary and I have cried a lot.  I have even wondered if this is the right decisions or should I just cancel.  Raw feelings and I just say what I am feeling.  I will say this, this is not a joke, it is not funny. It is scary and it is serious. With that said, that you for listening and sticking by me, I truly appreciate it and all of you.

Today I talk about my new health diagnosis. What it is and how I found out.....and now how to deal with it and move forward. I hope this can help someone else, remember you are not alone and you and what you are going through is important and does matter.

Remember my struggle in my last episode, getting it off my chest really helped me find a peace and calm about things.  For that, thank you for allowing me to be vulnerable and giving me this platform to express my feelings and for your support.

Have you ever had a situation where you were going through something, where you were worried and needed support?  Not pity, not sympathy but support, Someone who cared, who was there to hold your hand literally and/or figuratively. Yet, you felt you did not have that. How did you or how do you deal with that?  In this episode I share my feelings and my need for support at this moment and determine if I am making a mountain out of a mole hill. 

Have you experienced this yet?  Having an empty nest is full of pros and cons, boy, am I sad right now.  I know it is fine and it will get better, however, right now, it kind of stinks. 

Sorry I have been AWOL for a bit.  That is not fair to all of you. Thank you for sticking by me. I realize I talk really really fast in this episode, I still have so much to work on. I appreciate all of you for listening even though it is not high quality.  I do care about you and am happy that you are on this journey with me and I can be on your journey with you.

I have said it before and I will say it again, HEALING IS NOT LINEAR!!  In this episode, you get me and my ramblings, again!  :) Something so small can cause you to take a step back in your healing journey. Don't beat yourself up, it is OK, give yourself grace. Remember, healing is not linear and we all heal in our own time and in our own way.

Healing is NOT linear, it has peaks and valleys.  Today, depression hit me again. It is OK because healing has peaks and valleys, we should not beat ourselves up over a bad day. 

It is difficult for me to find things to be thankful for or find blessings while I am struggling.  After the situation is over, that is when I have sat back and can then, and only then, find something to be thankful for or realize what blessings were bestowed me.  I am making a conscious effort to try to find these things in the midst of the storm but boy is it hard sometimes.  This episode is me attempting to extract blessings and something to be thankful for from the narcissist relationship I was in.  

An impromptu episode about how I am feeling a bit bitter lately and working through it.  I hope this will help you and you know you are not alone if you experience this feeling as well. 

Do not give up.  You are worth it and you have so much to offer to this world!!  I know the pain or situation may be intense it does not seem you would or could ever feel better or the situation will ever get better, it will.  It will take time, it may not be easy but it will be worth it!

When you have a dream that feels so real that you wake you feel all of the feelings from that dream.  Do those feelings control and dictate your day?  Are you able to let those feelings go right away? Do you feel that feeling but you work through it and still have a nice day?  What do you do to work through it?  Let me know. 

I am sorry this episode is so long!!  I was hoping this would be the conclusion but it is not!!  This episode to me is a little more jumbled and not really in story form, I really gave more experiences and not necessarily in date order.  My goal was to hopefully help you understand the things that happened and layered on top of each other that brought me to a bad place where I needed to heal.  Not what I hoped, I hope you understand and will continue on this journey with me.

Random thoughts and explanations that will hopefully help make more sense of the situation I am telling you all about.  I am usually a very detailed person however I was unsure of how to tell the story/experiences so I just started talking.  I will try to give more as much insight as I can to help you understand what was happening, why I am healing, mention red flags and more.

The beginning of my relationship with a narcissist. I knew nothing about narcissism at this time and did not know until after the relationship ended. G was amazing, so I thought. I loved him unconditionally, at least the man I believed him to be.
