Then suddenly, heaven interrupted them. Two men in white apparel stood beside them and spoke, not to admire the moment with them, but to confront where they were standing.

Acts 1:10–11 (KJV): And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven?…

The query was simple and real:  Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing?

When you read that, something inside you should pause and ask, why did they call them that? Why not disciples? Why not followers of Jesus? Why not future apostles? These were not ordinary men anymore, they had lived with Jesus, seen miracles, heard His voice, yet heaven still called them “men of Galilee.”

That means heaven was not speaking based on what they had seen, it was speaking based on where they still were. And that is something many of us must face.

Because there are people today who have seen God move, who have experienced His presence, who have even been around powerful things, yet their lives are still being defined by their “Galilee.”

To understand what Galilee represents, 1 Kings 9:11–13, tells us that when Solomon gave cities in Galilee to Hiram, the cities did not please him, and he called the land Cabul, which means good for nothing, and that name stuck, it became a mindset, a reputation, something people carried about that place for years. And you see the impact of this social narrative hundreds of years later when Nathanael said, “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?” because Nazareth was in Galilee, which means that even before Nathaniel met Jesus, his expectation was already limited by what he had heard and believed about that region.

So when the angels said “men of Galilee,” they were not just calling out their location, they were pointing to a limitation, a mindset, a label that could still define them if nothing changed.

Dearly beloved,  the truth is, many people love Jesus, many people go to church, many people have had encounters, but there are still areas of their lives that look like Cabul, areas that feel like “this is not working,” areas where things exist but are not producing what they should.

You see marriages that exist, but something is missing.You see businesses that are running, but not moving forward.You see people with degrees, with skills, with calling, yet nothing seems to carry weight.

It is not because there is no potential. It is because something has not yet shifted. And that was the condition of the disciples in that moment.

They were standing there, looking, watching, admiring, but they had not yet obeyed the instruction Jesus gave them to go and wait, to tarry until power comes.

And that is why the angels spoke the way they did. Because until that instruction is obeyed, a man may know Jesus and still be limited. A man may have seen glory and still not carry it. A man may be called, yet not be effective.

So the question was not just about their posture, it was about their direction. Why are you still standing here? nWhy are you still watching when you have been told to move? Why are you still admiring when there is an instruction waiting for you?

Because if they had remained there, they would have continued as men of Galilee, men with potential, men with experience, but still under a limitation.

But when they obeyed, when they went to the upper room,&

On his way, Jacob encountered the Lord in Genesis 28. For the first time, he saw angels ascending and descending and the Lord Himself was revealed to him.. It was so powerful. It was in the strength of this destiny changing revelation that Jacob continued his journey, and the Lord, as He had promised him, indeed ordered his steps.

Genesis 28:15-17:Look, I am with you, and I will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land. For I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.”When Jacob woke up, he said, “Surely the LORD is in this place, and I was unaware of it.” And he was afraid and said, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God; this is the gate of heaven!”

It was a divine encounter that made Jacob afraid. His perception changed, and when he resumed his journey after this encounter, it was clear that his steps were ordered. The next discussion after encountering God led him to the family he was looking for.

Genesis 29:2 tells us that Jacob looked and saw a well in the field, and he approached the shepherds. In verse 5 he asked the shepherds if they knew Laban, the grandson of Nahor. Oh, they knew him. In fact, the Bible says in verse 9 that while he was still speaking with them, Rachel arrived with her father’s sheep, for she was a shepherdess.

Verse 10 says that as soon as Jacob saw Rachel, the daughter of his mother’s brother Laban, with Laban’s sheep, he went up and rolled the stone away from the mouth of the well and watered his uncle’s sheep. Then Jacob kissed Rachel and wept aloud.

So the first family member Jacob ever met after his encounter with God was Rachel. He was not only happy to meet her—he loved her. God had ordered their steps. Something spectacular had happened. It was even this same Rachel who introduced Jacob to her father. Amazing.

But how come this amazing Rachel became a very sorrowful woman? What would make such an amazing woman—one whom God had ordained that her union with Jacob would produce the seed Joseph that would bring to fulfillment the covenant God had with Abraham in Genesis 15?

Joseph was the seed that God had intended to send ahead of the family to Egypt. Joseph was the dreamer with the gift of interpretation of dreams that would save a nation from economic destruction. Oh, and not to forget Benjamin also. The seed that would produce a tribe that would produce the first king of Israel was in the womb of Rachel.

Do you realize that in the process of coronating the first king of Israel, Rachel was not left out?

Samuel told Saul in 1 Samuel 10:1–2:

“Then Samuel took a flask of oil, poured it on Saul’s head, kissed him, and said, ‘Has not the LORD anointed you ruler over His inheritance?’ When you leave me today, you will find two men at Rachel’s tomb in Zelzah on the border of Benjamin. They will say to you, ‘The donkeys you seek have been found, and now your father has stopped worrying about the donkeys and started worrying about you, asking, “What should I do about my son?”’”

But how come the woman whose life was so ordered eventually became a woman of “sorrowful birth”? How did a woman of the covenant lineage of Abraham, an amazing fellow who carried the beauty of the promise and the weight of destiny, eventually become a woman who had to struggle and compete for love all her life? How did a woman whose relationship started with a “Covenant Kiss,” sealed between her and Jacob, her lover, have her relationship swapped in the dark? This precious soul even had to share her covenant matrimonial bed with her housemaid.

This is the essential fulcrum of this discourse: to expose how satanic manipulat

Habakkuk 2:2 declares, “And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.”

The divine order is clear. The vision is written. The vision is read. Then the reader runs with it. If there is no running, there is no fulfillment. Reading without running is mere knowledge. Vision without motion is information without manifestation. It is revelation without expression. It is insight without impact.

Motion is what gives life to vision. And because motion is what activates vision, the final law of promotion is the Law of Motion.

Under this law, the first requirement is that we run without weights. Hebrews 12:1 says, “Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.” 

A weight is not necessarily sin. A weight is a counterforce. It is anything that resists your forward movement. It slows destiny. It hinders speed.

Opposition is a weight. When Nehemiah began to rebuild the wall, Sanballat and Tobiah mocked and resisted him. Nehemiah 4:1–3 shows the ridicule and indignation that rose against the work. But opposition did not mean stop. Opposition meant something significant was being built. Resistance often confirms relevance.

Negative association is also a weight. Jonah 1:3–5 shows Jonah boarding a ship in disobedience, and his presence introduced a storm to everyone onboard. One wrong association can become a counterforce against collective progress. Not everyone who is in your boat is aligned with your assignment.

Personal baggage is another weight. This includes offense. Unforgiveness. Regret. Trauma. Pain. Paul said in Philippians 3:13–14, “Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” 

You cannot run well carrying what God never intended you to hold. Motion requires release.

Secondly, we must run without sin. Hebrews 12:1 speaks not only of weights but also “the sin which doth so easily beset us.” Sin is violation of divine design. The race is set. The course is defined. You cannot run outside the boundaries and expect to win inside the promise. Jesus said in John 14:30, “The prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.” There was no contraband in Him. Nothing for the enemy to use.

Some run on false strength. Some depend on shortcuts and hidden compromises. But the believer runs by grace. Romans 6:14 says, “For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.” Grace is not permission to fall. Grace is power to stand. If we are to experience promotion, we must run clean.

Thirdly, we run with patience. Hebrews 12:1 instructs us to “run with patience the race that is set before us.” Patience is not passivity. Patience is submission to divine process. Hebrews 6:12 says, “That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.” Faith believes. Patience endures. Faith receives the word. Patience sustains the walk.

Sometimes what God promised feels delayed. Sometimes the baton has not yet reached your hand. But in a relay race you do not leave your lane because of delay. You wait, positioned, prepared, and

This is the Third Law of Promotion, the Law of Documentation. Promotion is not random. Promotion is not emotional. Promotion is a judicial process. God Himself acts as the Judge, and every judge makes decisions based on evidence, not feelings.

In any courtroom, documentation is critical. Documents must be reviewed. The authenticity of an agreement must be verifiable. Evidence must be clear so that judgment can be rendered without bias. Courts do not run on mental evidence. They run on written records.

Heaven operates the same way. Scripture shows that books are opened, records are examined, and judgment is based on what is written. The Bible says:

“And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.”Revelation 20:12 (KJV)

If heaven keeps books, then documentation is not optional. Documentation is judicial alignment.

That is why God did not tell Habakkuk to memorise the vision. He did not say, “Keep it in your heart.” He said, “Write it, and make it plain.” God understands the weakness of the human mind. The mind is fickle. It forgets quickly. What is not written can be lost, distorted, disputed, or completely abandoned.

Documentation produces clarity. Documentation produces accountability. Documentation turns revelation into something stable, tangible, and executable.

This is why Moses documented divine instruction. The Bible says, “Moses wrote all the words of the LORD.” God even commanded him, “Write this for a memorial in a book.” Moses did not treat revelation casually. He wrote until it was finished. Paul also documented what was revealed to him so that when people read, they could understand. Scripture itself is preserved through writing.

Documentation produces tangible evidence, not mental evidence. What is only in the mind is private, unstable, and unverifiable. But what is written becomes reviewable, referenceable, and transferable. What is not written can be disputed. What is not written can be disregarded. What is not written is difficult to execute.

Many people have lost direction, not because God stopped speaking, but because they failed to document what God said. There are instructions God placed in your heart. Principles He gave you to guide your life. Warnings He spoke to protect your future. But you may have lost them because you did not write them down, and now even you have forgotten.

This is why many leaders and politicians today are completely off course. They speak everywhere, make noise, and move with pressure, but the vision God gave them was never written. God told some of them, “This is my plan for your life in government. You are to bring hope to the hopeless, defend the poor, establish my purpose in your city and nation.” They nodded when the Lord spoke, but once they arrived, they forgot, because they did not document it.

My dear, now is the time to write the vision, or to rewrite the vision with clarity. Make it plain. Make it simple. Make it so clear that anyone can read it and run with it.

What is the vision for your marriage? Were there things God told you not to do, and did you write them down? What principles did God give you for raising your children? What instructions did He give you for your family life, your career, your choices, your relationships? Have you written them down?

If you had documented the vision and reviewed it again and again, would you have made the mistake you made in the choice of friends? Would you have drifted the way you drifted?

Even Jesus did not begin His ministry by inventing a new vision. The Bible says in Luke 4 that He opened the book and found the place where it

Even before Habakkuk repositioned himself, he already had very clear expectations. He was prepared; he was not just ascending to have a scenic view of the city. He was not climbing to the top of the tower to enjoy the fresh breeze. No, his repositioning had a purpose attached to it: “I will watch to see what He will say unto me.”

His expectation would sustain him and help him persevere. I will watch. Expectation builds hope. Jesus did not endure the cross simply because He was Jesus; He endured it because of the joy that was set before Him. He had the expectation that after three days there would be such abundant joy that it would outweigh every pain.

My friend, Habakkuk knew God would speak. God would instruct, and he was even ready for the rebuke of the Lord. What an expectation.

My father once shared how he was drawn to a young person who was praying very fervently and ferociously some time ago. He was moved by faith to speak to this young, terrific prayer warrior who seemed to be unburdening themselves before the Lord. He asked, “What are you praying about? What is your expectation?”

The young person responded, “Oh pastor, I am not expecting anything in particular.”

Wow.

My father immediately replied, “Then you will not get anything in particular also.” You must get to a point in the Spirit where you have expectations attached to your worship, your prayers, and your honor for God.

I expect that as I lay before God, worshipping Him, God is so pleased with my worship that He immediately tells Jesus, “Yes, I have found Tope, My child. They have ascended again.” I expect my worship to ring a bell in heaven. I expect my praise and worship to move the hand of God and touch the heart of God. I expect these words to touch you and accomplish the purpose of God.

I am not just praying for praying’s sake, nor preaching for preaching’s sake. I am intentional about all that I do. Oh yes, they all interconnect beautifully to accomplish the purposes of God. Hallelujah.

What are you expecting?

Many reposition without expectation.
Many reposition casually.
Some reposition with zero expectation.

Promotion is not realistic without expectation.

May I leave you with this powerful scripture, Proverbs 23:18, which says:
“For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off.”

Hallelujah. Surely, surely, surely, your expectation shall not be cut off. You must have very clear, divine, specific expectations. It is not all about getting and getting. No, everything must carry a purpose. Your love for God must position you as God’s best. Your love for God’s people, for your spouse, for your children will never be in vain.

I have seen people say, “I know that no matter how I love people, they will always pay me back with evil. I know that even this course I am doing will never give me a good job. I know that this prayer I am praying will not be answered. I know that this relationship will not go far. This person will certainly disappoint me.”

Some people live with the expectation that their spouse will cheat on them, leave them, and break their heart. Then you hear statements like, “I knew it would happen one day. My spouse is too attractive not to cheat. I just did not know when.”

Come on, shut off such expectations and see yourself building a long-lasting home with your spouse, building a legacy that will not be moved. Recalibrate your expectation, my friend.

Your expectation will provoke divine instruction. Your expectations will open you up to divine instruction, and then Isaiah 30:21 will become real in your heart:
“And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it.”

Note this: God’s instruction becomes direction. Divine

Many of us desire promotion in our daily lives. We long for the next level. We desire greater influence, deeper authority, visible progress, and tangible advancement. We pray for it, work for it, and sometimes even assume it is owed to us because of effort, sacrifice, or gifting. Yet Scripture confronts this assumption with sobering clarity. Promotion is not an entitlement, not an emotional response from God, and not the product of effort alone.

The psalmist reveals a governing truth that reframes everything. God is the Judge.
 This statement alone dismantles casual thinking about promotion. If God is the Judge, then promotion operates within a judicial system, not a sentimental one. Promotion does not happen because God feels impressed. It happens because a verdict has been reached.

In every courtroom, a process governs outcomes. A case must be presented. Facts must be examined. Laws must be applied. Evidence must be weighed. Witnesses must testify. Only then does the judge render a decision. In the same way, divine promotion is the result of a heavenly evaluation. Your next level is determined by judgment, not desire.

This explains why many sincere believers remain unseen, why gifted people remain untrusted, and why effort alone does not always translate into elevation. Promotion is not proof of spirituality. It is proof of alignment with divine law.

I am deeply convinced that God has positioned Himself to promote His children greatly in the year 2026. The courtroom is active. The season is ripe. But verdicts are never released outside of law. We must understand and submit to the Laws of Divine Promotion.

The First Law: The Law of Repositioning: Listen carefully, dearly beloved. God moves a person before He elevates the person.
Repositioning always precedes promotion.

Abraham could not become the father of many nations until he first moved. God called him out of his father’s house, out of idolatry, and out of his comfort zone. The promise was attached to movement. Remaining where he was would have disqualified him from where he was going.

Joseph had to be repositioned from favored son to slave, and from slave to prisoner, before the dreams could lawfully manifest. Moses had to be repositioned from palace to wilderness before he could encounter the supernatural at the burning bush. Access before alignment would have destroyed them.

Habakkuk understood this principle intuitively. He declared:

“I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the rampart, and will watch to see what He will say unto me…” Habakkuk 2:1

He was already standing somewhere, but he realized that his current position limited what he could hear and see. So he deliberately repositioned himself. That is divine wisdom. That is spiritual intelligence. That is the Law of Repositioning.

