It&apos;s in the times that you have no idea what you&apos;re going to do and you&apos;re about to quit and for some reason you decide to keep pushing. It gave me a great foundation for what was going to be the next thing for me. My family. Nothing could really prepare me for a the selfless identity shift that came onto me when my kids were born. Even the smallest situation can interrupt great self talk and turn it into something negative.
