    <description><![CDATA[<p>In my own spiritual practice I feel fortunate to have been introduced to the study of world religions, do a deep dive into yoga and yogic philosophy, and I was also raised with a pretty heavy dose of Catholicism, attending catholic school for 9 years.  I have never seen any of these teachings as if they were in conflict with one another... truly, it&apos;s all pointing to the same thing, surrender.  Spirituality is an opportunity to get out of your own way, to get out of your head and into the truth of who you are, into your heart and the goodness and creativity that illuminates all life. <br/><br/>I love this study so much, and truly see a lot of mental health symptoms and issues as spiritual emergencies, opportunities for growth and misunderstood invitations into a higher level of consciousness.  <br/><br/>Learning that my sensitivity was a gift, and it meant that I was less likely to be able to ignore the divine invitation into healing was such a relief for me!  <br/><br/>I hope you enjoy this episode, it&apos;s my longest one yet and I almost felt like I just couldn&apos;t stop oversharing. had some technical and scheduling issues so it&apos;s getting posted on Sunday which feels aligned! I said I was going to end with my fav mantra, inviting the guidance of truth, wisdom and bliss...
