This mix was inspired by my DJ brother Why B. I was invited to play his party Twerque Du Soleil at Bad Genie in Milwaukee with another bad-ass DJ name Steve Marxx. I had an amazing time and the party was fully bananas. I played as many Dancehall themed EDM remixes as I could find and it went over well with the crowd. The next day Why B texted me that he liked the vibe and suggested I make a "Jerque Du Soleil" mix. So I did. Jerk Twerk is Inspired by that dope party in Milwaukee in 2015. It's a Dancehall influenced EDM mix in that Twerk-ish, Moombahton-ish realm. Like many Dancehall mixes, Jerk Twerk visits themes of (metaphorically) killing, (metaphorically and literally) having sex and generally being dope at all tings. So, this compilation contains graphic language that may be considered offensive to some parties -- please use discretion. Hope you enjoy and Twerk ya Bomboclat!—VPS

It's been about two decades in the making! I dreamed about the perfect Dub Reggae mix since DJ Sector One introduced me to the genre way back before any of us had turntables. I became infatuated with Dub instantly and to this day remain a huge fan. Even from the beginning I would make mixes from CDs with as many tracks as I could fit on a cassette, in search of the perfect Dub mix. Thanks to Pete Zapit Productions, Sector One Dub Mix is finally done! On this mix we compiled as many of our favorite Dubs as we could remember. With almost 20 years of DJ experience under our belt since we started collecting Reggae, we crafted the mix with a finesse and seamlessness that we never could have imagined in the 90's. The whole crew played at least a small roll in this one: The Vilas Park Sniper, Sector One, p3096, The Fly Skimmer and Fast$Mike. There is even a small contribution from the great Sector One ambassador MC Arfa! I hope you all enjoy listening to it as much as we had making it! Jah Bless.
