Our responsibility toward Him should be that of total obedience.  We should be thinking about getting ourselves on the right path of trusting God with every single detail of our life.  Starting with our hearts.  

Can you live a life in Christ with that exact mindset?  You may never had given this any thought before now.   You may need time to reflect upon it, and pray about it.  God understands we are a people reluctant to move fast in the realm of faith.  Faith is a mystery.  Our very being is equally mysterious.  But God allows the mystery in our lives to reveal his power.

God also gives to us a period of time on earth and all the latitude we need to figure it all out.  But do we always get it right?  Of course not.   And by no means was it ever meant to be simple.  Yet we endure, we trust and we live and we thread the needle. Sometimes breaking both the needle and the thread.  Testing the parameters of our free will, we can go too far, and by the time we realize it, the damage is done. 

But in God, he teaches us the better way to live a great and meaningful life present in his love.  We can receive the gift of his blessing if we choose to include him in every aspect of our lives.  Allow him into the framework, and watch what happens.  What are you waiting for?  You have nothing to lose and everything to gain in Christ Jesus.  Take the great leap of faith and experience his power.

He will guide you and lead you on a path greater than you could ever imagine. His  truths will guide and protect your very soul.  Dig deep down and pull out the trust deep within your soul and present it to him right now.  So that his great work can begin by entering into the silent realm of joy He so wants to share within your company.

Our Holy Lady, allows me to see her during deep thoughts and prayers especially when I am thanking her for the gifts she has given.  It's powerful because she comes to me subtly, and sometimes in a monocromatic way and other times in color.  Best way to describe it, my eyes when they are closed, God allows me to see a picture of our lady, very quickly, and then she is gone.  I contribute those experiences to the many decades of rosaries, I have recited over the years for friends and family and new acquaintances that have asked for prayer.  Prayer is very powerful, and if you are blessed enough desiring to be in Mary, she will come to you and give you your very own personal gift of herself to treasure.  Mary the Mother of God, right now is offering all of God's children great hope. Truly she wants what is best for all of us.  In particularly, what is best for all women, because women become a wife.  A mother.  A grandmother.  A great grandmother.  And if you are blessed to be all the above, you know exactly what I am talking about.  Gods Grace flowing through our Holiest Mother to all Mothers!!!  Women share a special union with Mary, the holiest Mother of God.  Mary intercedes for all mothers, living and deceased.  Our work is an important, never to be taken for granted, but always meant to be celebrated in the Mother of God!  

Learn about Mary.  She is an amazing role model for women.  She is the perfect role model for men because she experienced the great incarnation, giving her yest to God and not fully understanding her pregnancy.  In faith, and in hope, she fully trusted in our Lord, and paved the way for Gods children to trust, to love, to forgive, and desire holiness.  Holiness is key to peace, joy, and love that this world will never ever give, because that love comes directly from God.  A love worthy of trust, worthy of commitment to, a love that transpires all hearts to the immaculate heart of Mary and her Son Jesus Christ.  To live in him, we must die to ourself, die to our own desires, die to the sinful nature of man, where true life begins, and false life dies forever.  

So don't be afraid to let go and let God!  It is a journey of TRUST.  And if you are bleessed enough to follow in the truth, you will be free for all eternity.  That is faith.  Tried and true.  Renounce personal pride and welcome great humility.  And your life will begin stronger, better, happier, holier, and you will see God face to face, you will see Mary face to face, and your guardian angel who has been in charge of you since the day you were placed as a seed in your mothers womb, you will meet, every miracle in your life time you will contribute to God who made the heavens and the earth and every single living creature therein.  

And there is more.  When we die, our body returns to dust.  And our souls are lifted up by Christ.  He comes for us, and we have to be prepared for that day of his coming.  We just cant be idle people, we should desire knowing the faith more than we do.  We are all missionary people.  We were meant to serve eachother.  To love as Christ first loved us.  To be servants first.  Servants of Gods people.  Because as my pastor reminds us quite often, "The servant of us all, is the greatest of us all"...

Amen...

In this most amazing relationship, we experience a transformation of self.  Our inner self is reflective of our outer exterior self.  If we choose to work on our interior self, what I mean by this is - if we choose to clean out our very heart and soul today, tommrow, we can set this world on fire, as did Saint Catherine of Sienna, by living a life, a worthy life, as a woman or as a man of great faith in total surrender and total consecration is an act of service toward God and his people.  

Even in this very moment, God has made himself available to you and to everyone listening in on Deb's Podcast.  As a matter of fact, today within this last eposide for the month of May, I am celebrating with you our 5th Anniversary at Debs Podcast,  since inception.  And I am so very excited about this most great accomplishment because, to me, it is a gift of the heart and soul to connect with you personally as devoted followers.   It is so very fitting that I was inspired to begin this podcast during the Month Of Mary...

Today you are called by God to listen, to learn, to be seeped in the word.  And I do not take lightly any opportunity given to me personally by God through his most perfect design to use every single God given gift he has personally placed within my very soul.   In giving birth to Gods word thorough the holy spirit living in me I am able to show you how much he loves you too! Yes, you are that special to God.

And I reflect upon the very thought of being inspired by God to create and publish Debs Podcast as a podium and platform to share the beautiful faith I had come to know as a woman.  

I am literally jumping out of my skin, with seraphic joy, with every single presentation prepared by me through the works of the Holy Spirit living within my very own being.  This is an opportunity I know of that is instinctively instituted by Christ and Holy Mother Mary revealing to us exactly the way we aught to live.  To truly live, in his love and in his peace, is the most powerful choice and decision one can ever make within their entire lifetime!  