Repositioning is not always physical. Some must change mental positions. Some must change emotional positions. Some must change spiritual positions. God is saying clearly that if you want to qualify for promotion, your position must change.

I once spoke with one of our precious young daughters in the church about marriage. Through conversation, it became evident that she had already taken a firm position in her mind that marriage would never work for her. That mental posture alone had become a barrier. A position, once taken, governs outcomes.

Many have taken positions about their spouses, their businesses, their spiritual lives, and even their destinies. And God is calling us in this season to reposition ourselves. If you do not reposition yourself, promotion may remain far off.

God will give the instruction, but it is incumbent upon you to obey it.

Even our Lord Jesus

Welcome to the year 2026. I believe God that this year will be the best of your years—that you will go from strength to strength and from glory to glory. Welcome to this glorious year, and my prayer is that whatever proclamations have gone forth from the Lord concerning you and your family, and all that you do, will be made manifest for you in the year 2026 in the name of Jesus. 

It’s already 9 days into the new year, amazing how fast the year is running. Many are already running with it and restyling without waiting on God. But before you run, do this first: wait on God and fast. The greatest thing to do is to wait on God. They that wait on the Lord shall renew their strength, and they shall mount up with wings as eagles.

Many hit the ground running, they hit the year running. But strategically, it is best to hit the new year by waiting on God and fasting. There are so many benefits of waiting on God and fasting. It is great to set apart days, weeks, etc. to wait on God through fasting.

This must not be a religious activity, it must not be a routine or yearly church program. You cannot make the most of it if you are not purposeful. If you lack the understanding of the power of fasting, you will miss the power that comes with it.

Fasting is not a demonstration of spiritual superiority, it loses its potency when the purpose is misconstrued. Your church family may have declared 3 days of fast, or a 120 day fast, it does not translate to spiritual superiority or inferiority.

Understand that the period of fasting is to set yourself apart to seek the face of God. It’s a time to recalibrate, to turn down the noise, interference, and clutters of the flesh so that you can amplify your receptivity to the signals of the Spirit. The signal of the Spirit will give you great direction for the year 2026, enlarge your capacity, and thrust you forward with unstoppable speed of the Spirit.

Major things of the Spirit are not birthed without men waiting on God. Moses waited 40 days for the tablets of stone written with the fingers of God to be delivered unto him. Jesus waited 40 days before His ministry would begin. Paul and Barnabas would only be separated to the work the Holy Spirit had listed for them when the leaders, the prophets, and teachers fasted in Acts 13. Ezra fasted for direction with his people. Esther fasted for deliverance for her people. Just name it, fasting is vital.

Listen, be blessed, and share this with others.

John 1:4-5 says, “In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in darkness, and the darkness comprehended it not.” Light does not appear by chance. It begins with life. Your radiance is directly connected to the life within you. Life is more than breathing or simply existing. Life is the core of your shining. When life flows fully within you, your radiance stretches far. Your purpose expands, your influence increases, your joy is strengthened. But when life is stolen, radiance is dimmed. The enemy understands this. Every attack on your life is truly an attack on your light, on your God-given brilliance, your influence, and your destiny.

Satan has used this method throughout generations. Look at Dinah in Genesis 34. She was the only daughter among Jacob’s children recorded in Scripture. She was meant to be the carrier of generational brilliance.

Sadly, Satan positioned a man called Shechem to dim her radiance. Through the abuse of that one woman, Satan brought down an entire city. The man who raped her died. His father died. All the men in the city were killed (Genesis 34:25-29).

Note that the abuse of a woman often leads to collateral damage. Dinah's family was not exempted. Her brothers became murderers. Jacob was troubled and wounded in his old age (Genesis 34:30). When he was about to die, he even cursed the sons who carried out the attack. The violation of one woman led to the destruction of both the guilty and the innocent.

Do you know that when the man went after Dinah, he even had a deeper secret desire? See what he said to his fellow brethren in Genesis 34:23: “Will not their livestock, their property, and all their animals be ours?” They understood that by violating one girl, they could gain access to the wealth and generational blessing of Abraham. They saw that her stolen life was a doorway into the inheritance of a covenant family.

What many young women do not know is that the enemy saw you as a doorway to greatness. He knew you were designed to be radiant and born to shine. So he positioned dangerous, damaged, and demonic people to come after you. Those people were being used even beyond their own understanding. They were manipulated to steal life. By stealing your life, the enemy hoped to gain access to the lives and destinies connected to you.

Tamar, David’s daughter, is another example of a stolen life. She too was violated, raped, and left desolate—not by an external force, but by a family member. Satan always uses external or internal agents. If not a stepfather, it’s an uncle, a cousin, an aunt, or a father. The abuse of a woman is one of Satan’s quickest tools to destroy multiple lives. Through just one stolen life, destinies, nations, and futures can fall.

My wife and I have met young girls who were used to break marriages, damage men, and tear down destinies through sexual perversion at its peak. When we prayed and asked questions, we discovered that their lives had been stolen at an early stage. A wicked messenger of the enemy came to abuse, rape, and shatter them. They carried the pain, the shame, and the loneliness. Some who could not find healing became instruments of destruction. But those who met Jesus became bright and burning lights again.

I sense the Lord saying, this is your season, precious woman of God. You will shine again. Your life will be restored. Your radiance will be restored. You will manifest the light of life. You will shine. You will live. You will grow, and you will rise in the strength of God. Hallelujah.

Enough of crying. Enough of weep

“By no means clearing the guilty” — this reveals the justice and accountability nature of God. Justice is the very foundation upon which God’s throne stands. It is the heartbeat of His kingdom. Justice is love aligned with holiness. It is love that refuses to trade truth for comfort or righteousness for convenience. Justice gives love its strength and holiness its meaning. It is how God maintains divine order in His creation and purity in His people.

In God, mercy never violates justice, and justice never cancels mercy. They coexist in perfect harmony, revealing the fullness of His divine nature.

Justice is the balance between compassion and conviction, between grace and truth. Mercy without justice becomes indulgent, and justice without mercy becomes cruel. But when both walk together, the heart of God is revealed — tender yet firm, forgiving yet pure, compassionate yet unyielding.

Justice is not punishment; it is protection. It guards love from becoming weak and holiness from becoming harsh. Mercy heals, but justice preserves what mercy has restored. Every act of divine correction is not an act of cruelty but an expression of care. Justice is how God guards what He loves.

In the covenant of marriage, justice manifests as righteous accountability — the willingness to uphold truth, protect purity, and preserve covenant. Justice in marriage does not come to condemn; it comes to restore. It is the voice that says, “I love you too much to let sin destroy what God has built between us.” It calls for truth, repentance, and humility. It refuses to let pride, secrecy, or deceit erode the foundation that God has sanctified.

Justice restores divine order where selfishness once ruled. It dethrones pride, silences rebellion, and exalts righteousness. It calls both husband and wife to integrity — in speech, in action, and in motive. Justice becomes the inner compass that guides them back to holiness whenever temptation whispers or weariness sets in. It is not control; it is covenant protection. It is not dominance; it is divine alignment. Where justice reigns, love becomes safe, trust is cultivated, and the presence of God abides richly.

Without justice, mercy becomes weakness. Without mercy, justice becomes a weapon. But when they unite, love becomes both strong and secure. Psalm 85:10 declares, “Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.” This is the harmony of heaven, the culture of God’s throne. In such a marriage, mercy heals the wound, and justice ensures the wound does not reopen. Mercy restores the relationship, and justice sustains it.

To live justly in marriage is to live truthfully. It is to speak honestly, even when the truth is uncomfortable. It is to uphold righteousness when compromise seems easier. It is to set boundaries that honor God and to choose forgiveness that does not ignore truth. It means guarding the home as a sacred altar where the presence of God dwells. To dishonor your spouse is to dishonor God. To violate your vows is to violate His order. Justice restores that reverence and places the throne of God at the center of the home.

But hear me singles and unmarried: justice does not begin at the altar; it begins before the altar. It begins in singleness. It begins in the quiet places of integrity, in the discipline of truth, and in the willingness to be accountable. A person who avoids accountability before marriage will not suddenly become accou

Forgiveness begins with you. Many remain trapped not because God refuses mercy, but because they refuse to release themselves. Past mistakes, wrong choices, repeated failures—these weigh heavily on the heart. Yet Romans 8:1 speaks with authority: “There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.” No guilt, no shame, no past sin has power to bind you in Christ. Holding on to it keeps you chained, looking backward, unable to move forward in His grace. Until you fully embrace God’s mercy within yourself, extending forgiveness to others is impossible.

It is time to let go. Stop torturing yourself with “what ifs” and “if onlys.” Stop replaying failures that God has already buried in His mercy. The blood of Jesus did not cleanse you halfway—it washed you completely. Let the past die. Step into freedom. Forgive yourself, and then watch how God enables you to forgive others with the same unshakable grace.

Forgiveness also requires releasing those around us. Many marriages and relationships are bound not by open conflict, but by the silent prisons of unspoken pain. Choosing peace over pride, restoration over revenge, and words that heal instead of harm allows love and mercy to flow freely. Jesus’ instruction in Matthew 18:22 — forgiving “seventy times seven” — reminds us that forgiveness must be continual, an ongoing act of love and mercy even when offenses repeat.

A profound way to cultivate forgiveness is to see others through the eyes of Jesus. On the cross, with all the pain, shame, and humiliation, He looked down at those who had been healed by Him, or their relatives, who now spat on Him, whipped Him with thirty-nine lashes, wove a crown of thorns, divided His clothes, and nailed Him to the cross, shouting, “Crucify Him!” And yet He said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing” (Luke 23:34). Wow! What a powerful choice! Jesus did not say, “I forgive them”; He transferred the burden of forgiveness to God. He assumed that those committing evil did not fully understand their actions. Imagine if Jesus had believed they knew exactly what they were doing — forgiveness would have been impossible. How wonderful it would be if we could assume that those who hurt us do not fully understand their actions, rather than presuming malice. Often husbands and wives, or people wronged in other relationships, say, “He knows what he is doing” or “She knows what she is doing,” and forgiveness then becomes very difficult. 

When Satan desired to sift Peter like wheat, Jesus said, “Simon, Simon, behold, Satan has desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat; but I have prayed for you, that your faith fail not. And when you are converted, strengthen your brethren” (Luke 22:31–32). Jesus did not condemn Peter or express disappointment at his potential failure. Instead, He prayed for his recovery and saw a future where Peter would be restored and strengthened to serve others. Jesus looked beyond present failures, focusing on potential and divine purpose. Forgiveness is the very heartbeat of God. To forgive means to release someone from the debt of their wrong and to no longer hold their offense against them. It is not pretending nothing happened; it is choosing to let go of vengeance and to entrust the matter into God’s hands. Forgiveness is freedom, freedom for the one who gives it and for the one who receives it.

God forgives all kinds of wrongs – iniquity, which speaks of the hidden corruption of the heart; transgression, which means deliberate rebellion; and sin, which refers to human failure. He forgives not because we deserve it but because He delights in mercy. Micah 7:18–19 says, “Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? He retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy. He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.”

When God forgives, He does so completely, keeping no record of wrongs. Likewise, in marriage, where two imperfect people live together, offenses will surely arise. That is why forgiveness is not optional; it is essential. Forgiveness is the breath of love, the nature of God that holds a marriage when everything else falls apart. 

Without forgiveness, even the most beautiful marriage will suffocate under the weight of accumulated offenses. The marriage that breathes forgiveness will always rise again, no matter how broken it once was. A husband and wife who cannot forgive cannot truly love, for love and forgiveness are inseparable. When forgiveness departs, bitterness begins to rule, and when bitterness rules, destruction is only a matter of time.

Please, my dear friend, it is time to let go. You have carried the burden of unforgiveness for too long. You are hurting yourself; you are breaking yourself. Let it go and let God stand for you. It is time to forgive the wrong of your spouse. Forgive completely, forgive quickly, and forgive continually. Matthew 18:21–22 reminds us that forgiveness has no limit. Do not keep a record of wrongs. Stop rehearsing the pain and start embracing the healing. Forgiveness is not denial; it is deliverance. It is the nature of God at work in the human heart.

And to you who are single and preparing for marriage, be very careful if you meet someone who carries grudges in their hearts. When you hear things like, “I am not on talking terms with my father,” “I cannot forgive my mother,” “I cannot forgive my siblings,” “In my church, I do not talk to that person,” listen, you are in trouble. The person who carries bitterness is missing a vital nature of God. If the man or woman you want to marry does not have the nature of forgiveness, you better go back and pray, and pray again. That person is missing the heart of God and it will surely manifest in your relationship sooner or later. Forgiveness is the nature of God that helps you forgive all kinds of sin, transgression, and iniquity.

Also, it is important to understand that forgiveness requires acknowledgement of our wrong. First John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” You do not keep doing wrong and refuse to acknowledge it. You must confess, you must take responsibility, you must humble yourself. Forgiveness is not a license to continue in sin. You must not use forgiveness as a tool for manipulation. Some say, “I know she will forgive me,” and then go on committing adultery. Others say, “I know he is a good man; he will forgive me,” while they continue speaking evil of their spouse. When God revealed Himself to Moses, one of the first attributes He unveiled was His mercy. After revealing His grace, His long-suffering, His abounding love, and His overflowing goodness, the Lord declared again, “I am the God keeping mercy for thousands.” This is no casual statement. It is a divine revelation of sustained mercy, mercy that transcends time, mercy that endures across generations, mercy that remains unshaken even when man falters, mercy that never grows weary or grows cold. This is the mercy that defines the heart of God.

It is one thing to show mercy once, but it is another thing to sustain mercy. Many couples are merciful for a moment, but mercy is not their nature. They show compassion until they are offended. They forgive until they grow weary. They love until they are wounded. But God is not like that. His mercy is never temporary. His mercy is not fleeting. It is constant, enduring, and faithful. It is not shaped by circumstances; it flows continually, limitless, and steadfast through every season.

You see, in our marriages and relationships, we often hear people say, “I have forgiven five times already. I am done.” But when God describes Himself, He does not say, “I forgive for a season.” He says, “I keep mercy for thousands.” That means His mercy is stored, sustained, and stretched across generations. The mercy that saved your father is still strong enough to save you, and the same mercy can reach your children.

God’s mercy is consistent and generational. It is not swayed by mood; it is anchored in covenant. Remember, marriage is a covenant, and only the sustained mercy of God can uphold it. Your spouse will offend you again and again. You will have to forgive for the same hurt twenty times over. This is the nature of God’s mercy. It does not run out because of your weakness; it endures because of His unchanging character. He does not merely show mercy; He keeps mercy. The word keep means to guard, to preserve, to maintain carefully and continually. It is mercy that refuses to expire.

The world teaches, “He does not deserve another chance. She has shown the highest level of disrespect; do not even consider reconciliation.” Hmmm, the sustained mercy of God teaches differently.

Psalm 100:5 says, “For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting; and His truth endures to all generations.” The mercy of God is everlasting. It cannot die. It cannot fade. Lamentations 3:22 reminds us, “It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not.” As long as we return with open hearts, acknowledging our wrongs and turning from our ways, His sustained mercy reaches us even in our lowest state.

