In this debut episode Tom gives us a brief history of the Microsoft Collaboration platforms, both Skype for Business and Teams. We discuss the differences between the two platforms and the plans that Microsoft have for each over the next month. Tom also explained some of the licensing changes that Microsoft have made around the new edition of Skype for Business. Then we look at the changes that Microsoft have made within Teams such as the new shortcut commands.