In harmony, in joy, in understanding, and only in Christ, we are able to unravel all truths because the holy spirit is living inside of you, with your permission then  becomes your guide.  And your very own guardian angel too is a part of this process with permission granted by God himself, protecting you from all harm and all evil from the exact moment you were born, to the exact moment you were baptized in the Holy Spirit, to the exact moment you were confirmed, receiving first reconciliation, first confession, holy orders, holy matrimony, and finally in death, the church is there for you as you leave this earth and enter into the heavenly glory of God.   Being called by God to personally to enter into an amazing relationship with him, will forever change the course of your life as you make your journey back toward your creator.  Your yes however has the power to save you!  It is that plain and that simple, it is we who make faith complicated because it requires giving up something.  Giving up our free will.  And when we do we follow and live within the parimeters of God's laws.  

The beauty of our faith is this.  We prepare one another, and we show one another our accountability in Christ, because if we are accountable to Christ, we can be accountable toward others, plain and simple.  And then our very lives begin to unfold and we build a life worthy of living.  The believer in you, cannot do this with an inkling of doubt.  No way!  That is why it is called faith.  We either believe or disbelieve.  And when we believe we begin to follow the greatest of all believers, Christ Jesus, himself. 

Yes, this journey we are on has and holds the greatest meaning.  Our very souls depend upon this life in Christ.  If you want to challenge me on this fact.  Please do.  Step up and surrender everything to Christ and you will begin to live unlike you have never lived before.  Christ has the ability to free you completely, on this fantastic journey, not to be missed, but to be lived to the absolute and fullest degree imaginable!  This is what happens to us when we give Christ permission over our free will to do something extraordinary in and through him.   

Are you interested in learning about and tapping into your highest potential ?  If you are, then you are ready to say yes and enter into an eternity with Christ on earth that will continue well after your duty on earth is completed.  I love this about our faith, it is a stepping stone, each yes, each desire to share Christ, and be like Christ in society that is dying of thirst and hunger in knowing their true purpose.  Your identity is defined by a lifetime well lived in Christ.  Are you ready to enter into his awesome arena?  If so keep a journal, keep a holy hour, and live a life devoted to Christ, and your true purpose will be revealed to you as a gift from holy Mother Mary.  Who never forgets her son and who never forgets us!

Pray to Mother Mary and ask her to guide you in finding the perfect church to attend mass, to involve yourself in church ministry.  Pray some more, and listen to our Lord respond to your requests.  Seek...Search...Trust...Verify...  And you will receive all your answers to the many unanswered questions of your life.  

Consecration to The Immaculate Heart Of Mary.  I (state your name), a faithless sinner, renew and ratify today in thy hands, O Immaculate Mother, the vows of my baptism.  I renounce Satan, his pomps and works; and I give myself entirely to Jesus Christ, the Incarnate wisdom, to carry my cross after Him all the days of my life, and to be more faithful to Him than I have ever been before.

In the presence of all the Heavenly court, I choose thee this day for my Mother and Mistress.  I deliver and consecrate to theee, as thy slave, my body and soul, my goods, both interior and exterior, and even the value of all my good actions, past, present and future; leaving to thee the entire and full right of disposing of me, and all that belongs to me, without exception, acording to thy good pleasure, for the greater glory of God, in time and in eternity.  Amen.    

Our precious Lord wants ALL of us to share our spiritual journey with HIM, as to be a benefit to those just beginning their faith filled journey.  The richfulness of Gods truths are powerful and never to be missed.  His grace is available for everyone.  But some choose the darkness over the light.  This podcast shows you the bright light of Christ living in hearts serving Him and their stories unfold, their stories inspire the faithful in discovering their own.  You have a part to play in this beautiful process as a Catholic.  It is when we discover Jesus, we discover who we really are and who we are meant to become in Him.

We learn from one anothers honesty, it is in God's truth, we never stop growing  because our faith in Jesus lives inside of every heart he has ever created.  Why is this so important?  I believe that as the Holy Apostles shared their story, and all the angels and saints shared their stories, our stories are equally important to the bigger story, in encouraging, and in feeding the flock.  Today someone may need to hear the words of Saint Clare, some may need to hear my story about "Loss And The Cross".  The heaviness we carry in this life can become lighter if and only if we turn away from sin and turn our hearts toward God.  

In and out of season He is the reason we are here.  We must never forget Jesus, because once we take our eyes off the cross, we lose sight of the truth, and to live in his truth is to be in Christ, to be in Christ is to receive and believe in the Holy Eucharist, and becoming daily communicants.  At every holy mass, we are being fed the proper spiritual food to sustain us for the journey we are heading towards with Christ at the helm.  As did all of our ancestors before us.  We continue, we believe, our souls will go on living forever in Christ, our saviour, our rock, our all.   

Obedience in Christ, obedience with one another, Christ is revealed, he is at the very core of our being, leading us on a journey toward the heavenly kingdom.  We trust, we believe, and we live a life worthy in Him.  It is the best choice, and the power within that choice brings the greatest joy, because it is the joy of Christ and Mary filling our hearts with everything we will need, and protecting us from the harm we do not need to experience in our lifetime.  That is how much we are loved by our creator, if only we could come to this realization earlier on in life, we would see the great transformation of fruit from heaven.  