When the sustained mercy of God is active in our marriages, offenses, bitterness, anger, rage, and unforgiveness will find no root. There is no place for resentment to grow, no room for pride to harden the heart, no opportunity for past hurts to control the present. Mercy that is preserved by God’s nature transforms relationships. It softens hearts, restores communion, and produces a marriage where grace flows continuously, love remains vibrant, and peace reigns without end.

Sustained mercy means God’s compassion flows from who He is. He keeps mercy for thousands because He keeps covenant with His own heart. No wonder David said, “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life.”

Mercy follows. Mercy fights. Mercy preserves. Mercy covers. Mercy sustains.

When God revealed Himself to Moses, He did not introduce Himself as the God of thunder or of fire, though He is both. He revealed His heart, His very essence: love and goodness. He said, “I am abounding in love.” Love is not something God does. Love is who He is. His goodness flows out of His love, and His love gives meaning to His goodness. Without love, goodness has no foundation. Without goodness, love has no expression. Love is the highway upon which the goodness of God travels.

Many marriages, ministries, and lives have broken not because power was lacking, not because prayer was lacking, but because love was absent. Until you have experienced divine love, you cannot express divine love. Until you have been healed by love, you cannot become an instrument of love.

To abound means to overflow, to increase beyond limits, to multiply without measure. Here lies the mystery: God is love, yet He says He abounds in love. The One who is perfect still overflows in love. If He abounds, then you must abound also. To abound in love is not a feeling. It is a divine posture. It is to live from a heart so full of God that love becomes your response to everything.

We live in a generation that speaks of love but has lost its weight. “I love you” has become empty. Many love to take, not to give. True love is measured by what it gives, not by what it gains.

There are three prophetic expressions of love that build strong marriages and reveal the true heart of God:

Love Gives. “For God so loved the world that He gave…” (John 3:16). The proof of love is in giving. Love gives attention, time, joy, peace, and life. Many today give their attention to phones, social media, and online programs, while their marriages bleed in silence. You pray all night but neglect your home. That is not love. Love gives attention before it gives noise. Love gives time, prayer, and care. Love also gives up, giving up wrong associations, bad habits, addictions, selfish ways, and pride. Love gives, and love gives up.

Love Keeps. “If you love me, keep my commandments.” (John 14:15). True love is disciplined. Love keeps its word, keeps its promise, keeps its covenant. Many marriages collapse because love could not keep. If someone claims to love you but cannot keep commitment, you are in danger. Love without the power to keep is deception. Dear husband, dear wife, true love keeps. Dear single, beware of one who cannot keep their word. Love keeps faith, purity, and covenant.

When love abounds, forgiveness flows naturally. When love abounds, faith works effortlessly. When love abounds, homes are healed and destinies restored. Love is not weakness. Love is the greatest power of all.

Let love abound in your marriage until it becomes your nature, your fragrance, and your power. Let it overflow until it defines every word, every action, every moment of your life.

When love abounds, God is revealed.

This was not a mere description of God. It was His revealed nature. When God unveiled Himself to Moses, He began with mercy, grace, and longsuffering. That is the nature that sustains every covenant. That is the nature that preserves every marriage.

In marriage, God uses seasons of strain to unveil His nature within you. When emotions waver and faith stretches thin, He does not call you to fight or to flee. He calls you to stand still and let His grace work. “After that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, establish, strengthen, settle you.” (1 Peter 5:10) Suffering has a limit, but its fruit is eternal strength. Every test you pass through with patience adds divine weight to your spirit. It forms within you the kind of love that does not break under pressure.

Abigail stands as a living portrait of longsuffering. Married to Nabal, a man rich in substance but poor in spirit, she endured arrogance, foolishness, and emotional neglect with divine wisdom. While Nabal’s pride drove him toward destruction, Abigail’s calm restraint preserved an entire household. She did not shout, argue, or retaliate. She acted under the inspiration of heaven. Her patience under provocation became the channel of divine intervention.

This is what many homes lack today. When one partner becomes unteachable, unreachable, or proud, communication begins to die, peace weakens, and love is tested. Yet it is not cowardice to endure. It is spiritual mastery. Longsuffering is the bridge between pain and divine intervention. It is what keeps a home standing while heaven completes its work.

Marriage is not a destination. It is a lifelong classroom. No one graduates. Every day brings new lessons in patience, forgiveness, and understanding. Longsuffering is what keeps you in class when others drop out. You will say again what you already said. You will forgive what you already forgave. You will love what has not yet changed. That is divine endurance. That is the love of God in motion.

To the singles, hear this prophetic word. Longsuffering is not learned in marriage; it must be built before marriage. It is not born in pleasure; it is formed in consecration. Without it, many will quit before glory appears. Longsuffering is what keeps a man or woman standing until the full counsel of God is revealed. It is not enduring in despair; it is enduring with hope. It is the patience that believes while waiting, the restraint that worships while wounded, the faith that stays until God finishes what He started.

Key Areas Where Longsuffering Is Needed in Marriage

1. Communication – When words are ignored or misunderstood, longsuffering teaches you to speak the language of patience when understanding fails.
2. Finances – When financial imbalance or irresponsibility brings strain, longsuffering becomes your covering until wisdom and stewardship take root in your spouse.
3. Offenses – When wrongs are repeated and apologies are delayed, longsuffering steadies your heart until grace completes its inner work in your spouse.
4. Spiritual Growth – When one pursues God and the other drifts in complacency, longsuffering keeps you praying instead of complaining, interceding instead of judging.
5. Emotional Maturity – When anger, pride, or mood swings disturb peace, longsuffering quiets the storm before it breaks the home.
6. Intimacy – When affection wanes or desires clash, longsuffering keeps love sowing and the covenant alive until healing comes.
7. Family Influence – When in-laws intrude or tensions rise, longsuffering becomes your silent shield, preserving peace when external voices seek to pull your home apart.

Grace is unmerited favor. It is the release of divine goodness where it is not deserved. It is the heart of God choosing to bless rather than condemn, to forgive rather than retaliate, to do good even when every human reason says not to. Grace is the supernatural power that enables you to bless when you are bruised, to serve when you are misunderstood, and to love when you are wounded.

A marriage that mirrors God must flow in grace. Many homes are not destroyed because love is missing but because graciousness is absent. Some marriages have become like a marketplace. “You do for me, I do for you. You offend me, I withdraw from you. You fail me, I punish you.” This is not grace; it is the law of exchange, and it kills the fragrance of love.

Grace says, “Even when you fail me, I will still reflect the goodness of God toward you.” Grace does not deny wrong, but it refuses to let wrong rule. Grace breaks the power of offense. Grace disarms revenge. Grace opens the door for healing to begin.

But grace must be rightly understood.“What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid.” (Romans 6:1–2)
Grace without truth becomes deception. Grace without discernment becomes destruction. Grace is not stupidity, nor is it permission for sin. True grace forgives, but it also calls for repentance. Grace will stretch to restore, but it will not become a doormat for destruction.

Even Jesus, full of grace and truth, never compromised one for the other.“For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.” (John 1:17). Grace and truth must walk together. Any grace that separates from truth becomes false mercy.

Titus 2:11–12 says, “For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world.”

Grace restores, but it never rewards evil. Grace forgives, but it demands change. Grace holds the door open, but it does not invite repeated injury. That is grace and the law of divine balance.
This is the divine order. When a husband is gracious, he covers his wife with safety. When a wife is gracious, she crowns her husband with peace. When both walk in grace, their home becomes a dwelling place of divine favor.

For the singles: if you are yet to marry, listen well. This is not the time to choose a man because of his six-pack or a woman because of her beauty. Look for grace. Look for the visible manifestation of the nature of God. Is he gracious in speech? Is she gracious in character? Do his words minister peace or pride? Does her presence carry grace or provoke arrogance?

The scripture says, “Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.” (Colossians 4:6)
If grace is not visible in their words, their actions, and their daily walk, do not bind your destiny to them. Beauty fades, charm deceives, but graciousness endures.

Before you seek a gracious partner, ask yourself — are you gracious? Do you carry the fragrance of divine kindness? Do your words heal or harm? Are your reactions led by the Spirit or by self? Grace is not just what you receive; it is what you become.

Grace and the law of divine balance will make every relationship fruitful and make your marriage a reflection of heaven on earth.

When God revealed Himself to Moses, He did not begin by announcing His greatness, His power, or His wealth. He could have said, “I am the Lord your God, I am powerful, I am mighty, I am love, I am wisdom, I am abundance, I am the source of all things.” He could have introduced Himself with a list of His glorious accomplishments.. He could have declared, “I have strength, I have riches, I have angels at my command, I rule the heavens and the earth.” But He chose to begin with something deeper, something eternal, something that reveals His heart — “The Lord God, merciful and gracious.”

If I were to put it in today’s language, I would have expected God to introduce Himself the way many introduce themselves in our generation: “I am kind, I am rich, I have a job, I have  houses in various choice locations, I have the latest brands of cars, I have cryptocurrency enough to keep you from working hard for the rest of your life.” Yet the Almighty chose instead to reveal His nature, not His possessions. He wanted Moses to know who He is, not just what He has. Because what He has flows out of who He is.

What is Mercy? Mercy is God’s tender heart toward human weakness. It is compassion that chooses understanding instead of condemnation. “The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy” (Psalm 103:8).

Marriage is the union of two imperfect people. The best of a man is still a man, and the best of a woman is still a woman. You are not marrying an angel. Marriage is not a fairy tale where two people ride into the sunset and live happily ever after. It is where you discover that the way your spouse sleeps irritates you, the way they chew annoys you, and the way they snore tests your patience. It is where you realize that love must mature into mercy.

“And above all things have fervent love among yourselves, for love shall cover a multitude of sins” (1 Peter 4:8). Love covers, but mercy sustains. It takes mercy to respond to the limitations and weaknesses of your spouse without being judgmental or harsh. Mercy is what keeps love from becoming legalistic. God does not deal with us according to our faults, but according to His compassion. Marriage must operate by the same principle. Without mercy, two imperfect people will destroy each other.

When your spouse fails, respond with tenderness. Mercy does not excuse sin; it creates space for redemption. Mercy builds a home where healing can take place. A merciful home is a safe home. Think about how often God has overlooked your own faults, your inconsistencies, your failures, and your weaknesses. You are daily sustained by His mercy. You must extend the same mercy to your spouse.

Many marriages are collapsing today not because love is gone, but because mercy is missing. Love may still be present, but without mercy, love suffocates. It is possible to love deeply and yet lack mercy. Mercy is the true reflection of God’s nature, and if you desire to succeed in marriage, you must become like Him. Be merciful. Cultivate a tender heart toward your spouse’s weakness.

In  this episode, I want to share a word that the Lord gave me about marriage and His heart. This word was revealed to me during the wedding of Brother Sander and Sister Senait. After living together for twenty years without marriage, they encountered Jesus. Both surrendered their lives to Him, were baptized, and chose to walk in covenant before the Lord. Heaven bore witness to their union. As I watched, the Lord spoke clearly: every marriage that will last must be built upon the very nature of God Himself.

Marriage was not created by culture. It was established by the Creator. To sustain what God initiates, husband and wife must reflect His person. The same attributes that make God’s covenant with man unbreakable are the same that make a marriage indestructible. When a couple mirrors His nature, love becomes holy, unity becomes possible, and marriage becomes heaven on earth.

In this episode, we begin with the first divine attribute revealed in Exodus 34:5–8 — Communication: The Voice of God’s Nature. When God proclaimed His name to Moses, He revealed His heart. It still amazes me how God demonstrated His glory and power to an audience of one — just Moses. God came and proclaimed His name twice. That was the first thing He did. The Lord, the Lord God. One would have expected God to say, Moses already knows Me, I spoke to him before in Exodus chapter 3. I even introduced Myself in a name that Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob did not know. No! God had a personal, unique, and renewed communication with Moses. He was eager to reveal His attribute, His personality, His nature. That is where it starts from. God communicates. 

Before He made Adam, He communicated. He said, Let us make man in our image. Before He established marriage, He communicated His observation and His intention: It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a help meet for him.How then can anyone survive marriage or any godly relationship without communication?

I heard the story of a woman who was so frustrated, ready to divorce because her husband never told her he loved her. She cried, wept, and could not understand. Eventually, a priest mediated and asked, “What is the problem?” She said, “My husband never told me he loves me.” The husband was shocked. He said, “On our wedding day, I told her publicly that I love her. I just thought I would let her know if I ever change my mind.” He adored his wife, he loved her deeply, but he was about to lose her simply because he missed out the first attribute of God that makes marriage work. Love that is not communicated is non-tangible and will not be appreciated.

Do you know that God communicates in diverse ways? He communicates through signs — the rainbow is His communication that the earth will never again be destroyed by flood. He speaks through actions — He told Hosea to marry a harlot to communicate His pain for Israel. He told Ezekiel to lie on his side to reveal His heart to His people. He speaks through silence. He speaks in many ways. As a spouse, learn to communicate in diverse ways: through affectionate words, through acts of love, through joy, through service, through attention, through gestures.

The Path of Life is not new. It is the old path, the ancient way walked by men and women who gave themselves wholly to God in secret and in public. It is not trendy or viral. It is built on knees, soaked in tears, sealed in private devotion. This path looks like early rising and long waiting. It looks like fasting, fire, and self-denial. It is brokenness, holy  living, and hidden obedience. It is faithful service for the honour of His name, not for a title or a microphone.

John Wesley walked this way. He rose at 4:30 AM to meet God in prayer and study. He preached over 40,000 sermons and rode more than 250,000 miles on horseback to carry the gospel. He fasted twice a week, not for show, but for power. His was a life laid down, not a ministry built up. George Whitefield followed this same road, burning for souls. He preached to crowds of 30,000 without a microphone. His voice thundered because his knees had travailed. He was soaked in intercession, he wept over the lost, he preached with tears, and God answered with mighty results. Charles Spurgeon also lived on this path. He read six books a week, preached up to ten times weekly, and spent hours groaning in prayer. He said, “I would rather teach one man to pray than ten men to preach.” That is priesthood, not performance.

These were not entertainers. They were burning men, consumed by God. They were deep wells, not shallow waters. This is the old path. This is the good way. They carried weight because they carried God. They knew the way up was through their knees. Their power came from communion. Their boldness came from the secret place. Their joy was not in results but in His presence. Their strength was not crowds. It was Christ.

Here is where rest is found: not in noise, not in branding, not in activity, but in the secret place. Yet the tragedy still resounds in the response of the people to God in that same opening scripture, “But they said, We will not walk in it.” We are living in that same rebellion now. This is that stubborn generation that mocks the old path and calls it legalism, that calls fire old-fashioned, that prefers applause over the altar, likes over longing, performance over presence, trends over truth, activity over intimacy, crowds over consecration. Spiritual discipline is now labelled as the spirit of religion.  How can a mere man look God in the face and say, “I will not walk in it”? Unbelievable, yet it is happening.

So we want fire without waiting, revival without repentance, miracles without intimacy, mantles without hunger, open doors without discipline, microphones without intercession. We want stages but run from caves. No wonder there is no rest. There is noise but no voice, movement but no direction, gifts but no weight. We left the ancient path and wonder why the wells are dry. We are loud but not deep, busy but not fruitful, visible but not spiritual. 

