  • Remember that life happens to all of us. It does not make it easier or say that what you’re going through does not matter. 
  • It’s what we are going to do with where we are at. 
    • Not getting the results we want - What do we need to change or think differently about. 
    • What actions do we need to start taking? 
    • Who can we talk to that has done what we are trying to do.