There would be great harmony in our lives, and the world would be set on fire with the love of God burning deeply within us, and that same love would exude itself toward every brother and sister we encounter.  The attendence in Catholic Churches are numerous, Gods people are awakened now, no more slumber, and we have this love of Christ revealed before our very eyes, to see him face to face.  May their curiousity to love God and live in God continue as we all grow exponentionally, praying for conversion, praying for peace to overcome the minds, hearts, and souls, of God's chosen people.  Amen.   

This journey with the Holy Spirit is not an easy one.  It is one that tries and tests the metal deep within a human spirit.  There will be much tribulation, there will be great growth, and in the end my hope my prayer is to be forever in the loving presence of almighty God.  When one lives long enough, and takes time for deep reflection the outcome is amazing because what my mind may have forgotten along the way of years and tears my journals have kept under a lock and key.  

Reflecting upon the past, for me was a deep very deep cleansing of my soul.  My soul and body were very sick, sick from my poor decisions.  Praise be to God, she has died, and a new woman has sprung up from the soil enriched with Gods love.  We learn we are dust, and from dust we shall return to our Lord.  We are NOTHING!  Christ and Holy Mother Mary have taught me I am everything in her and in her son!  And I believe it.  I am the newness of an early dawn living in the light that is Christ Jesus.  Reborn, again, thanks be to God!  Reborn in the sense of knowing who I am, and having a purpose driven life that is real, and not some made up fantasy.  I am real in Christ, He is real in me, and I am more alive than dead because he saved my soul some four decades ago.  

I believe that who ever is reading this, and who ever is listening in on this podcast they are ready to be saved in spirit, in soul, in body, in mind.  We cannot save ourself without ourself.  We have to rise up to the ocassion and call on God from the depth of our being and beg for forgiveness.  Why?  Because we are not who we think we really are.  Our sins have been our mask.  Our lies have laid down the framework of a life that isn't a real life at all.  The quality of life which we all desire and deserve is truly a life when we share it with God.  

He enters into us, and we enter into Him, and the transformation process begins!  It is delayed if we choose other Gods, and the process becomes to painful to look at and our desire to fix it becomes less.  Today we can look toward the light, the bright burning embers of Christ to burn out completly the darkness that has entered into our very being.  We do not have to be a darkened people filled with filth and sin and gluttany and sloth, no we can become a brightend enlightened people of Jesus Christ.  May I inspire you today to live a new life a new beginning trusting in our Lord to help you in your predicament?  May I encourage you to pray the rosary, and deeply reflect upon Christ and his teachings.  Lastly, may I pray for you everyday and include you in my daily intentions at every single mass I attend as a daily communicant?  Because God loves you, wants more for you, than the life you are now living!  Your yes today will reach the hearts of Jesus and Mary.  And I will do my part because of love.  The love that was placed inside of my heart while still living in my mothers womb, the love that is perfected in water, holy water, that now breathes in the air, and lives on the land, with one purpose in mind...  Having souls return to Christ through purification, absolution, and knowing they are forgiven.  Are you ready to begin again, in Christ Jesus?

His light is wonderful.  It shines like the sun in mid day, and at night through the galaxy of shining stars we are in awe, reminded of everything bright and beautiful HE has ever created.  That light was meant for us too.  To shine in Christs eyes, to shine in the lives of those we love, to inspire and make ourselves availalble for Christ, is to be the light of HIM.  

No more darkness.  Only the light.  Draw open your mind set and receive HIS light.  This is the perfect opportunity for us to shine brightly because we are choosing to be right in Him.  Our relationship with Christ is paramount!  He is at the forefront of everything we think, say, and do.  We begin our day speaking to Him from our heart.  Through an honest daily examination of conscience, we can see where we may have wasted our day instead of filling it up to the brim within his company.  

Our prayers are powerful.  The mass is powerful.  Receiving Christ in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist is powerful.  We are powerful, because HE lives in us.  We can take that power to the next level.  We have the ability to do great things in and through HIM.  We can go to God in prayer and ask for his blessing.  We can choose to live each and every day beginning in prayer before our feet his the floor and the day screams by us.  

We can live differently, and we should.  Because we should be choosing to grow everyday for the benefit of our souls salvation.  Start by opening up a holy bible, allow the words to speak to your heart, place yourself in the story.  The more you read the more the bible comes alive in you.  The unity this will bring will surprise you.  When we relate to Jesus, we can relate better to one another.  God after all is a unifier.  There within that beautiful unity we receive his grace, his love, his understanding, its a beautiful place to be.

Now that Lent has passed, and Christ has Risen in all the hearts of the faithful, we must continue this journey praying for those whose eyes are still covered in scales, who have yet to see the Christ, who have yet to believe in the Christ, who have yet to surrender to his love, his mercy, his truth. It is they that we must pray for, and remember with the love we were given that they become awakened through our prayers, desiring to choose the Christ.  

Each episode I am given an opportunity to speak about the love of Christ living in me.  Oh how I wish that hearts would open to welcome HIM into their lives.  Christ gives us the true meaning of our existence.  He gives us a purpose to love, and with that love, we can set this world on fire.  A blazing fire is so needed to purify us of every infirmaty.  We only have today, some only have this hour, let us choose Christ and experience the greatest power of HIS love, Amen!

Why consider this deep reflection?  I believe it is absolutely necessary for the salvation of our souls to keep their our eyes solely on Jesus!  Our mind and heart is in need of constant correction/ direction to be free, totally free in Him.  

Released of our own human bondage, the imperfections that hold us enslaved spiritually must be released.  It is through Christs ever healing balm we become free.  Every single second we live and are, in Christ Jesus, whether we realize it or not, whether we accept it or not, we are.  