Prayer: Lord, show me the ancient path and I will walk in it. Teach me the old way. Deliver me from this generation’s obsession with performance. Baptize me again in the secret place. Let my mornings be Yours. Let my body be a living sacrifice. Let my time belong to You. Let my name mean nothing and let Your name mean everything. Let my life burn on the altar. I do not want noise, I want weight. I do not want trends, I want truth. I do not want applause, I want fire. Show me the ancient path, and I will walk in it.

God’s path for Joseph led him through betrayal, temptation, accusation, and confinement. It began in a pit. “Then they took him and cast him into a pit... and they took Joseph to Egypt” (Genesis 37:24–28 NKJV). Would you have believed that Brother Judah, whose name means praise, the very one who was meant to sing the praise of God in Joseph’s life, was the one who suggested he be sold into slavery? “So Judah said to his brothers, ‘What profit is there if we kill our brother and conceal his blood? Come and let us sell him to the Ishmaelites, and let not our hand be upon him, for he is our brother and our flesh.’ And his brothers listened” (Genesis 37:26–27 NKJV). His idea was simple. Let us not kill him directly, so we can deny any guilt, but let us hand him over to others who will most likely destroy him. That way, our hands look clean, but the outcome is the same.

Have you not met people like that? They are not the ones doing the slandering, the attacking, or the accusing, but they are the ones whispering in corners, planting the seed, fueling the fire. On this path of life, the Lord has taught me that sometimes the ones who should be testifying to God’s goodness in your life are the very ones silently working for your disappearance. They want you erased. But they want it done so quietly that no one will trace it to them. And if questioned, they will stand tall and say, “We didn’t kill him.”

They sold him for twenty pieces of silver. And for twenty-two years — that is 8,030 days — these brothers lived with the secret. They spent the money. They smiled. They moved on. Not one of them was pierced in the conscience. Not one tried to help their father find closure. For 8,030 nights, their father wept in agony, thinking his son was dead, while they held the truth and kept silent. That is evil. That is wickedness on the path of life. And I said to myself, Judas was even better than these ones. At least Judas could not live with his guilt for three days. But these brothers lived with their lie for twenty-two years. And even when they stood face to face with Joseph, they still had the boldness to invent another story. Wao.

And that was not the end. “Then Joseph’s master took him and put him into the prison... and he was there in the prison” (Genesis 39:20 NKJV). The pit was not a mistake. The prison was not a detour. It was God preparing His man. Joseph wasn’t a victim. He was a vessel. “He sent a man before them—Joseph—who was sold as a slave... until the time that his word came to pass, the word of the Lord tested him” (Psalm 105:17–19 NKJV).

And through it all, God was present. “But the Lord was with Joseph and showed him mercy” (Genesis 39:21 NKJV). His presence may not always bring the comfort you desire, but He never leaves. Those who tried to bury Joseph unknowingly built his staircase to the palace. They stripped his robe but not his mantle. Sold his body but could not silence his calling. Laughed at his dreams but bowed before their fulfilment.

“You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy” (Psalm 16:11 NKJV). When God is leading, your steps may go through darkness, but they will end in light. Your pain will carry purpose. Your fire will birth favour. So cry for grace. Not the grace to avoid hardship, but grace to endure it without pollution. “You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus

There is a difference between the way and the path. The way is God's divine direction. The path is how we respond to it. Many know the way of the Lord. They’ve heard His voice. They’ve received teaching, conviction, and counsel. Yet they still choose their own path. This is not confusion. This is rebellion. It is pride. It is ego. And it has wrecked many lives and aborted divine callings.

Some say, “I know what God is saying, but I want to do my own thing.” That’s how men derail themselves. That’s how Judas fell. He knew the way. He walked with the Truth. He lived under the Word. But he chose a path that led to destruction.

Beloved, we are not here to merely know the way. We are here to cry out for the right path — the one God has marked out. Because no matter how right a man feels, a wrong path can never lead to a right destination.

“In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” (Proverbs 3:6 NKJV)

There is a path called the Path of Life. It is not guessed or assumed. It must be revealed. And often, it doesn’t look like life. It may look narrow, painful, hidden, or shameful. But it is the path God ordains. It leads to His presence. It produces joy. It ends in glory.

“You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.”(Psalm 16:11 NKJV)

When the path of life was shown to David, it didn’t look glorious. He faced ridicule from his brothers, mockery from Goliath, betrayal from Saul. He was driven into caves. Yet he stayed on the path. That was the making of a king. That was the fire behind the oil.

“David therefore departed from there and escaped to the cave of Adullam.” (1 Samuel 22:1 NKJV)

The path of life will take you through caves, wilderness, rejection, and isolation. But don’t leave it. Pray for endurance. Don’t trade the throne for comfort. Don’t abandon the journey because it doesn’t feel good now. Stay. God is refining you.

“You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.” (2 Timothy 2:3 NKJV)
“But he who endures to the end shall be saved.” (Matthew 24:13 NKJV)

Even when it looks like the journey is going backward
Even when the cave surrounds you
Even when the mockers are many
Hold your ground
Because the path of life may look rough now, but it leads forward

I remember taking a journey to a rural village. Google Maps said it was 45 minutes. I did all my calculations, gave it a generous one hour. But do you know how long it took? Six full hours.

Excellent car with great performance,  accurate GPS, but the problem was not the car nor the GPS. The problem was the path. The road was twisted, rough, and unkind. Every turn drained us. Every pothole slowed us. Every bump stole our time. And although the SUV was strong and reliable, the road made it feel like it was falling apart. The car wasn't the issue. The path was.

I’ve seen women miscarry on such roads not because they were careless, but because the driver ignored the crookedness of the road. The path was too rough. The shaking was too much. The pressure was unbearable and the precious thing they carried was lost. Likewise, I’ve seen people lose divine assignments. Not because they lacked passion, but because they journeyed  on the wrong path.

Dearly beloved, may I submit to you by the Spirit of God that some things may indeed be lame, yet they are still very usable if only they were on the right path. But when you place what is lame on a crooked path, it leads to dislocation which brings more pain and causes deeper damage.

I know husbands with all kinds of lame excuses, but worse still, they are set on the wrong path, a path that leads only to breakdown. I know women with lame character, yet walking boldly on roads that are clearly headed for destruction. I know gifted Christians, burning with passion and overflowing with talent, yet relying on worldly principles to produce and sustain what was born of the Spirit. And what happens? Dislocation, and ultimately, destruction. A divine assignment laid upon a carnal foundation will always end in collapse.

There are marriages, ministries, businesses, and callings that are limping—not because they are unworthy, but because they are misaligned. Instead of fixing the path, people continue to patch the symptoms. Instead of correcting direction, they try to decorate dysfunction. They mount fragile spiritual journeys on platforms built by the world. They quote motivational speakers to sustain visions birthed in prayer. They run spiritual mandates using secular tools. And when things crumble, they call it warfare. But often, it is simply misalignment.

We must cry out from our hearts: Lord, straighten my path. Do not let my fragile calling rest on a worldly foundation.  Do not allow my ministry to ride on crooked counsel.Deliver me from the mixture of holy burdens with unrighteous roads.

There is a path that is sure. A path that is holy. A path that is safe, even when it is narrow. It is not flashy. It is not popular. But it is preserved. It is called the Highway of Holiness.

Isaiah 35:8 (KJV):“And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.”

This is a deep mystery. The Highway of Holiness is so aligned with the will of God that even if a fool steps on it, he cannot miss his way. That is how accurate holiness is. Holiness is not just about staying away from sin. It is about walking in divine order. Holiness is not just morality. It is divine direction.

Bring a foolish man into the path of holiness, and things begin to shift. He may not be wise, but he cannot go wrong. Holiness disciplines. Holiness corrects. Holiness redirects. Holiness is the compass of destiny. I call it Spiritual Real Intelligence. Not artificial. Not learned from men. But divine intelligence downloaded from God Himself.

No one walks in the

This is not a metaphor. This is not poetry. This is not some high-sounding, hyper encouragement. This is the Almighty God making a personal, practical, and prophetic declaration to you. “I will hold your right hand. I will help you.” God is not standing at a distance. He is not sending a message. He is not suggesting a solution. He is stepping in. He is reaching out. He is gripping your hand and saying, “Let’s walk through it together.” And when God helps you, He does not outsource it. He does not delegate it. He becomes the Help Himself. He enters your fire. He steps into your delay. He shows up in your confusion. He stands in the middle of your warfare.

If the Lord is holding your hand, what power can resist you? What force can delay you? What opposition can stop you? No demon in hell can fight the One who fights for you. No wall can stand when the One who breaks gates of brass is on your side. No protocol can hinder the God who sets His own protocols.

The sea could not stand when it saw the Glory of the Invisible Almighty One. The river ran. Mountains skipped. Hills trembled. Even the earth backed away when God stepped in. That is what happens when the Almighty appears. That is what happens when He holds your right hand.

“The sea saw it and fled; Jordan turned back. The mountains skipped like rams, the little hills like lambs. What ails you, O sea, that you fled? O Jordan, that you turned back? O mountains, that you skipped like rams? O little hills, like lambs? Tremble, O earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob.”- Psalm 114:3–7

So I ask you, what are you doing with your right hand? Are you still holding on to what is unclean? Are you gripping distractions, pursuits, and pleasures that prevent divine grip? How can God hold what you have already occupied? Disengage your right hand from lesser things so you can fully engage the hand of the Lord.

There is even a deeper dimension. God does not only want to hold your hand. He wants to guide you with His eyes. Psalm 32:8: “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.”

This is intimacy. This is precision. This is how generals are led. God says, “Stay close enough to see My eyes.” He is not always shouting. He is not always shaking the mountains. Sometimes He is simply looking. But if you are far, you will miss it.

This is why the war over your focus is real. The moment your eyes lock with God’s eyes, direction becomes clear. Discernment becomes sharp. Acceleration begins. The enemy knows this. So he fights to distract you. He floods you with noise. He surrounds you with opinions. He clogs your spirit with comparison and worry and busyness.

You start looking at everything else. You look at people. You look at yourself. You look at the storm. You scroll. You stress. You compare. And in the process, your gaze shifts away from Jesus.

“Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”Hebrews 12:2

Fix your eyes on Jesus,  his eyes are saying, “Come.” His eyes are saying, “Stay.” His eyes are saying, “Now.” But because your eyes are elsewhere, you miss it. Now is the time to shift your gaze. Now is the time to turn your eyes fully upon the Lord. Now is the time to break free from all that competes for your attention.

Let His fire touch you. Let His gaze awaken you. Let His look silence the storm. Let His presence baptize you afresh. Take your eyes off the wind. Take your eyes off the waves. Fix your gaze on Him. God is speaking volumes through His eyes. His eyes are full of fire. His eyes are full of mercy. His eyes are full of glory. His ey

She had a plan. She had influence. She had strategy. She had access to the palace. She even had a dinner prepared. But she knew: if I don’t obtain favour, all of this means nothing. The king was her husband, but that didn’t guarantee her audience. Favour was the access code.

"And it was so, when the king saw Esther the queen standing in the court, that she obtained favour in his sight: and the king held out to Esther the golden sceptre that was in his hand. So Esther drew near..." — Esther 5:2

Favour gave her access even before her own husband. That sceptre did not rise because of marriage. It rose because of favour. And yet today, we take favour for granted. We rely on our eloquence, our strategy, our gifting, our education, our connections. But favour is not an option. It is essential.

One of the signs that mercy is speaking over your life is when God releases favour with it. “But the Lord was with Joseph, and shewed him mercy, and gave him favour in the sight of the keeper of the prison” — Genesis 39:21.

Joseph was locked up, but favour the heart of the keeper. And today, there are keepers all around you. Keepers of documents. Keepers of policies. Keepers of buildings. Keepers of lands. Keepers of contracts. Keepers of opportunities. Until you receive favour in their sight, what is being kept will remain locked.

After 430 years of brutal labour, building Pharaoh’s empire under pain and oppression, the children of Israel were still going to be sent away empty. No reward. No severance. No compensation. Egypt was ready to say goodbye with nothing in their hands. But God intervened. “"And I will give this people favour in the sight of the Egyptians: and it shall come to pass, that, when ye go, ye shall not go empty." — Exodus 3:21

That’s what some of us need to realise. Just because you have worked for 30 years doesn’t mean you will not go empty. Just because you’ve been faithful in ministry for 40 years doesn’t guarantee honour. Egypt doesn’t reward labour. It is favour that ensures you don’t go empty.

And God fulfilled His word. “And the Lord gave the people favour in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they lent unto them such things as they required. And they spoiled the Egyptians” — Exodus 12:36. Exodus 3:21 was the promise. Exodus 12:36 was the performance. That is what favour does. It fulfills what toil cannot produce.

The early church did not grow just because of miracles. In fact, miracles brought persecution. The apostles were beaten, imprisoned, and threatened for the signs and wonders they performed. But what grew the church was not just power. It was favour.

"Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved."— Acts 2:47

Favour brought multiplication. Favour brought reception. Favour brought daily addition. You want to grow? You want to be heard? You want to be received? Pray for favour.

Even Jesus—God in flesh—increased in favour. “And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man” — Luke 2:52. If Jesus needed favour, you need it more. And even if you already have it, you need to increase in it. Favour is not static. It multiplies. It rises. And it must rise over your life.

Pray: Lord, increase my favour. Favour before kings. Favour before men. Favour before gatekeepers. Favour in this season. Favour in this land. Favour in strange places.

So rise u

Strength and the help of God are inseparable. If God helps you but does not strengthen you, you will lose what you were helped to receive. You may enter the room, but you will not be able to stay in it. You may receive the calling, but you won’t have the stamina to finish it. It is impossible to keep the treasures God gives to you without strength.

This is not just another episode. This is a cry from the spirit. A call to prayer. Today we cry out for the strength of God. Not hype. Not noise. Real strength. Strength that carries. Strength that keeps. Strength that finishes.

There are three types of strength I want us to pray about today. The strength to build. The strength to battle. And the strength to blossom.

Strength to build: Nehemiah was not a builder. He was a wine taster. But when the burden came to rebuild, and enemies rose to weaken him, he did not ask for fire. He prayed one prayer. “Now therefore, O God, strengthen my hands.” — Nehemiah 6:9
When your hands are strengthened, you will build what others abandoned.

Strength to battle: Life is warfare. The fight is real. The pressure is heavy. You need strength to stand and not faint. “Blessed be the Lord my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight.” — Psalm 144:1
Victory is not emotional. It is spiritual. It is for those whose hands have been taught to war.

Strength to blossom: You can be planted and still not flourish. You can be positioned and still be dry. There is a strength that causes you to thrive where others wither. “The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree. He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.” — Psalm 92:12–13

Even Jesus, in the garden, at the brink of the cross, received strength. “And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him.” — Luke 22:43

And Paul cried out for the church to receive it too. “That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man.” — Ephesians 3:16

So hear me. This is the hour to cry. This is the hour to pray. I say pray. Don’t just listen. Don’t just nod. Don’t just agree. Pray. Let this burden rest on you. Then share it with others. Someone close to you may be collapsing silently because they lack strength.

