Leo Lombardi is on top of the world.

In case you're still confused as of the circumstances, the person Mi-Eum's father owes money to is Jian, aka Jitae's brother, who seems to have beef with the latter for...guess what? Circumstances regarding money and inheriting the family wealth.

But with more than meets the eye and a common past, will Mi-Eum be able to follow through with his mission, or will he be swept off his feet by his new mysterious and devilishly handsome employee-and soon to become sex partner?

Twenty-nine year old Kim Dan is not on the good side of luck in his most recent days.

As the saying goes, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade.

Well, in our specific case, when life makes it so that you get involved with the top dog of the Hong Kong mafia, pretend you're dead and hope for the best.
At least, that's the brilliant plan devised by Do Jae-hwan in order to save himself from a very enraged-yet extremely sexy- Liu Yuan.

A journalist without a penny to his name, Jae-hwan is always searching for that perfect scoop that will boost up his career. And what better scoop than uncovering the dirt of Taeryong Group, a conglomerate said to be related with the notorious Hong Kong mafia? 
With a little bit of help from his dodgy friend Seo Imyoon, Jae-hwan will be able to infiltrate the rooftop party  where all the top personalities of said groups will meet, and particularly, the CEO of Taeryon Heo Chung, and the mafia boss, Liu Yuan.
His plan is simple: to get to talk to Heo Chung-possibly make him drunk-and make him spill the beans once, and for all.
But alas, as we all well know by now, nothing ever goes according to plan.

And after getting drunk as a sailor on land, Jae-hwan will fall asleep in the arms of Liu Yuan, who will whisper to him two simple words: "Sweet Dreams".
And this, will be the starting of a descent into the pits of sex buddies inferno for Jae-hwan, who clearly didn't sign up for what he'll go through.

With offers that can't be refused and a blossoming triangle on the horizon, will our unfortunate journalist find his happy ending at the end of this ordeal that became his everyday life?

If you've ever wandered what could be the link between knights, demons and rom-com clichés, look no further, this is the episode tailored for you.
Sit back and relax while we dig into the daily life of Risbel Benedane and his frenemy/crush/total blonde bombshell Kendon-respectively second best and top student of Deravilael Academy, the holiest of grounds in terms of training for paladins and the likes.

Uncapable of accepting the fact of being surpassed by Kendon, Risbel devises a plan in order to shake his perfect world. The simplest of plans, in fact: what better idea than summoning an incubus (or mare-or devil-or whatever you want to call them), with the sole intent to haunt Kendon's dreams? And what if that devil is none other than your childhood friend/fuck buddy Robernia? I mean, what can possibly go wrong?

Everything, if you ask me. And why is that? 
Well, I can't exactly spill all the tea, you need to listen carefully to find out.
I can, however, reveal this much: as in the best rom-com tradition, prepare for misunderstandings, tears, unrequited (or so it would seem) love, and seggs.

What was supposed to be a short comeback episode became a 50 minute long ass improv situation where I'm ranting in a very chaotic way.
But at this point I'm guessing chaotic energy is clearly part of my genetic makeup, so I'll fully embrace it.

After two months of silence, I decided to do something completely different than usual, aka recording without a script-I know, shocking.
Did it go the way it was supposed to? Absolutely not.
Do I love it? Every second.
And please, I do encourage you to let me know if you prefer this style better, because as I always say, whatever I do I do for you, my lovely audience, so I want to do my best to improve each time.