Christ created all of the people around us whose souls are immortal, souls that will go on to live forever.  I believe Christ challenges us through them, as iron sharpens iron, if we allow it.  We can have all eternity in God, if we choose it. Will we choose it?

I think we need to put on the special mind set of Christ living in us and around us every single day God is giving to us, to live out his most perfect plan having within us, His utmost bounty and grace.  It is He who accomplishes everything good through us, we will go on through another day never recognizing Christ willing this good in all of our lives.  And yet He does!

It's would be a pity to miss it.  That is why our free will is so important to our well being.  Our choices heal us if we choose correctly, our choices destroy us if we choose poorly.

To live deeply and reflect deeply upon these gifts given to us, is key.  It is a compass revealing to us where we are, where we are heading.  Only in Christ, are we led properly through this life.  In our journey we fabricate the tapestry of our past, present, and future, and we present it all to God when we die.   

In faith we are all one body in Christ.  There is no societal separation. Unless we choose to live outside of Christ, creating great division.  We need to work on that better recognizing that unity is needed to bring about a future of hope while trying to figure out how we place God in the forefront of everything that He has intrusted to us.  A pretty serious offering given on his part, but we need to look at it with a  new set of eyes during this Tridium.  May the scales of disillusion fall from our eyes.  

In the Magnificat, we are being taught how to live as true Catholic Christians thanks to the great writings ispired by God and revealed through his children. Today's selection is profound, a real eye opener, meant solely to nurture our mind set, along with teaching/feeding our very heart and soul, as we prepare ourself in receiving every truth about ourselves living in Christ more profoundly during this holy Lenten Season.

Our faith journey depends upon these truths today.  We are all deeply reminded of the importance of affixing our moral standards into the upright position standing solely in Gods presence in order to have His blessing, intertwined with our commitment to live an honest and holy life.  

It is He who gave us HIS power, directing us toward him and the heavenly path.  He gave us, ALL of himself, the very breadth we now breathe belongs to him, remember that as you read/listen to the strong points directing you in truth, all  humanity belongs solely to Christ. And we engage in a beautiful reality knowing how delicate we all are in Him, who created us.   

Our mind, heart, soul, spirit and body, must know that Jesus' truth, is our salvation... 

 We may not have peronally have the answer or desire to look into the answer on this side of heaven.  Because our faith is such a mystery. I believe though Christ suffered greatly for us, to save us from making poor choices, the poorest of them all, denying Him.  Denying entry into his heart.  

To deny Christ is to deny your very existence.  To think you can outsmart your creator,  who personally gave you the gift of intellect you now possess is ridiculousness.   There comes a pivotal point in everyones life when one decides to meet Christ personally in the cross roads.  And one decides then and there to stop running away. 

Stop running away from yourself, your reality, and the beautiful relationship you could be having with Jesus Christ.  When we decide in that precise moment to enter into facing this amazing truth, it is in that exact second God is giving you a great gift.  

You will need to look deep within.  Because God will be giving you plenty of opportunities to recognize the unexplainable faults, fears, emotions, you have been carrying, that desperately need to be purged.

 During the great season of Lent this is the perfect time to set your sights on God, so that God can heal your every infirmity.  And you can begin again but better than ever before.  Its never to late to pick up the pieces of your life and examine your ways.  

Deny your old self so that you can put on your new self with Christ. Your best self has yet to be seen and lived.  I would think God would want his entire creation to step back and look at the life they have lived, and then decide to step forward in perfecting themselves because I believe we are all worthy of this type of perfection.  

Why live an entire life and miss the mark in becoming spiritually perfect so that when Christ comes for you, you are excited, you are ready, you have prepared your soul for the journey, and your soul is worthy of keeping in the eyes of Christ.

We can prepare.  We will prepare.  Because deep down in every soul we were designed to be with Christ forever.  Dont miss out on this amazing journey, but pray fervently about your souls destiny.  Then act accordingly. 

Prepare the way to be forever in the company of your creator. That most important choice, is available for everyone!  Don't miss it.  Instead, run towards it, with eyes truly longing for Gods ways.  You just have to ask Him, and he will respond to your heart.  You will know his voice when he speaks directly to your heart.       

My prayers go with you.  I fully trust in the intercession of God, of all the angels and saints that you will be guided, and you will be grateful, because Gods plans are greater than any plan we can ever come up with on our own. 

Our beautiful faith will save our souls and guide our destiny, all we have to do is believe.  Once we believe we pray.  Once our prayers are heard, we act.  Once we act, we begin living in the now, in the eternity that is yet to come. 

Compassion... How does a compassionate person live out their life?  They are solely dedicated in quietly doing the Lord's work.  They see a need and they fill it.  No one has to tell them they are needed, they just know and act.  Blessed to be a Christian.  Even more blessed to be a Catholic, taught by the Franciscan Felician Sisters all throughout my tender youth.  As early as the first and second grade, I remember the first lesson of Sister Mary Chrysanthus.  For homework we were asked to do at least one good deed everyday at home for our parents.  And the very next day at school we were all very anxious and excited to share the good deed of the day! 

Learning all about compassion at the age of 7 was life changing for me, I really took it to heart.  These were the good first seeds planted within me by the mentors of my youth, the Polish (Franciscan) Felician Sisters. God bless them all!  For each and everyone one of them, have all gone to their final reward in being forever with Jesus.  I consider myself very blessed because during the last thirty and forty years, I was able to reconnect with my seventh and eighth grade teachers who were instrumental in teaching me how to be an even better Catholic, but this time as an adult.  We spoke on the telephone and exchanged letters that I still have and will always cherish in my heart.  