Pray deeply. Cry boldly. Strengthen my hands, O God. To build. To battle. To blossom.

There are two powerful kinds of requests that stand out in scripture:

1. The sincere desire to be a blessing.
2. The consistent request for the good of others—not for personal gain, but from a heart of love.

We saw it in the Shunammite woman. She didn’t ask Elisha for anything. She simply made a request to feed him, and then built him a simple room with a bed, a stool, a table, and a lamp. No fanfare. Just honour. Just rest. Just room for grace.

She wasn’t looking for a child. She wasn’t hoping for a prophecy. But because she made room for the prophet, the prophet turned and said, “What can be done for you?” And from that one act of honour, she received both life in her womb and life from the grave when her child died and was restored.

We saw the same in Lydia. After her baptism, she pleaded with Paul to come into her home—not for recognition, but to be a blessing. And the gospel spread through her obedience. Her house became a base for kingdom advancement.

Many women today are full of requests—but most of them are centred on “me, myself, and I.”
Another car.
Another vacation.
Another house.
Another show.
Another upgrade.

But these do not provoke divine attention.

Instead, why not carry a request that says, “Lord, make me a blessing”?
To your husband.
To his family.
To your pastor.
To the church.
To the mission field.
To the forgotten, the weary, the overlooked.

When your request is to be a blessing, God will raise people to speak for you. God Himself will respond. And what you never asked for will come knocking at your door.

Be the woman whose request is to bless—not to take.
 Make room.
 Give rest.
 And heaven will remember your name.

She didn’t ask for impartation. She didn’t ask for transformation. She asked for position. One on the right. One on the left. That was her agenda. That was her pursuit. Oh what a strategic woman. She wanted her boys permanently stationed next to the Mighty Deliverer. She would sit in the congregation and say, “You see those boys? Those are my sons. After Jesus, it’s Family Zebedee.” That was it. Position. Prestige. Applause.

But Jesus looked at her and responded with fire. “Ye know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of?” (Matthew 20:22, KJV).

This is where many miss it. They see the glory, but they do not see the groaning. They desire the crown, but they are blind to the cross. There is a cup attached to every position. A cup of suffering. A cup of sorrow. A cup of rejection. Even Jesus, when the cup faced Him, prayed and said, “O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.” (Matthew 26:39, KJV).

Can you drink that kind of cup?

Because that is the cup that came with the position. When He cried “I thirst”, they gave Him vinegar to drink (John 19:28–29, KJV). So, dear Mama Zebedee, you see the spotlight, but do you see the scourging? You see the throne, but do you see the thorns? You see the celebration, but do you see the crucifixion?

I have seen it over and over. People scrambling for positions in church. Women pushing their husbands to take spiritual roles they are not prepared for. People desiring what they cannot carry. They forget that there is a weight to every seat, a burden to every title. You want to lead but you do not want to bleed. You want to be seen but you are not ready to suffer. You want the microphone, but you are not prepared for midnight battles and secret tears.

I have seen mothers push their children into schools they are not emotionally, spiritually, or mentally ready for. Not because it is God’s will, but because of status. Just to say “my child is there.” And I have seen people covet the role of the pastor’s wife, trying to look more spiritual, more gifted, more visible. They whisper, “I can do it better. I am more anointed.” Just to take the left or the right.

But hear Jesus again: “Ye know not what ye ask. Can ye drink of the cup?”

That is the question. Are you sure you can handle what comes with that office? Are you ready for the cup of pain, of betrayal, of spiritual warfare, of loneliness, of intense responsibility?

Do not attempt to take a position if you are not ready for the process. Do not sit where your character has not been trained to stand. What position are you even looking for? Do you know what you are asking for? Are you pursuing roles that you do not have the maturity to handle?

You want to sit at the right and at the left, but can you survive vinegar when you are thirsty? Can you endure shame when men mock you and spit on you? Can you carry the weight of leadership when all your strength is gone?

Let your prayer be this: Lord, prepare me for what I am asking for. Let me not pursue a position without first being purged and proven. Let my desires be born out of a true burden for your work, not empty ambition. Teach me to be faithful where I am. Help me to carry the cup before I seek the crown.

Because in this Kingdom, we do not rise by ambition. We rise by surrender. And every throne comes after a cross.

What would be your first reaction if you heard that the wife of the president has summoned all the pastors in your city for a prayer breakfast? You would probably say, "Wao, this is revival, this is powerful." It looks spiritual. It sounds impressive. But the real question is, what spirit is speaking?

Jezebel called for a fast and summoned the elders, men we would refer to as the kingdom city fathers in our day. But behind the appearance of a religious and spiritual request was envy, greed, covetousness, and manipulation. That fast was not born from a heart of consecration. It was birthed from a desperate desire to steal another man’s inheritance. Sadly, the elders obeyed. The nobles carried out her request. And Naboth was stoned to death. When it was over, Jezebel looked her husband in the face and said, “Now rise up and take possession.”

My dear sister, what is behind your own request for fasting and prayer? What is fueling your spiritual activity? Is it a hunger for God or a hunger for what belongs to another? Is your voice on the altar driven by submission to God or by a secret personal ambition? Is your request to God a genuine outcry or are you secretly plotting someone else’s downfall in tongues?

I have seen people fast and pray, not because they are burdened for souls, but because they want to scatter another woman’s marriage and take her place. I have seen women organize a prayer meeting with fasting, and the main prayer point was that someone else would die so they could step into their position. This is the generation we are in. People praying with wrong motives. Making requests laced with greed, covetousness, and manipulation.

Not all spiritual gatherings are of God. Not all religious-sounding requests are holy. Some are simply well-calculated manipulative setups clothed in the garments of prayer.  May I speak humbly to our dear pastors—please, in the name of the Lord, be discerning. When they invite you to prayer breakfasts at the government house, be alert. When the government sends gifts, cars, or honorariums, stay watchful. Sometimes, what they hand to you is not a gift. It is a leash. And with it, your voice will be silenced. You will lose your authority to speak the truth. You will become a puppet. And the church will lose her boldness.

Dear woman of God, let your requests be sincere, not manipulative. Let them be birthed in humility, not covetous ambition. Do not scheme in the place of prayer. Do not use fasting as a weapon to take what is not yours. Do not use spiritual activity to push a personal agenda. Because when it is all said and done, you may end up with the vineyard, but you will carry a generational curse and ensnare your household, compromising the future of generations yet unborn.

Today, let us balance these with two holy and godly examples of women whose requests were pure, weighty, and full of covenant.  Ruth was a Moabite woman who stood before Naomi — a woman shattered by life, devastated by sorrow, and empty of hope. Naomi had buried her husband and two sons. She had lost everything. She even changed her name from Naomi to Mara. Her joy was gone. Her sweetness had turned to bitterness. She had nothing left. No money, no son, no husband, no inheritance. Naomi was on her way back to Bethlehem with only pain, sorrow, and shame.

Yet in that very moment, Ruth made a request. She didn’t ask for gold. She didn’t ask for a husband. She didn’t argue about inheritance or properties. She didn’t talk about what was owed to her or what she deserved. She wasn’t demanding insurance policies or material guarantees. She made one quiet, weighty, and holy request.

"Entreat me not to leave thee.”

What kind of request is this? This is the request of devotion. The request of covenant. The request of loyalty. A request not made for public applause, not driven by emotions or entitlement, but one that carried spiritual weight. Do you know that this one request carved her name into the lineage of Jesus Christ.

Matthew 1:5 says, “And Salmon begat Booz of Rachab, and Booz begat Obed of Ruth, and Obed begat Jesse.” And Jesse became the father of David. And from David came Christ. How did a Moabite woman — a woman with no inheritance, no covenant history — find herself in the bloodline of Jesus? Because of one sacred, selfless, irreversible request.

And while the men may be excited about this teaching, may I humbly draw our attention to something deeper,  the sacred relationship between Christ and His Church. The Bible makes it clear: Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the Church and gave Himself for her (Ephesians 5:25). This means the Church is the bride, and Christ is the Bridegroom.

So I ask again. What kind of requests are we making to our Bridegroom?

What fills our vigils, our retreats, our prayer conferences? Are we like Herodias? Always asking for the destruction of our enemies, not for the glory of God but to satisfy our anger and pride? Are we like Rachel ? constantly comparing, constantly competing, constantly pushing and threatening, saying, “If You don’t bless me, I’m done. If You don’t perform, I quit the assignment. If You don’t show up, I walk away”?

Is there still a Church in this generation that will stand like Ruth and say, “Entreat me not to leave Thee.” A Church that is not driven by miracles, not controlled by open doors or breakthroughs. A Church that says, “Lord, even if nothing else comes, I will stay. Even if there’s no spotlight, no husband, no child, no reward, no applause, I will stay. My covenant with You is not up for negotiation.”

Lord, I am not here for what You give. I am here for who You are. I am not defined by what I receive. I am anchored in what I believe. I am not following You because of blessings. I am following You because of love.

Do you remember John chapter 6? Jesus turned to His disciples and asked, “Will you also go away?” Others had left Him. The teachings were too hard. The expectations were too high. But Peter answered, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.” That was the voice of Ruth echoing in the New Testa

Some women don’t stop asking. From Shein to Temu, Sephora to Zalando, it’s wigs today, shoes tomorrow, lashes next week. Some have over 100 shoes and 25 wigs — and are still requesting more. The man is under pressure. He borrows just to keep peace. Not because he can afford it, but because your requests have become a storm. That is not marriage. That is torment.

Let’s go back to Scripture. Rachel made a request to Jacob in Genesis 30:1-2: “Give me children or I die!” That was a desperate request born out of envy. She asked her husband to give what only God could give — and it provoked him to anger. Be careful. Some requests are unfair and spiritually dangerous.

Delilah made a deadly request. She pushed Samson again and again until he gave her the secret of his strength. That request broke him. Some women are still making that kind of request today — the kind that weakens a man, strips his honour, and crushes his purpose.

Sarai made a short-sighted request in Genesis 16. She told Abraham to sleep with her maid. That one request brought Ishmael and a problem that still exists today. What she celebrated in one moment, she rejected later. That’s what happens when a woman makes requests from impatience, not from God.

Job’s wife made a terrible request — “Curse God and die.” She spoke out of bitterness, but her request was still deadly. Not every man has the strength Job had.

And Herodias? She had one chance before the king. One moment to ask for anything — and her request was the head of John the Baptist. A prophet lost his life because of one evil request.

So I ask again: what kind of requests are you making?
To stop talking to his mother?
To resign from his job because you’re insecure?
To leave the church because someone didn’t greet you?
To borrow for a party just to trend online?

Let your requests carry grace. Let them carry wisdom. Let them push your husband closer to purpose, not pressure him into sin. Proverbs 19:14 says, “A prudent wife is from the Lord.” Be that woman. Let your husband breathe when you speak. Let him trust your requests.

But some women complain so much, so endlessly, that their husbands have become completely used to it. He has built a thick emotional firewall, numbed to her words, because her constant barrage of complaints has made him feel like he can never do anything right. All he hears is what’s not enough, what’s not working, what’s not right. But when will he hear what is good?

Complaints lose their value when they are too frequent or lack purpose. Some women even take pride in the fact that they “can’t keep quiet.” They must say something about everything. They complain about how their husband sleeps, how he eats, how he talks, even how he thinks. He cannot pray well, he cannot cook, he doesn’t flush the toilet correctly. If she didn’t sleep well, it’s because he was snoring. If the car broke down, it’s because he didn’t buy a newer model. If the food gets burnt, it’s his fault for calling at the wrong time.

Complain, complain, complain. The in-law is a problem, the younger sister is a threat, the younger brother is a thief. His stomach is too big, his head is too small, his height is a problem. Wao… Sister Lamentation! Stop complaining and lamenting about everything.

Let your words carry weight. Let your husband trust that when you raise a concern, it is serious, timely, and filled with wisdom. Let your complaints be rare, not reckless. Purposeful, not just emotional. If not, you lose your voice and he builds walls around his heart, making your words meaningless no matter how valid they might be.

Do you know that our Mother Sarah only complained three times in scripture? The first was about herself—her inability to bear a child. The second was about Hagar, her maid, who despised her when she got pregnant. The third was when Ishmael mocked her son Isaac. And although the third complaint was difficult for Abraham, God Himself had to step in and affirm it as valid and important.

Genesis 21:11–12 says:
“And the matter was very displeasing in Abraham’s sight because of his son. But God said to Abraham, ‘Do not let it be displeasing in your sight because of the lad or because of your bondwoman; whatever Sarah has said to you, listen to her voice; for in Isaac your seed shall be called.’”

Can you imagine that? God told Abraham, “I know you’re a man of faith. I called you. I blessed you. But in this matter, listen to your wife. She’s not just emotional; she’s speaking My mind. Her complaint carries weight.”

Can you be that kind of woman? One whose voice carries such weight that God would have to intervene and validate it because your heart is clean, your motive is pure, your spirit is quiet, and your words are rare but powerful?

Help your husband trust your complaint. Let it be rare, let it be weighty, let it be true. Let him say, “My wife doesn’t talk much, but when she does, I know I must take it seriously.” That’s how trust is built.

Dreams have died. Families have broken. Ministries have been destroyed, not because the wife didn’t have a plan, but because the plan wasn’t a godly one. She brought opinions that were not stirred by the Spirit. I have seen women whose advice destroyed the good and powerful work that God began in their husbands’ lives and  I have heard such men say, “I will never trust a woman’s advice again.” Oh wao.

These  were men on their way to greatness. God was investing heavily in them. But it all ended, not because of witches, not because of demons, but because their wives urged them in the wrong direction. They pushed them to do what was wrong. They pressured them to fulfill desires that were clearly selfish, clearly destructive, and even when they saw that their husbands were heading toward a ditch, they never raised an alarm. Why? Selfishness, greed, self-ambition,  Pride and Covetousness. These things blinded them. And so their advice became foolish, their judgment became flawed, and their voices and opinions became a burden.

I have seen women pull their husbands out of godly service because they wanted to be the wife of a founder, the first lady of a ministry, the woman of the brand. They would pressure their husbands, “You see, you’ve got the anointing. You’ve got the word. You’ve got the prophetic. You have healing in your hands. Why are you helping someone else build their ministry? Go start your own work. Start your own church. Start your own business. Start your own thing so we can rise and shine. Let’s enjoy our own fame. Let’s make our own name.” I’ve seen women pressure their husbands to disconnect from their own families over petty issues, dislikes, or preferences. I’ve seen women, by reason of their planning, opinions, and secret scheming, destroy powerful business partnerships that had the potential to go global, all because she wanted her husband to be CEO so all the profit could be theirs alone. She wanted breakfast in Dubai, lunch in London, and dinner in Tokyo.

What happened to those men? Many ended up like Ahab, broken, sorrowful, bitter, and full of regret. And many have vowed in their hearts never to trust a woman’s advice again.

At some point, the prophets of Baal — those on Jezebel’s payroll — surrounded Ahab. These were the same kinds of prophets she had fought Elijah over. Remember how she chased Elijah after the prophets of Baal were destroyed in chapter 18? Now here she was again, having assembled yet another set of 400 prophets. How does one woman keep gathering prophets like that? And they were all speaking with one voice. They urged Ahab to go to war. He went and never retuned. 

