My guest this week is a good friend that has some real awesome experiences! Wrote a book, Back to Bulletproof, that is his life story as written below...

Darin Bibeau was born and raised in Plattsburgh, New York. He joined the Coast
Guard in 1994 with recruit company Delta 144. His first assignment was Coast Guard
cutter Spencer out of Boston. During his time with the Coast Guard, he served as a
Special Operator in the Deployable Specialized Forces and then a private
government contractor all over the world. Darin held a Top Secret Clearance for
almost 10 years. He has been on high-risk operations on the high seas and remote
areas around the globe, including places he never wants to go back to. He led
multiple covert special operation teams including one responsible for one of the
largest single cocaine seizures in the world netting in 9.2 tons of pure cocaine.
Since then, he has made his transition into the civilian world and now runs and owns
successful American manufacturing companies, most notably, National
Chimney/Natural Light Energy Systems - which has 9 factories and over 300
employees. Today, Darin spends his extra time as a motivational speaker, business
consultant, and author of his new book Back to Bulletproof - A Warriors Tactical

As a service industry business owner for over 25 years, I've had my share of ups and downs– just like you. I became a certified business coach because some help from a knowledgeable mentor changed my life– and I'm here to do the same for you.

I'm asked this question a lot: "What does a business coach/consultant really do?"
I will breakdown the difference between coach and consultant.

Sometimes, a business owner's goals are not aligned with their mindset. As a coach, I determine if you're in the right mindset to move forward towards achieving your goals. If not, I explain what mindset Is required before accepting you as a client. Any quality business coach should interview you in this way to see if you can work together. After all, my goal Is to see you making progress of achieving your business goals– and that will take work!

The consultant side Is a bit different from coaching. As a consultant, I discuss with you is how to skip the pains of growth and trial and error. You hire a consultant who has been there before so that they can quickly offer a solution, which saves you lots of time and money.