Because of their compassion for teaching the faith, and for loving children, we were being prepared for life once we graduated the eighth grade, through their love for great knowledge, great discipline, it was quite evident we were all a family during those 9 years if you included kindergarden!  We graduated on that hot sunny day with tears in our eyes, no one wanted to say goodbye.  There was so much love that the Sisters outpoured into every single heart that God gave them to teach, we all felt the sadness of being pulled away.  I have kept letters of correspondence over four decades worth and will certainly share them with you in future episodes within Deb's Podcast.   

The Sisters gave their vows to Christ to serve.  And they served us very well!  They knew they were serving Jesus Christ (in every single child).  They sacrificed their life in being chaste (Felician Sisters), devoted to a lifetime of prayer and service.  And I honor them in this podcast today because of their every sacrifice to teach us with love, compassion, and joy, my heart and my mind will forever remember.  

As a student at Our Lady Of Mount Carmel Parochial School, the sisters made me who I am!  I may have bloomed very late in life, but every single blossom has their names on it.  Just writing this chokes me up inside because I don't believe the Catholic Religious were honored and respected for the work they chose.  But today they are being honored because Gods love shineth through me every seed planted grew for the faithful and I am honored to be a contributor of so beautiful a faith.

I imagine them smiling over me at this moment, Sister Chrysanthus, Sr. Carmel, Sister Angelis, Sister Inviolata, Sister Rosalima, pray for me, Amen!  

Jesus is counting on us to be open to HIS truth and share HIS truth with all  humanity!  I believe that we all are destined to be in Christ, and in living out his most perfect mission.  

Where HE assigns each of his children to experience a very special personal individual task. 

In TRUTH..........It may take decades even a lifetime before a Catholic realizes that they are Gods instrument created for his most DIVINE purpose.  Prayer at home, prayer as a community at holy mass, prayer within the Holy Adoration Chapel is the gas in the tank of every Catholic.

Receiving all of the 7 Sacraments (Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist,Penance, Annointing of the Sick, Holy Orders, Matrimony) within the Catholic church, all were meant to open us up to FULLY receiving the gifts of the Holy Spirit..... Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Knowledge, Piety, Fear of the Lord.  

All the above were meant for Gods people to be happy, to be complete, and to be one big beautiful family.  And yes once one enters into the beautiful Catholic faith, they see, they learn, they experience the most powerful sacred life in Christ as they mature individually and personally strengthened in (mind, body, soul, spirit). 

Free will is another gift given freely to us by God, but we have to protect it.  If we are not careful in protecting our free will we can experience great difficulty.  We need to have healthy parameters in life.  We have to know when to draw the line in the sand.  When to speak.  When not to speak.  When to listen. When to pray when there is no perfect solution.  Be mindful, be cautious, be respectful, be Christ!  

Our sorrowing world will continue to spiral downhill faster than the year that has just past us by.  We need to awaken and take to heart the message of Christ through Saint Polycarp.  These are true messages that discipline and guide us away from self desires so that we can desire only to live in Christ.  In him our path is protected.  Our lives are secure.  Secure for all eternity!  

Facing our imperfections head on, can be a really daunting/difficult experience, but necessary in order for spiritual maturity to begin within the heart, mind, and soul, of every human being desiring to become a Christian.  Searching for perfection begins within the eye of the beholder.  You.  Now, finding the perfect pastor/confessor/spiritual director/fraternity etcetera within the Catholic church isn't always possible, however, when we patiently take on this task, we know it is a process of time, patience, prayer, and endurance. One can receive all the above and have a powerful Catholic faith, but one must continually work consistently at it in keeping it sacred.  Keeping our souls holy requires giving the soul the silent environment it needs to hear the truth, directly being communicated to us within the company of God.  We experience this great silence by attending annual retreat weekends, a day of reflection, and on a much larger scale taking a holy pilgrimage.  When we make the time to be alone with God, we can hear him speak to us and guide us and prepare us properly for the duration of our journey on earth leading us toward him, preparing us for the eternal life that we enter into upon our death.  We must be prepared.  We can call on God and ask him to prepare us for the journey.  In no way do we get there on our own, we get there by entering into a relationship with Jesus Christ.  I cannot express how important it is for us to get on board with this reality.  The reality of living in Christ, while still living on earth.  Yes we have many choices to choose from, but none of them are more important than choosing Christ!  Most Christians are working their way towards Him as I write this podcast.  Today Father Patrick mentioned we are all racing to know the truth, racing because we want to know eveything before he the Christ comes for us.  So yes I agree we are all in this race with time in getting to know Jesus before he comes back for us.  How awkward it would be to meet him and not know him.  I know he is using me as his instrument to bring you closer to him right in this moment. To open completely your heart, mind, soul, to his love.  Because Christ is love.  We were made in his likeness and in his image to LOVE.  Even the most wounded in the universe are crying out for his love and his healing and they dont realize, that it is Jesus they are in need of.  Christ is the ultimate healer of our infirmaties. He sees us as we are.  He wants heal our wounded nature.  He wants our trust.  Our commitment.  Our yes! Our surrender.  When we give him our loyalty we gain heavenly insights into the eternal life. Something this great aught not to be missed!!  And yet it is!!!  But for those who get it really get it, receive the power of Christ and slowly begin to change.  The most hardened heart softens,  loves, forgives, and truly lives again.  