1 Kings 22:6–7 says:
“Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said to them, ‘Shall I go against Ramoth Gilead to battle, or shall I forbear?’ And they said, ‘Go up; for the Lord shall deliver it into the hand of the king.’ 

I have seen women today who are in connection with all kinds of prophets. They move from YouTube to YouTube, channel to channel, conference to conference, seeking a prophetic word. They have multiple voices speaking into their lives, confusing them, and confusing their husbands. The man is now led by fear, no longer able to lead his own home. He’s told not to travel for business because a prophet from Ghana saw a coffin. He’s warned to stop talking to his mother becau

It was said of the virtuous woman that the heart of her husband safely trusts her. My first challenge to you, dear sister and helper, is this: can your husband trust your spiritual life? Not your cooking. Not your dress sense. Not even your words. But can he look at your life and trust the God you claim to know?

The spiritual governs the physical. If there is anything eternal you can bring to your husband, to your home, to your children, it is the depth and fire of your walk with God. That is your greatest asset. That is your lasting inheritance. So I say to you plainly, invest in it.

I remember speaking with a close friend and brother of mine. He counted five moments in his life where he could have died. Five! But what kept him? The prayers of his wife. She didn’t even know. She wasn’t shouting it. She wasn’t announcing it. But he knew. He never even told her directly, but as he spoke to me, I could hear the honour, the weight of appreciation in his voice. He trusted her spirit. Not because she posted scriptures online, but because her life had kept him alive.

I have met men who wept at the memory of their mother’s prayers. Grown men, strong men, powerful men, brought to their knees not by pain but by the memory of intercession. Dear sister, your spiritual life is your greatest treasure. Don’t fake it. Don’t assume it. Build it.

The tragedy today is that too many Christian women are loud in church but empty at home. They pray fire on Sunday but their tongue is sharper than a razor on Monday. They gossip on Wednesday, quarrel with the neighbour on Thursday, shout down the house on Friday, and then dress like an angel on Sunday. And the man is watching. Watching all these different versions of the same woman. Confused. Disoriented. Disappointed.

I remember years ago, a few teenagers came to our home. They were broken and deeply wounded. They began to speak about their mother, a mighty woman of God in church. But at home? A terror. A complete contradiction. Their words pierced my heart. This woman, anointed and powerful in church, had failed to build trust in the hearts of her own children.

So I ask again, can your husband trust your walk with God? Can your children feel safe under the covering of your life?

You help him trust you when the fruit of the Spirit is visible. Not just the gifts. Anyone can shout. Anyone can shake. But can you love? Are you kind? Do you have self-control? Is there peace in your presence?

Let your husband find safety in your spirit. Let your children find Christ in your character. Don’t just carry fire. Carry fruit. That is the life that will count for eternity.

Have you ever wondered why a man discipled by our very father of faith ended up in bed with his two daughters? How did Lot fail so miserably? His uncle interceded for him. God sent angels to rescue him, his wife, and their two daughters. They were pulled out of Sodom, yet his wife—whatever her name was—could not be trusted. She had no regard for her husband, no regard for her daughters, and certainly no regard for the grace of God that was extended to her and her household. Her body was leaving Sodom, but her heart never did.

With her husband and daughters beside her, with angels physically leading them out of a city marked for destruction, what was there to look back to? Her heart was never with her husband. She could not be trusted. She became a pillar of salt—frozen, lifeless, useless, and eventually washed away by the rain. Her affections remained with what God had already judged and destroyed. My dear sister, where is your heart? If you indeed love your husband so much, why is your heart somewhere else?

Samson failed and fell so hard because he was joined to a woman who could not be trusted. Delilah was a setup. Despite the anointing he carried and the power of God upon him, he was nothing more than a commodity to her. She traded him for money, shaved off his strength, and delivered him to his enemies. A great man feared by nations ended in chains because he was connected to a woman who could not be trusted.

That is what happens when a woman who should protect her husband partners with hell to destroy him. Time would fail me to mention great men of God I know personally who ended up with life-threatening diseases that had no connection to their roots—simply because they connected with women who could not be trusted. I know men who developed high blood pressure, stroke, and complete paralysis. Not from a health crisis, but because their supposed helper became the door through which hell gained access to silence their voice.

The greatness in David would have been crushed by his first wife, Michal. At David’s attempt to bring back the ark of God, he was so overjoyed that he danced with all his might to honor God. Yet the first wife of the man after God’s own heart sat at her window, refused to be involved, and despised her husband in her heart.

“And as the ark of the Lord came into the city of David, Michal Saul’s daughter looked through a window, and saw King David leaping and dancing before the Lord; and she despised him in her heart” (2 Samuel 6:16).

Oh, this woman was never to be trusted. Do you know she was given to David with the intention of causing his downfall? She was a Greek gift to David, a gift packaged to ensnare and destroy him.

“Saul thought, ‘I will give her to him, so that she may be a snare to him’” (1 Samuel 18:21).

So a woman can be packaged and presented to a great man of God with the intention to destroy and damage him? Absolutely. She was a snare. She could not be trusted. She didn’t just despise David inwardly; she went a step further and confronted him with contempt when he returned home.

“Then Michal the daughter of Saul came out to meet David, and said, ‘How glorious was the king of Israel today, who uncovered himself today in the eyes of the handmaids of his servants, as one of the vain fellows shamelessly uncovereth himself’” (2 Samuel 6:20).

She was such a classy lady—a diva, a societal woman raised in the palace with a silver spoon in her mouth. He

After the value of this woman was established in Proverbs 31:10, the next thing mentioned about her was the fact that she was trustworthy—a virtue that influenced the husband beyond the physical.

 “The heart of her husband safely trusts her; so he will have no lack of gain.” (Proverbs 31:11)

 Trust is the firm belief or confidence in the reliability, truth, ability, or character of someone. Please permit me to say that the first and greatest value a woman brings to her home is trust.

Dearly beloved sisters, the first thing the serpent stole and destroyed in the first marriage/family in Genesis 3 was trust. Eve was deceived, and Adam trusted Eve so deeply that he did not question what she presented to him—he ate. And as soon as he ate, they both became naked. Afterwards, Adam held her responsible and blamed her for his nakedness. In Genesis 3:12, Adam said,

 “The woman whom Thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.”

My dear sister, can you trust someone you hold responsible for your shame and nakedness? Blame is often a symptom of broken trust. The man who once declared, “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh,” in Genesis 2:23, now stood against his wife and blamed her for their downfall. What began as divine unity became distrust, blame, and relational fracture.

So may I respectfully submit to you this day that the first virtue of the woman—the mother, the wife—that must be restored in the heart of the man, regardless of her value or beauty, is deep trust.

Trust must come before love. Because love without trust becomes a burden, and respect without trust becomes mere performance. You cannot truly love who you do not trust. And you cannot submit to one you suspect. You think the man is desperate for respect, desperate for honor, or for sex? Maybe yes, but if the foundation of trust in his heart is not properly laid, it might be that everything else is a failure.

The truth is that your trustworthiness will give him peace and as a result, he has no lack of gain. He thrives. He excels. He wins everywhere. Why? Because his heart is at rest.  Your trustworthiness becomes his advantage. You are not just his helper. You are his safe place. No great man that ever lived in scripture did so without a trustworthy woman all around him either has a wife, a mother or a sister.  You want to see a man rise? Give him a trustworthy woman, in whom he can rest in her character. Trust is not built by words. It is built by consistency, loyalty, humility, and peace. Before her wisdom. Before her strength. Before her influence. The Word of God says,  “Her husband trusts her completely.” That is where the journey begins. 

The virtuousness of your life can be measured by the trust that has been produced in the heart of your husband by reason of your yieldedness to the Holy Spirit.

The ability to protect your goods, your family, your body, your marriage, your business, and your spiritual life is not guaranteed by your manhood. It is not your masculinity that keeps your house in peace. What guarantees that safety is your strength. Jesus did not say, when a man guards his own house. He rather said when a strong man… Dearly sir, a man without strength will lose the things that rightly belong to him. He will watch helplessly as satanic bullies and demonic oppressors invade what should have been his.

My dear brothers, this is the time to charge up your strength. Stir it up. Build it up. Strength is not optional in this fight. You cannot afford to be spiritually weak, emotionally fragile, or mentally unstable.

Growing up, I often heard the saying, “To be a man is not a day’s job.” But they never told me that even being a man is not enough. You must be a strong man to preserve and protect what is yours. Now I realize that  even that strength is not sufficient on its own. The scripture is clear. The man must be strong and fully armed. The warfare we are facing now has changed. This is not just a fight of fists or physical boldness. The strongest man who is not armed is no match for a weaker man who is fully armed. Strength without strategy will fail. Muscles without weapons will crumble. So, to keep your possession safe, you must not only be strong—you must be fully armed.

David had a sling in his hand when he stood before Goliath. That sling was not ordinary. It was a weapon trained in the wilderness, tested in the secret place, refined by courage and trust in God. Samson, though a physically strong man, still needed the jawbone of a donkey when he faced one thousand soldiers. Every strong man must be armed and every armed man must take up the responsibility to guard and keep  his inheritance. Not all strong armed men are responsible enough to keep what has been committed to their hands faithfully. 

Remember the words of Jesus that says the strong man's goods are in safety until a stronger man shows up. This is why you must become the stronger man. Not once. Not temporarily. But every day.You must keep training. You must keep building yourself. You must remain spiritually awake and alert. You must keep evolving into the next version of who God has called you to be.

When a man—a father—cannot keep his body under subjection, he introduces instability, strife, contention, anger, pain, shame, and death into his own family. Regardless of your status in society, position in ministry, title, or calling, failure to keep your body under is an automatic open door to the spirit of destruction in the family.

When Abram heeded the voice of Sarai to go into Hagar, Abram did not consult God. He did not keep his body under. He rushed into the room with Hagar and, pronto, Ishmael was born. Of course, sowing to the flesh also produces results. Galatians 6 tells us that if we sow to the flesh, we will reap corruption. The problem with corruption is that it is systemic, and it takes a lot of expert due diligence to detect it. By the time Ishmael grew up, problems started, and for the first time, we see a sharp disagreement between Abram and Sarai.

Then Jacob, the grandson of Papa Abram, did not only become a victim of a man who could not keep his body under—he scaled it. He got married to Leah, then Rachel came along. Because Rachel could not give birth, she gave him her handmaid, and Jacob could not say no. Then Leah came, presenting her own handmaid too, and of course, Jacob continued enjoying pleasure with four women from one household.  Dearly beloved, regardless of who is presenting the offer to you—it does not matter if your mother is asking you to go for another woman, or your wife is presenting some inferior fleshly substitute, or your friends are supporting your lust—your failure to put your body under subjection will expose your family to pain and sorrow.

Did you realize that the son Joseph whom Jacob loved the most was almost killed and sold into slavery by his own brethren? When a man cannot keep his body under subjection, what he loves the most will be destroyed or killed by members of his own household. The business you love so much, the ministry you have spent your life building, the mansion, the cars you love the most could be destroyed by members of your family if you fail to put your body under.

Time will fail me to mention great and rich men that I know, whose dreams, visions, businesses, and more were killed and destroyed by their own children after their departure, all because of their inability to keep their body.

Jacob did not live a happy life. He waited and carried his pain until he was about to die. Close to his grave, he called all his children to tell them what would happen to them—and the first three children, he cursed. Reuben, you shall not excel. Simeon and Levi, you are instruments of cruelty. "Cursed be their anger," he continued. "I will divide them in Jacob and scatter them in Israel." Wao. When a father cannot put his body under, he would by himself curse that which came out of him. God forbid.

Friends, time will fail me to tell you about Phinehas, the son of Eli—a man whose inability to keep his body forced his wife into labour and made her despise an innocent child that was born unto them. She was traumatized and numb, so much so that even the birth of her child could not produce any joy. The destiny of the child was compromised from birth, as she called him Ichabod—the glory has departed. Fathers, your inability to keep your body can compromise the destiny of an innocent child. It’s a ripple effect. It never ends with one person. The effect continues to multiply.

Many people do not know that being born into such a household has some level of impact on your life. From where comes the tension, strife, pain, bitterness, anger, unforgiveness, rejection in your life or family? Perhaps because you were raised in such an environment—where you had to fight for love, fight for peace, fight to be heard, fight to survive. You had to rise up to th

From the very beginning, God's assignment to man was simple: tend it and keep it. The word keep in Hebrew is shamar — to guard, to watch over, to preserve. This was never about gardening or crop management. It was about spiritual responsibility. Adam was not just a farmer. He was the priest of that garden. He was placed there as a watchman. His job was to protect what God handed to him.

God never designed the man to be passive, idle, or detached. From day one, man was meant to be alert, fully engaged, and protective. He was Heaven’s steward on Earth. That garden was not just a location. It was his assignment. And keeping it was a divine duty, not an option.

Our Father in Heaven is a Keeper. He does not sleep on the job. “Behold, He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep” (Psalm 121:4). He is always watching. He never drops His guard. And if you call yourself a man, and you desire to walk in honor, then step up and become a keeper too.

Protect what God has put in your hands. Guard your home. Cover your wife. Watch over your children. Take charge and represent God. Be faithful. Be strong. Stop handing your home over to the enemy because of laziness, distraction, or carelessness. You must stay awake. Awake in prayer. Awake in discernment. Awake at the gates of your home. Rise and speak like Joshua “as for me and my family we will serve the Lord”

Many men want the title of leadership without the weight of responsibility. They want to be served but refuse to serve. They want to act like kings but do not want to carry the burden of a priest. But God's plan has not changed. To be a man is to be a keeper.

Even our Lord Jesus was a keeper while on earth. He said, “While I was with them in the world, I kept them in Your name… and none is lost except the son of perdition” (John 17:12). If the one who is the Head of the man is Himself a keeper (1 Corinthians 11:3), then how can any man take that role lightly?

This generation has turned the divine order upside down. God made the man to be the keeper and the woman to be the helper. But what do we hear now? Women groaning for men who will simply help. Men complaining they can’t find a woman to keep the home. It sounds clever, but it is outside of God's order.

Yes, women carry the grace to keep, and yes, men can help. But that is not the foundation. Even the best goalkeeper can play the ball well, and the defender who is meant to assist the keeper can step in and defend when needed. But let us be honest, if you swap their roles, you are forcing square pegs into round holes. It is out of order. God’s design was intentional, not experimental. The man is the keeper. The woman is the helper. When we tamper with that pattern, we welcome disorder and confusion into our homes and into society. It is time to go back to the original order.

His position is clear. There’s no confusion about where the Father is. He is so available that He is our ever present help in times of need according to Psalm 46:1. He is so accountable that He can give account of every strand of hair on your head according to Luke 12:7. Not one falls to the ground without His knowledge. He is so present and watchful that He neither sleeps nor slumbers. His eyes go throughout the earth, watching over His own. That is what the father in the family on earth is designed to represent. A man who is available and accountable. 

The painful truth however, is that satan has waged a relentless war against the family, and sadly, many fathers have been driven out of the very position God ordained for them. Wives cannot testify to the availability and accountability of their husbands. Children have no clue where their fathers are. 