But enough with the chit-chats: what's occurring today?
After debating between me and moi on what to bring to these screens for the longest time, it finally came the day when "Count Tachibana" by Kakki came to my aide.
Set during the period of Japanese colonial rule over Korea, "Count Tachibana" narrates the story of two boys, Yonghyun and Sho, from the point of view of Yonghyun.
In the mountains behind the village where Yonghyun lives, lies the residence of one Count Tachibana. Every summer, the boy is invited to said residence to keep company to the only son of the Count, Sho.
Tachibana Sho is a very peculiar subject, and a complete mystery. For one, it seems like he never set foot outside the mansion, and he seems to know no other human being, except for Yonghyun and his own family.
Since they formed a solid and intimate bond during the time they spent together, Yonghyun starts to devise a plan in order for Sho to escape that same mansion that seems to keep him prisoner.
And this could be a tale of two boys like any other, if only the Tachibana family wouldn't be shrouded in mystery.
For one, no one seems to have ever seen the Count, a man always cooped up in his study with work as his top priority.
Furthermore, Sho is forced by a strange and aloof  woman-who calls herself his "guardian"-to take some sort of medicine every night, though no one said anything about the boy being sick.
Also, there's those strange rituals taking place in the Count's study, rituals revolving around a mysterious mirror and the colour red, where never seen before women are chanting in an unknown language.
When there's clearly more than meets the eye, will the boys succed in the accomplishments of their plans, or will they succumb to the meddlesome trouble of the adults around them?

Admin moment aka service communication: this will be the last episode before a month long hiatus due to my family desperately requiring my presence back home. Yes, it is that wonderful time of the year again.

Not only they had to depose a tyrant on season 1, not only they had to face a massive conspiracy and multiple poisoning attempts on season 2, now they have to deal with the aftermath of Shin's tortures and the latter's desperate search for a bride to crown Queen and male heir producer.
As if Wolfgang would ever be interested in anybody else apart from Shin, and a woman on top of that. But alas.

So saddle up, and follow me as we embark on the final part of our journey while we talk duty, obedience, immortal people, royalty, poisons, and as in the best tradition, love that conquers all.

Last we left off, after five years in the making, our favourite trio managed to seize the throne and behead the former King.

Present Day: in the midst of preparing for the coronation day, things are certainly looking hectic inside the royal palace.
With a reckless newly appointed King and not one, but two attempted poisonings, there's no time to rest for Shin, now minister of finance and most of all a man on the verge of a nervous breakdown.
To top it all off, it seems like that due to the failed poisonings, the King has lost his ability to use magic, and with that, the golden blessing which is one of the main reasons why he can sit on the throne.

With that being said, stay with me until the end of today's episode while we follow the boys through, in order (or maybe not):
-a journey up North
-a third attempt to remove Wolfgang from the throne
-Shin being kidnapped and taken South
-last but not least, Sys finally finds love, as it is fair right

I know it doesn't really sound like your canonical hero's journey, but we worship chaos here, and we always preferred a bumpy ride over a smooth sail.

Surely, as an eight yer old kid, the last thing you'd want is to see your mother taking her last dying breath right in front of your eyes.

And if your name is Shin Soohyuk, then you know that you have to do anything in your power to take down the mad king-that same king that would do anything in his power to sleep with you, even if that'll cost your life.

When Wolfgang and Shin cross paths for the first time, that'll be the moment the destiny of a Kingdom too long neglected by its rightful monarch will change forever.
For you cannot change things for the better without a revolution.
For you cannot overthrown a King without crowning a new one.
For you cannot make a king, without a king's maker.

In today's episode, we're going to talk about the importance of choosing the right people to stand by your side in the moments of need.
Or in this case, in the moments of rebellion.
We'll also see how fundamental it is to recognize one's limits, and always be opened to learn from your friends and advisors surrounding you.
And last but not least, we will talk about love at first sight, because love is, as in the best tradition, is how our story starts.

Take a 23 years old student with an ordinary, somewhat boring life.

Bum Geonu may be a knight at a first glance, but he certainly is not once you get to know him better: he swears a lot, smokes like a chimney, always says whatever comes to his mind, and above all, he is a dangerous gangster. 
You might think those two have nothing in common, but believe me when I say, you'll be surprised.

Guess who's back, back again? 
After a long series of technical problems, an unplanned back to work and my infamous tendency to laziness, the wait is finally over.
Last week we talked vampires and our tendency to fall for them despite their peculiar tendency to drink our blood and dry us to death, today it is my pleasure to talk all about our obsessione with killers and shady people, with the help of all time's favourite "Killing Stalking" and masterpiece on the rise "Blind Play".