You and I are in Christ.  In his love, in his presence, we are living branches of the tree of life, bearing fruit, fruit that will last.  We are eternal beings that will never die, we will live on forever in Christ Jesus.   

The responsibility for any cardinal becoming a Pope is huge.  We don't necessarily hear alot about this, however when you look at the number of cardinals and the nations that they represent under the Pope it is pretty astounding.  We too have a great responsibility, to God when pertaining to ourself.  Some of us have difficulty just keeping our own house in order.  I cannot imagaine the level of responsibility for nations being on top of keeping my own soul protected, a vicar of Christ has heavily laiden shoulders carrying the responsibilites issued to him personally by Christ.  This is exactly why my brothers, my sisters, you and I must not judge, but pray daily, for our Pope and the future of the Catholic Church.  

So much work in the vineyard needs attending to.  These are the most important issues of the day for every living Christian.  We are here for a purpose, and in that purpose, we find ourselves protecting the faith, and the faithful.  And we are in essence teaching the very next generation about Christ, his orderliness, because there is right and wrong, there is heaven and there is hell.  We each have a soul, that needs tending, protection, and nourishing.  And it is through the Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church, we receive the nurishment necessary to overcome all obstacles and reach the highest level of spiritual perfection.  We just have to desire it!  Do you desire spiritual perfection?  I as a Catholic defintely desire to become spiritually perfect.  Will I ever attain such perfection?  That remains to be seen.  But in God all things are a possibility.  I would dare to say, if my Lord wants my spirtual life to be perfected who am I to deny the Christ?  The one who is the author of life, who breathes air into my lungs, my nostrils.  It is he who pumps blood into my veins, it is He that has made all the difference in my faith walk, it is He that I long for, and live for, for all eternity.  No one can take away that love so deep within my heart.  A seed planted so long ago, still thriving inside of me, still reminding me that time is short, but heaven is forever.  I focus upon that forever life in Christ, and I prepare my soul daily for Him.  I inspire you to do the same.  If God can guide me a sinner, He can guide anyone He chooses.  He brought us together today for his reasons.  Yet we are drawn powerfully drawn to Himself, because deep within our soul we know the truth and believe in the truth that is being offered to us in the silence of our hearts.  It is there Jesus resides.  It is there where the journey begins.  It is there a major transformation takes place, taking us out of this reality and bringing us into the realm and company of the greatest companion we will ever encounter.  That beautiful image of Jesus carrying a lamb on his shoulder.  Is the exact meditation that comes to my mind.  For I too, once was lost, but now I am found.  There are no lost sheep in the Jesus's fold.     

Our beloved and holy Pope Saint Francis passed away on Easter Monday.  We have received amazing coverage thanks to + Mother Angelica's (EWTN) Eternal Word Televsion Network.  EWTN has made outstanding contributions thus far with their latest coverage in Rome being broadcasted all over the world, at a time that unified all believers, people of all faiths honoring the life and legacy of our 226th Pope.  

Truthful, factual, educational, and informative.... Feeding Jesus's lambs, as Pope Francis would have wanted...  The faithful have received not just excellent reporting of Catholic News, but true inner spiritual hope during a time of great mourning.   

We as Catholic's have painfully endured so much confusion among God's people and so many have unnecessarily died, due to martyrdom for their faith beliefs.  Our prayers must continue my brothers/sisters in Christ for all of humanity!

We must pray for this spiritual war to end!

Today is Easter Sunday and Jesus has arose once again in our hearts, and in our souls, and in our minds, and we say....  "Alleluia"...  Let us rejoice, again and again in what our risen Lord has done for all of humanity through his agony, death, and resurrection.  May our lives be a fraction of his reflection of love on earth.  May his message of Easter, ring true in all hearts still searching for the truth.  Jesus I love you...  Save souls... 

The Sisters and Priests are an living inspiration to us.  They were all given to us by God himself so that we can learn from them and immitate their good works.  The extra measure of grace that God has bestowed upon the religious, was meant for Gods unique purpose, "To expand the kingdom of God", to enrich the lives of men and women desiring to live a life of holiness knowing their true purpose in life was to offer their time, treasure, and talent, for the honor, glory, and service, of God. 

The sisters of the church became great teachers of the faith.  They spent their entire lives solely devoted to prayer, fasting, obedience, and service, mainly teaching and living out daily every good work in honor of Jesus and Mary.  They have taken a vow of obedience and have taught obedient faith to our youth, so that they could grow up in an environment worthy of Christ and His teachings.  And the sisters were sent out by God to do this great task in teaching by good example, our great faith, with great hope, and great charity.  

Their good deeds were all for Christs glory!  And anyone who was fortunate enough to be taught holiness by sisters in a Catholic school system, understood that their true devotion to Gods teachings, greatly enriched the lives of every child, blessed enough to be under their professional supervision, and care.

It was a time of respect and a time of obedience.  We lived in an environment  where we were taught discipline and how to be considerate toward others, and we knew our boundaries, and did not dare to step out of them.  There was order because there was God in everything.  God in our hearts, God in our homes and God in our schools.  And everyone lived a life in God. 

I believe that is exactly why there were so many Saints back in the day.  They saw the fruit in the vineyard, and it was very ripe.  They saw that every good work done, was for the greater glory of God and his children.  And they kept living in holiness and that holiness blessed them and blessed the society in which they lived in.  They were a fruitful people in many ways, for they chose to obtain the glory of God, while still living on earth. 