Let’s speak the truth. If your wife cannot say where you are, if the mother of your children cannot account for your location physically, emotionally, spiritually etc,, then you have failed a fundamental test. You may be a man by age, but not by responsibility. You have abandoned your place and honestly to say it plainly, you have fallen. Why did I say so? Because One of the first physical signs of Adam’s fall was absence. He was no longer in his place. He had been displaced from The garden where he had been positioned for a purpose.. He had left The place where Heaven expected him to stand. He was missing.. And the God who used to enjoy fellowship with him had to ask a question that still confronts many of us today — “Adam, where are you?”Genesis 3:9:

That question was not just about his location. It was Heaven searching for a man who had been displaced. A man who had left his post. It was a search for A man who had lost his sense of responsibility. And that same question is still echoing today. Many fathers  have disappeared from their spiritual assignment. They are physically in the house but not in the heart of their home anymore. They are emotionally distant. Spiritually silent. Mentally disconnected and my deep question is How can a man keep his place when he is completely displaced? The reality is that When a father is not present, the family pays for it. When a man is not accountable, the covering breaks. When the leader is absent, the foundation cracks and things begin to fall apart, The question to Adam still resonates with us…  Adam, where are you?

If we are ever going to see lasting change in our churches, in our nations, and in generations, we must go back to the very beginning. Before there was a tabernacle, before there were kings, before there was even a priesthood, there was a family. God’s original blueprint was not an accident. The family is not man’s idea. It is God’s first structure on earth. It is Heaven’s system replicated and planted into the soil of earth.

In this teaching series, we are returning to that divine blueprint. Understanding God’s Original Family Plan is not just a study of history. It is a prophetic unveiling of God’s eternal design. Dearly beloved, I want you to never forget that the family is not just important. It is everything. Take away the family, and the church collapses. Strip the family of its purpose, and society loses direction. Undermine the family, and the government becomes irrelevant. But when families are aligned with God’s plan, everything begins to flourish.

Have you ever considered the depth of concern the king had for Nehemiah? His absence was not something to be taken lightly. "How long shall thy journey be? And when wilt thou return?" These were not just casual questions; they were the heartfelt concerns of a leader who could not afford to lose such a valuable presence. Nehemiah was not just another servant in the palace. He was indispensable. The king and queen did not see him as replaceable, nor were they eager to be rid of him. Instead, they longed for his swift return.

Contrast this with the reality of many today. There are those whose departure is met with relief rather than regret. Their presence or absence makes no real difference. Sometimes, their absence is even preferred. What about you? What is your contributory relevance? It is easy to overestimate one’s value. You hear people say in frustration, “I will not call again,” “I will not come again,” “I will not attend the choir rehearsals again,” “I will not come to church again” “I will not even visit you again.” But before making such statements, ask yourself how truly relevant you are. If you were to take time off to handle pressing matters, would those around you be eager for your return, or would they secretly rejoice in your absence?

When Nehemiah sought leave to rebuild Jerusalem, the king did not remind him of unclaimed leave days or suggest that he take additional time off. On the contrary, he wanted him back as quickly as possible. Fifty-two days away felt too long because no one else could do what Nehemiah did with the excellence and dedication he brought to his work. “When wilt thou return?” was not just a question. It was a plea.

Fathers, do your children eagerly anticipate your return when you travel, or do they breathe a sigh of relief, thankful for the peace your absence brings? Do they call day and night, asking, “Papa, when will you be back?” Or are they quietly grateful that, at least for a while, there will be no conflicts, no strife, no unnecessary tension? If your presence only stirs up chaos and contention, it is time to pray that God will make you a person of true value. A presence so impactful that you will always be desired.

And consider this. Nehemiah’s role should not have been difficult to replace. He was a wine taster in the king’s palace, a position many young men would have coveted. Yet, the king and queen could not find another to fill his place. They did not simply need a wine taster. They needed Nehemiah. That is the power of true relevance. Do not take the seemingly small tasks you do for granted. Even in the smallest roles, pray that God will make you absolutely relevant.

For he that is faithful in little shall be faithful in much (Luke 16:10). If Nehemiah had not been faithful as a wine taster, he would not have been entrusted with the rebuilding of Jerusalem’s walls. Faithfulness in little is the foundation for greater assignments. Pray for faithfulness and relevance in all that you set your hands and heart to do. May your presence always be a blessing, and may those around you always long for your return.

By the Spirit of God, we’ve established that one of the most powerful effects of the anointing on a person’s life is that it makes them a repairer, a rebuilder, and a restorer of desolate places. If the Spirit of God truly rests upon you, then why is it that even in your family WhatsApp group, your messages creates tension,  sowing strife, confusion, and division? You go to church the most, you pray the most, you are are quick to quote the scriptures and yet the most problematic. 

As if that is not even enough  in your church group, you are a source of turmoil, delighting in the deception that you've once again “dropped your bombshell,” while some of the ungodly cheer you on. You disguise this destructive behavior under the pretense of being a prophetic voice, yet all you do is tear down, stir confusion, and eventually cause the dissolution of the group. People have to walk on egg shells when you are physically present and even online you are the troubler of Israel. 

This is not the reality of the anointing! The Spirit of God does not breed conflict but brings solutions. You cannot carry the anointing and be the cause of others’ failure or sin. Are you truly building others up, or are you tearing them down? Are you helping people find their place in God, or are you the source of their spiritual collapse? The anointing of the Holy Spirit causes people to build, not destroy. 

In the process of building however, I want you to know that your hands must be strengthened. One of the most effective ways Satan attacks the fruitfulness of a person—whether it's a man, a woman, a youth, a ministry, or a gift is by weakening their hands. 

Nehemiah 6:9 – “For they all made us afraid, saying, Their hands shall be weakened from the work, that it be not done. Now therefore, O God, strengthen my hands.”

Great ideas and visionary concepts will remain locked in brilliant minds or at best remain only on paper if your hands aren’t strong enough to turn them into reality. One of the most powerful prayers you can receive is a prayer that reinforces the strength of your hands.

Jacob, knowing the power of this, reserved the best of his prayers for his most beloved child. Look at the prayer he released over Joseph in

Genesis 49:22-24: “Joseph is a fruitful bough, a fruitful bough by a well; his branches run over the wall. The archers have bitterly grieved him, shot at him and hated him. But his bow remained in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the Mighty God of Jacob.”

Joseph’s fruitfulness couldn’t be stopped by barriers. His branches extended beyond the wall, supplying more than enough to nourish an entire community. Despite the opposition from those who hated him, his strength remained because his hands were strengthened by the Mighty God of Jacob.

Your hands must be strengthened, my friend. Your fruitfulness cannot endure if your hands aren’t strong enough to keep producing, even when faced with hatred and attack. Your work, your calling, your assignment cannot come to fruition without strength in your hands. Pray for God to strengthen your hands today, so that you may build, repair, and restore what has been broken.

Isaiah 61:4 – "And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations."

You cannot carry the anointing and be a source of destruction. The anointing of Isaiah 61 raises up repairers, those who rebuild waste cities and restore what has been broken for generations. You are called to be a repairer of broken altars, wasted cities, lost generations, shattered marriages, and devastated families. You are meant to build, not destroy. You are a repairer, not a destroyer.

I have seen families in ruins. Great-grandfather died in prison, grandfather died in prison, father in prison, now the son is in prison. Clearly, there is a desolation in that family that demands urgent attention. Who will rise to repair that broken family tree? Who will rebuild the shattered walls of that church, that city, that marriage? While the walls lie in ruins, all kinds of serpents and scorpions crawl in to inflict pain. Yet, where is the one who will stand in the gap and rebuild?

What does it take to be a repairer? Money? No. A burden.

When Nehemiah heard that the walls of Jerusalem were broken down, he was deeply burdened. "And it came to pass, when I heard these words, that I sat down and wept, and mourned certain days, and fasted, and prayed before the God of heaven" (Nehemiah 1:4). He refused to carry on as usual. Though he was a wine taster for the king, enjoying the luxuries of the palace, that day, his appetite vanished. Sorrow marked his face. The weight of the burden silenced all distractions, stirred his tears, and drove him to fasting and prayer. Eventually, he relocated to Jerusalem, and in just 52 days, a mere wine taster led a team of unskilled men to rebuild the city walls without heavy-duty machines.

Who told you that you cannot rebuild? Who said you cannot build? Who told you that you cannot be a repairer? You say you do not have the right skills, but what you need is the right burden.

Nehemiah did not waste time talking, complaining, or blaming others. He did not sit around chatting, tweeting, or pointing fingers. Stop blaming those who enslaved you. Stop blaming your parents for their idolatry. Change the course of history in your family. Stop blaming your pastor for the dryness in the church. Sit down, weep, mourn, fast, and pray, and you will see transformation. Stop blaming your boss for the problems in your company. Rise up and repair it. Be the repairer of the breach.

Enough of crying without action. Rise up and be the repairer God is calling you to be.

Pray it in. Pray it in. Pray it in.

You can be the repairer in your family. You can be the one who restores what has been lost. Will you rise in prayer today?

All that Elijah did on Mount Carmel started with a WORD from the Lord. No wonder Elijah reaffirmed on Mount Carmel just before the fire came down that all he did was done according to the WORD of the Lord.

1 Kings 18:36: "And it came to pass at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near, and said, LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these things at thy word."

So, it all starts with a WORD. Once you receive that WORD, that instruction, that mandate, that promise, that prophetic guide, then you can put your whole life on the line. Ready to go, ready to advance, ready to fulfill, ready to become what God has spoken.

The direction this morning and possibly this week is to pause and pray this into your life. Ask for a clear WORD from the Lord on which you can anchor your soul, ascend to your Mount Carmel, and challenge whatever and whoever is contrary to the divine purpose of God in your life. Do not confront without having a word.

So, in the name of Jesus, we shut down every noise and interference that drowns the signal of the Spirit, that prevents you from hearing that clear word that will provide direction for your operations this week, this month, and in the coming years. We mount a gate, a filter in your ears of the Spirit to filter off the noise and an amplifier to amplify the voice of the Spirit, such that the WORD of the Lord can come to you in absolute clarity without a shadow of doubt.

Isaiah 30:21, "And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left."

Pray this along with me this morning in the name of Jesus.

Friends, many sacrifices today fail to produce their full effect because they are not fully broken before the Lord. I often hear people say, “I sacrifice my time, my money, my car, my food, my house…” As good as these may sound, they are not the sacrifices that truly appeal to God. These are burners—the wood that must be put in order. Your time, your home, your marriage, your character, and your emotions must be aligned; they are the fuel that sustains the fire. But the true sacrifices that God requires are clearly stated in Psalm 51:17: The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit and a contrite heart.

Sacrifices must be broken and fully surrendered. And yes, as Romans 12:1 reminds us, we must present our bodies as a living sacrifice. So, among the many sacrifices that may exist, three stand out: a broken spirit, a contrite heart, and a body preserved unto the Lord. When the sacrifice is properly placed on the altar according to God's word, the unquenchable fire will fall.

Be careful, because once you attract the fire of God, the enemy will come against you. As soon as the fire fell and judgment was executed, Jezebel rose against Elijah, and he fled into a cave. No amount of heavenly food delivered to him by an angel in 1 Kings 19 could keep him from running. Elijah's retreat into the cave surprised even Heaven—God Himself questioned him:

"And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out and stood in the entrance of the cave. And behold, there came a voice unto him and said, 'What doest thou here, Elijah?'" (1 Kings 19:13).

Yes, the cave can represent a place of preparation in some contexts, but in this case, it symbolized a refuge for the distressed, troubled, pained, and attacked—those who run to hide. 1 Samuel 22:1-2 describes how David also fled to a cave, and those in distress, debt, and discontent gathered there with him.

But God could not speak to Elijah in the cave—He called him out and summoned him to the mountain:

"And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the Lord..." (1 Kings 19:11).

It was there, on the mountain, that Elijah received the instruction to anoint Elisha in his place. Those who will fulfill God's mandate cannot remain in the cave, for the cave can lead to the grave. Elijah’s replacement was already on active duty when he was anointed.

In the name of Jesus, I shift you out of that cave! Out of that place of pain, shame, sorrow, and sadness! You are coming out of depression, unforgiveness, sin! I call you out of that place of discouragement over your marriage, your children, your future! I declare in Jesus' name that you are moved from fear and anxiety to the mountain top, where you belong—to fulfill your divine mandate. Get out of the cave! The mountain top is your place!

This is so important to put things in order. WHEN THE WOOD IS NOT IN ORDER, THE FIRE WOULD GO OUT AND THE SACRIFICES WOULD STINK. Many sacrifices are stinking because the burner is not in order. The wood could represent your character, your tongue, your emotions, your appetite, your desires, etc. What do you need to put in order so that you can sustain the fire that would turn your sacrifice into a sweet-smelling savor? It may be your time — put that in order.

Elijah received God’s word and His promises. The Lord had already determined to send the rain and instructed Elijah to stand before Ahab because the rain was coming. But before the outpouring could take place, Elijah had to ascend Mount Carmel and repair the broken altar of the Lord. A faulty altar cannot summon heaven’s power, nor can it sustain the fire of God.

"And Elijah said unto all the people, Come near unto me. And all the people came near unto him. And he repaired the altar of the Lord that was broken down." (1 Kings 18:30, KJV)

Neglect destroys the altar, stripping it of its ability to receive fire from above. The prophets, who should have been tending to the altar, were instead hiding in caves—driven into fear by Jezebel’s threats. The pressures of life, the enemy’s attacks, and relentless opposition are all designed to do one thing: to make you abandon your altar.

If your altar of prayer, worship, and sacrifice is in ruins, it will have no capacity to draw down heaven’s power. Do not allow the devil to silence you or drive you into retreat. Rise up! Return to the mountain! Rebuild your altar! Your intimacy with God must remain your highest priority.

I am persuaded that the altar on Mount Carmel was broken down because the 7,000 mighty prophets who should have attended to it were hiding away in caves. The altar was neglected until it became defective—and a defective altar cannot attract fire from heaven.

Please note that every attack of the enemy against your life, health, marriage, ministry, walk with God, children, finances, business, and more is meant to pull you away from that wonderful altar that once burned so intensely with fire on the mountain top. A man like you, a wonderful woman like you, is meant to be on the mountain top, attending to the serious matters of the altar that will attract the fire from heaven. You were not designed to hide in a cave—you are God's battle axe!

Do you know that, once mighty men and women, young and old, get trapped and confined in the cave, the insignificant 450 prophets of Baal will take over. The farther you go from the altar, the more unattended it becomes. And as you neglect it for whatever reason, it becomes defective. Until it is repaired, it cannot attract the fire of God.

There is already an altar built on your Mount Carmel. You just need to come near and repair it. Stop looking for something new! The altar on that mountain top still has the capacity to attract fire if you draw near to fix it. Hallelujah! This is the time to attract the fire.

Draw near to Him. James 4:8 says, "Draw near unto Me, and I will draw near to you." Now is the time to draw near. Get out of the cave, rise to the top of the mountain, and draw near to the altar to restore and rebuild what was broken down. You can start worshipping again! You can start rejoicing in God again! You can start praying again! You can start evangelizing again!  

I call you to draw near in the name of Jesus, come near  to the place where you belong! I pray you near—come near, return in the name of Jesus. 