So many of the Saints who have gone before us, ended up opening hospitals, schools, churches, started religious orders, wrote books, leaving a very rich legacy to learn about and reflect upon as pilgrims individually journeying through our lifetime here on earth.  The Saints wasted no time whatsoever in fufilling their assigned duties, each and every day that God gave them to live out their true purpose.   

They knew of the rich gifts the Lord, and they wasted no time in accomplishing Gods will.  They chose to share their rich knowldege of the faith in blessing the next generation of Gods people.  Everyone prospered, it surely must have been an amazing time to see everyone benefitting by living under Gods law's!

I believe this upcoming generation wants to turn the page, and strongly bring back the traditions of our faith, in a powerful way.

Tradition!  It has meaning.  It has purpose.  It has God.  It has joy.  It has promise.  Everything good comes from God and when we return completly to God, there is a joy in knowing that we the flock naturally desire to be in the fold.  To be one again.  One in faith, one in love, one in knowledge, one--forever-- in Christ Jesus!

I am defintely blessed in this moment to read one of her four volume books titled "The City of God", published in English in the 1900's, given an Imprimatur, for the truthful experiences endured during the life time of Mary of Agreda.      

Blessed Mary of Agreda gives to us spiritual food that is necessary to feed our souls for the long journey we are making back to Christ.  And honestly we all yearn for the spiritual food that is necessary to awaken in us the silent asleep spiritual realm, that reawakens when given the right food at the proper time.  When we enter into the spiritual realm, we possess Christ!  

The truth about the spirit of God living within his holy children is a reality for the faithful.  And as Mary of Agreda lived out her life in Christ, she shared her beautiful connection to our blessed Mother.  Prophetess Mary of Agrida, brings to life a very beautiful visual of Mary the mother of God knowing that we are all desiring to know more about her. 

In her writings we get that chance!  I believe God allows certain individuals to enter into that realm of holiness, so that every shared revelation is available to  inspire us during our own pilgrimage.

On a deeper spiritual level, we enter more deeply into the desire of truth, in knowing the Joy of Mary, in order to become full of grace.  God chose Mary of Agreda specifically assigned by God to document and bring to us the truth of Gods will for Blesssed Mary Agreda's life and legacy.  One could spend endless hours meditating in holy adoration on the words written to describe Mary.

I can only just imagine, how very excited this made the holy people of Argentina feel, once they had learned about the greatest gift being bestowed upon Mary of Agreda.  She calls our Blessed Mother, " The Empress of Heaven".  One who gravitated toward the uninstructed children, abandoned by their mother, but never to be abandoned by the Mother of God!  

What is so beautiful about this is we can call on both Mary's and ask for their intercession even in this moment. Our trials teach us a lesson.  Hopefully we learn to be patient in Christ while going through the difficulty of life and come out of every situation smarter, stronger, more reliant on the Saints.  

I pray that these Nuggets of Faith,  feed your soul today.  Awaken you from the slumber that may have set you back in life from knowing, loving, serving, Jesus and Mary.  You can trust fully in the food that you are being given today.

You were meant to receive this nourishment for your soul.  You are precious in the eyes of God.  You are loved!

The faithful are meant to learn from the holy prophets, they are our spiritual teachers, and their gifts are given to us personally, to grow in God.

Twenty years ago Saint John Paul II was called by God to return himself back after decades of service to the people of Christ.  I too struggled in not being able to fly out to Rome and pay my respects to him one last time.  God knew my desire to be there and circumstances did not allow me to go.  Busy at home as a wife, and as a mother, my duties as a home maker had to come first.  God understood my heart, and honored my tears with an amazing plan.  After watching the Eternal Word Television Network, seeing the funeral mass of JPII in Rome, I was able to go to mass at our church where the precious relic of JPII was traveling throughout all the Catholic Churches, low and behold, the Sisters of Jesus and Mary in Miami Florida had brought to our Church the precious relic and an exact replica of the bible with its pages blowing in the wind made of bronze and a circular glass vile of JPII's blood.  Better known as a First Relic of Pope John Paul II.  

My spouse was interviewed by the sisters before the procession began.  The sisters arrived from Miami with all of their guitars ready to sing for our Pope, and when they did they sounded like angels in heaven.  My spouse was asked to lead the rosary mass and holy communion.  It was a unique and special experience.  God had allowed something very special that day to occur in me.  God allowed me to see a Vision of Pope John Paul II kneeling at the front of the altar at San Pablo Catholic Church, facing the congregation.  This vision was given to me as I returned and kneeling to pray in thanksgiving of Pope JPII, as I was thanking God for bringing Him personally to our church so that I can pay my respects to him one last time.  

This is just a fraction of just how beautiful our Catholic Faith is!  Years of prayers, devotions, et cetera, opened up the heavens, and came down to earth in the most powerful magnificent way.  Jesus allowed this miracle, and honestly, I realize that my trust in Him, is seen, is heard, is believed, and I am strengthed by his almighty power to live for the eternal gifts that He wants for all of His holy children.  I am here because of Christ.  I live eternally in Him. And it doesn't quite end there.  He wants ALL of His children to recognize this truth, this reality through the miracles He allows us to see while still living on earth.  

My brothers, my sisters, come to the table of plenty.  Delve more deeply into Christ!  He can hardly wait to bless you too.  In ways that are unique and individual to each and every child He has ever created.  Be not afraid.  Place all of your trust in his love for you.  Look what it did for me.  And I have been walking with Him personally since Saint Patrick's Day 1990.  He wants what is absolutely best for all of us.  But he needs our cooperation, our desire, our trust, that my brothers and sisters in Christ, is the game changer!

Faith.....How are we possessing it, in real time?  We have this grandiose opportunity as Christians to choose Christ, and make Him a priority over everything else going on in our very lives.  Surely, we can still enjoy this life, only we place Christ first in everything we think, say, and do.  

To live in Christ--- right now --- one can see more clearly, Christs hands blessing and touching everything happening to us.  Where there is faith there is much growth, and where there is much growth there is greater meaning and purpose.  And within that meaning and purpose, we see God working within every single aspect of our daily lives.  

Having faith, having faith in Christ, is having endless possibilities that bring us to places, circumstances, and people, that share our very beliefs.  Not only that, but while living in Christ daily, we can imagine, we can expect, a very spiritfilled outcome, having Christ being in the center of our hearts. 

Christ is the fuel bringing every answer we need to know through our prayers.  And as we move and are and have our being in Him,  we do actually go alot further in breaking free of boundaries, prosperingin this life and moving full throttle in his presence.  

Christ is beauty.  We are beautiful in Christ.  In a sense he is the force that propels us to do great things and become great people, he gives to us his almighty power to be used properly and for his greater glory. 

I am in Christ.  You are in Christ.  We are in Christ.  He is not finished with us yet, although we have been his awesome creation, from the beginning of time, on the exterior, Christ is still perfecting us interiorly.  In order to be beautiful inside and outside, we need God to help us unravel the mess we created, that will bring us back to his original beautiful creation we once were.  

We were meant to be in his likeness and image.  Nothing should deter us from that reality.  For my brothers and sisters who are hurting, renew your relationship with God today.  Do something totally different.  Keeping Christ first!  Its a great idea to begin this Lenten Season with Christ in the forefront of our lives, protecting, guiding, and preparing us, for the rest of our pilgramage toward him.

The beauty of Christ will forever remain just that!  It is up to us to seek Him out, and to walk with Him all the way home!  Whether you are a hiker, explorer, hermit, find Christ exactly where you are.  Begin again, and again, and again.  See Christ in a different light this time.  Remove any judgement, and welcome Him with your love.  Sometimes that is all he wants from us.  So that His love can cover you completely, and a newness of self can begin to grow again in a new and different light.  And if that is just too much for you right now to handle, just start with saying his name, Jesus!  And in his perfect timing he will call on you and you will hear his voice and you will know exactly what to do.

In the meantime, my daily prayers are with you.  You are never ever forgotten.  We walk by faith trusting we will see the holy face of our Lord when our journey is complete.  We will be complete in Christ Jesus.  

 Every Catholic Church has a role to play in the history of humanity.  All who are baptized, confirmed, receiving the sacrament of reconcilation, and finally experiencing Holy Commumion, know that these gifts are worthy of receiving.

And the list beautifully continues, as some go on to receive holy orders, as sisters, as priests, as third order seculars, or as deacons.  And others go and follow the call to become a seminarian because they personally hear the voice of God directly inviting them personally to the priesthood. 

As Christians, we are eternally grateful to have the richfulness of faith given to us.  Never to be taken for granted.  Why?  Because we have a soul and our soul has a destiny and that destiny is either heaven or hell.  And when we follow the rules and regulations we are given, we receive the reward for eternal life, to be with God forever.

There is always room for those who have not studied the faith, yet desire strongly to do so, you too, can contact any catholic church office, and receive proper guidance in starting with CCD classes.  Your entrance into the faith, is a wonderful journey, you will learn directly from your new pastor, and our Lord will guide your journey toward him and you will be greeted by gracious men and women who love the faith, and are honored to serve and be an example of light and encouragement each step of the way.  

After celebrating the feast day of Saint Peter, and having a great grandfather with that exact name, I decided to go a little deeper into the spiritual realm of this reality.  Let me explain.  I felt strongly more connected than ever to the faith, as if God was allowing me to almost feel a sense of privilage because someone in my family was given the name by his parents the exact name of the first Pope that entered into the vatican and led the city of Rome and all the faithfilled Catholics all around the world.  I believe God is reminding me that my great grandfather was blessed to receive a name of the first Pope for a reason.  Some of us need a powerful reminder to recognize the importance of who we are in the eyes of God.  I know who I am.  I know that God loves me so much, he is allowing me to spend more time on this earth to put together all the pieces of my life journey into one full mosaic.  

He has given to me examples of this through the examples of my great grandmother, my great grandfathers wife who was a very pious woman, and who loved God so much, she was a living saint to me because I remember her always in prayer.  Always walking to mass.  Her life devotion was totally dedicated to Christ.  

It struck a cord in me then, and it strikes a cord in me now, thirty five years after her death, I am still reminded of her contributions that spoke volumes to my heart.  The love of her life returned to Jesus, and all she could do was devote herself one hundred percent to God.  To prayer.  And in being a living example of saintly behavior, she wore her rosary beads and a cord around her waist, that was similiar to what the sisters use to wear with their habit.  Although she was not a nun her two twin cousins Valeria and Maxima were.  This beautiful lineage I speak of inspire me to share the joy of being Catholic.  

Our stories must be shared.  They are gifts worthy of being told because God even then was touching all of their lives in a deep and profound way.  And someone had to have inspired all of them personally to enter into a holy relationship with Christ.  I may never know those stories in particular, but I trust that God had spoken to them as he is speaking through me now.