Now is the time!

In 1 Samuel 21:8-9, David asks Ahimelech, “Is there not here a spear or a sword? For I have brought neither my sword nor weapons with me, because the king’s business required haste.” Ahimelech responds, “The sword of Goliath the Philistine, whom you killed in the Valley of Elah, is here, wrapped in a cloth behind the ephod. If you want it, take it, for there’s none other here.” David replies, “There is none like it; give it to me.”

Fleeing from Saul in such haste that he had no weapon, David grabbed Goliath’s sword. But instead of wielding it in triumph, he ran to Gath for safety, only to face humiliation.

In 1 Samuel 21:10-15, we read:
"David arose and fled that day from Saul and went to Achish, the king of Gath. The servants of Achish said, ‘Is this not David, the king of the land? Did they not sing of him, saying, “Saul has slain his thousands, and David his ten thousands”?’ David heard these words and was greatly afraid. He changed his behavior, pretended madness, scratched at the doors, and let saliva fall on his beard. Achish said, ‘Do I lack madmen that you brought this fellow to play the madman in my presence? Should this man enter my house?’"

What a tragic sight. May you never be stripped of dignity and honor. May you never be seen as a madman in a place where you once triumphed. May whatever pressures you,  drive you to God’s presence where your strength is renewed and not into a place where your value is diminished.

David, once the champion of Israel who defeated Gath’s giant as a youth, returned to the same city seeking refuge, only to be exposed. The young man who stood fearless without a beard as a teenager now drooled on his beard as an adult to escape danger. Life’s pressures pushed him to attempt a partnership with the enemies of   God.

May nothing in life lead you to partner with the enemy. May you hold onto your dignity and honor in every circumstance. May you not rebuild what you once destroyed through God’s strength. In this coming year 2025, may you be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. May God’s hand rest powerfully upon you and your family, keeping you steadfast as His faithful servant.

Like a swarm of locusts, their numbers were overwhelming. By the time they left, the children of Israel were left in deep poverty. What a devastating cycle, the Israelites labored so hard, yet they seemed to have nothing to show for it. It was as though all their efforts were in vain.

Dear friend, it is possible to labor diligently, work hard, and even secure God’s blessings, yet still find yourself impoverished because the enemy has gained access to your harvest. You must rise up with holy anger and declare, “Enough is enough!”

You have labored for your marriage, worked hand-in-hand with your spouse to build a home, and now that you should be enjoying the fruits of your efforts, the enemy dares to show up to strip you of your harvest. Enough is enough!

You cannot toil over your children, sacrificing your dreams, pausing your education, or putting your life on hold for them to succeed, only for the enemy to place a siege on your harvest. Perhaps they have earned their degrees and secured prestigious jobs, yet they seem distant, ungrateful, or even uncaring toward you. This is not God’s design! The enemy has no right to steal your joy or rob you of the rewards of your labor.

It is time to raise a standard in the name of Jesus. Declare boldly: “That which seeks to strip God’s people of their harvest has no place around me or my household!” Stand firm in faith and take back everything the enemy has stolen. Your labor will not be in vain. Shallom!

Some men are called, and some are sent. I believe Samson was sent because his purpose was already established before he was even conceived. He was sent to subdue the Philistines and deliver God’s people from their oppression.

It pains me deeply to write that Samson, a man with such a high calling, became a performer—an entertainer for the very people he was sent to conquer and subdue.

Judges 16:25: "So it happened, when their hearts were merry, that they said, 'Call for Samson, that he may perform for us.' So they called for Samson from the prison, and he performed for them. And they stationed him between the pillars."

Sadly, with the help of Delilah, he was stripped of his strength, his vision, and his purpose. A warrior became an entertainer, blind and performing for his enemies.

Oh dearly beloved, 2025 requires the fullness of your strength, clarity of vision, and a clear sense of purpose. You cannot afford to play around with these virtues. Do not let the enemy strip you of what God has given you. If, by any means, you have been stripped, now is the time to demand a complete restoration and decree a sevenfold return of all that was lost.

Do not let the thief take from you anymore. Hold fast to what God has placed in your hands and enter the new year full of strength, with clear vision, and firmly rooted in your purpose. These divine virtues are essential for the days ahead.

Be radical about this. Pray it through, and do not play in this season or in the days to come.

"And as David and his men went by the way, Shimei went along on the hill’s side over against him, and cursed as he went, and threw stones at him, and cast dust." 

David could not speak to Him. This was the same David who had once stood against Goliath with bold proclamations of God’s power. Yet, burdened by the weight of his sin, he endured the abuse in silence, acknowledging that even this may have been allowed by God for in vs. 11 he said:

"Let him alone, and let him curse; for the LORD hath bidden him." (2 Samuel 16:11, KJV).

David understood that a powerful person who attempts to speak when sin had ravaged his soul is no other but a noise maker. 

My greatest joy however is that despite all of these, David’s story did not end in defeat. He was a genuinely broken man who refused to be silenced forever.

The stripping spirit is a cunning and destructive force aimed at God’s people. Its primary goal is to render them exposed, vulnerable, and distracted, thereby incapacitating them from effectively standing against the enemy. By stripping away spiritual virtues and values, this spirit seeks to disarm believers, shifting their focus from advancing God’s kingdom to merely covering their own shame and recovering what has been lost.

Concerning our Lord Jesus Christ it was written that on the night of His betrayal and arrest, the first act of the enemy was to strip Him:

Matthew 27:27-28: "Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the common hall, and gathered unto him the whole band of soldiers. And they stripped him, and put on him a scarlet robe."

The enemy stripped our Lord first, to humiliate, mock, and demobilize Him. It was a strategic move to shift the focus from His assignment of the cross to the shame imposed upon Him. Likewise, we see that when a person is stripped, no matter how strong they may be, their immediate attention shifts from battle to regaining their dignity and covering their exposure. 

Many of the battles you may have faced recently—the struggles, setbacks, and loss of confidence—could be the enemy's attempt to strip you of divine virtues and distract you from your purpose. He wants you to fight from a defensive position, concerned only with recovery, rather than taking bold steps of faith to advance against his kingdom. But this is not your portion in Christ.

Today, I declare that you are reclaiming your voice! In the name of Jesus, your voice will resound powerfully on the mountain of Israel. Every divine virtue and value stripped from you will be restored. Pray with fervor, declare God’s promises over your life, and claim absolute restoration in Jesus’ name.

The stripping spirit has no power to keep you down when God’s word has declared your restoration. Walk boldly in that truth, knowing that you are victorious in Christ!

In the Spirit of thanksgiving and profound gratitude to the Almighty God, I declare, Glory to God and to God alone, forever and ever! I deeply appreciate your prayers, your love, and your consistent hunger for God’s Word during this time.

It is truly fitting that our first podcast after this pause is centered on Thanksgiving. As we draw near to the end of the year, there is no higher or better commitment we can make than to offer our heartfelt thanks to God. So, I encourage you—why not pause to give God thanks? Let us join the Elders and the Angels in Heaven, standing before the Throne and the Lamb, lifting up praise and glory to the One and Only who deserves all our worship.

There is an urgency required to respond to God's instructions, which grants access to the deep things of the Spirit. John did not delay when the invitation was made. He immediately aligned himself with the Spirit’s frequency, without allowing procrastination to interfere.

Revelation 4: “After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, ‘Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this.’ Immediately I was in the Spirit; and behold, a throne set in heaven, and One sat on the throne.”

As soon as John responded to the call of the Spirit, he found that everything was already set for him to embark on a spiritual journey with the Lord. Now, imagine what would have happened if John had waited even a week before responding to this urgent call. What if he had not overcome the filthy spirit of procrastination?

How do you deal with the spirit of procrastination and gain mastery and victory in accomplishing the purpose of God for your life, especially in studying the Word?

Listen to this message, and allow your spirit to be stirred up to confront and cast off the spirit that has tried to delay your engagement with the unchanging power of God's living Word.

Many of God’s children are in this exact situation today. They have a genuine desire to study and meditate on the Word, but the distractions surrounding them are overwhelming. The thorns Jesus described in the parable of the sower are the same distractions we face today, preventing the Word from taking root in our lives. In this discussion, we will uncover specific spirits of distraction sent to stop us from meditating, studying, and deeply rooting ourselves in God’s Word.

The Word of God must grow mightily and prevail over every other thing in our lives, in Jesus' name. Listen, share with others, and walk in the truth of the Word being shared.

Acts 19:20: "So mightily grew the Word of God and prevailed."

Reading not only opens you up to the  knowledge of God but is also essential for personal spiritual growth and depth. Engaging with the Word of God, spiritual books, and literature on various topics—such as holiness, revival, marriage, missions, and one’s calling—produces knowledge, which can lead to deeper understanding  in the process of time.

Reading is the process of interpreting written language. Exhortation involves teaching that encourages spiritual living, while doctrine represents the core beliefs of faith. 

Three key aspects of Jesus’ attitude toward reading are important for me to share with you. First, Jesus had a custom of reading in the synagogue.  

Luke 4:16-17: “So He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up. And as His custom was, He went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read. And He was handed the book of the prophet Isaiah.” 

Jesus  was not caught up in gossip or criticism; as terrible as the priests in those synagogues were, Jesus never focused on their faults nor was it his custom to ridicule and point accusing fingers to all that was wrong in those temples. He had the custom of reading and he was known for it. He never struggled for a position in the synagogue nor did he ask for the front sit. He was known for reading. It was his custom and no one struggled with the scripture with him. As soon as it showed up, they handed him the scroll.  What are you known for in your church? What is your custom? Are you the chief priest? Accuse everyone and point out their faults but the moment it's time for reading, you start sleeping. Reading has become your sleeping tablet. Your lullaby. Wao! Then you are not like your master. When matters of tithing are discussed, oh you are active. When issues of others are discussed, my goodness you are the loudest. But when it's time to read the word, you are snoring away. Then you are not like your master Jesus. You have a terrible custom and you have to change it ASAP. 

Secondly, Jesus also challenged how people read Scripture. Luke 10:26, “What does the law of Moses say? How do you read it?” How you read   can significantly affect understanding and spiritual growth. 

Be blessed by this Word of Life that is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among them that are sanctified.  We love you.

Matthew 13:15:For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing...

The condition of your ears and your heart  can create resistance to depth: Without doubt, Uncircumcised hearing will create resistance in developing deep roots in God. 

Faith comes by hearing and as such the ears must be void of wax and must be sharp to hear what the Spirit is saying to the church.  

Be blessed and strengthened in the Lord as you receive this word of life.

The deep things of God are hidden in the depths of His presence, and only those who truly understand the power of His Word can access them. These treasures of the Kingdom aren’t available to those who stay in shallow waters.

Look at Peter—he toiled all night in the shallow waters without success. But when Jesus spoke the Word, Peter took the risk, launched into the deep, and experienced overwhelming abundance where there had once been fruitless labor.

This is a message for Christians today, especially those who are more fascinated by prophetic words, dreams, visions, and revelations than by the Word of God itself. We can spend hours in a “prophetic meeting,” feeling amazed by the prophecies, but struggle to sit through 20 minutes of sound biblical teaching.

Remember, Satan doesn’t fear your dreams or your prophecies, no matter how accurate they are. What truly terrifies him is the release of God’s Word. It’s like a bullet, powerful enough to shatter and destroy every scheme of the enemy.

 Imagine a tree planted in London, uprooted and replanted in Washington, then moved to Amsterdam after 10 days. Still unsatisfied, it's uprooted again after 2 years and planted in Lagos. Such a tree would likely wither. 

This describes many believers today—constantly moving, never rooted. They start a Bible reading plan but soon abandon it for miracle studies, then rush to attend a Holy Ghost conference or another trending spiritual gathering. Always seeking new experiences, they fail to grow deep. These nomadic believers pride themselves on numerous spiritual influences, yet they lack true stability. As Jude 12 warns, they are "clouds without water, carried about by winds... twice dead, plucked up by the roots." This podcast exposes the danger of uprooting and replanting in different places without allowing the plant to take root accordingly.

If the foundation is faulty or destroyed, even the righteous would not be able to do much. So it is critical to go back to the issue of your roots. How healthy is your root? How deep is your root? What is the invisible part of your spiritual life like? How are you when no one is there to see you? 

Some of us are trying to teach others the ways of God that we ourselves  don't understand. I see many confused christians trying to counsel others. Some even try to prophecy and speak words of wisdom just to be publicly recognized and acknowledged.  Jesus said that some of the seed that fell on stony places did not have much earth. Can you imagine that the seeds without much soil were ones that immediately sprang up.? They were also the first to wither away when the sun came out. 

When I read the scripture, I said to myself, oh God, even as a pastor, I have made the mistake of giving serious spiritual assignments to people who had no root in time past. Gifted people with no roots. They spring up so quickly and present themselves so well but there was no underlying spiritual support structure to keep them founded. No wonder every God given assignment given to them wither away. It just dies. Wao! 

Dearly beloved, I want you to remember that roots are not visible. Fruits are. But the value of the visible fruits depends on the quality of the invisible roots. Dearly beloved, take roots downward. Develop deep and healthy roots that will help you deliver very tasty fruits of the Spirit. 

Many people rush to gain titles and recognition without first building a strong foundation. When difficulties arise, they falter because they lack the necessary depth. The same sun that strengthens a well-rooted tree also withers the one without roots—not because of the sun itself, but because of the tree’s lack of grounding.

I remember a brother during my university days who wanted to lead a healing crusade without being spiritually grounded. Despite my advice, he proceeded with others who were similarly unrooted. Although the crusade seemed successful, he soon fell ill, and his parents asked me to pray for him in the hospital. He acknowledged that his lack of spiritual foundation had left him vulnerable. Though he exhibited spiritual gifts, he was ultimately overwhelmed because he had not first developed deep roots in Christ.

It is essential to develop depth and build a strong foundation. After 40 years of faithful service, submission, and dedication, Moses' roots penetrated the mountain of God in Horeb, leading to an encounter that transformed him into a leader with authority over Pharaoh. In the same way, deep spiritual roots lead to personal encounters with God. My dear friend, take your time—grow your roots downward, and in due season, your fruits will become visible.

Be blessed, share with others and meditate on this words. 

Heaven's desire concerning the remnants is described in Isaiah 37:31 which says: And the remnant who have escaped of the house of Judah Shall again take root downward, And bear fruit upward.

Jesus taught us in Matthew 13:3-6 that things can spring up quickly and almost instantly even without roots. So you do not need to have roots to grow. In fact, my personal conviction is that most of what springs up very quickly for instant gratification have no depth in them.

Matthew 13:5-6: Some fell on rocky ground, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly because the soil was shallow. But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root.

They appeared suddenly to the admiration of all, but because they had no roots, the sun that was meant to provide life through photosynthesis killed them. When there is no root, what would have given you strength could drain you. The ministry that should give you joy would produce sorrow. When there is no root, a marriage that should be a blessing would seem like a curse. Things would wither and die off once there is no root.

Dearly beloved, this is the time to invest in depth. Take root in God, be rooted in His will, and without fail, you will bear fruits upward and manifest the gift of God. Listen to this word, be blessed, and share with others. 

Many are in such a "flood" today—isolated, exhausted, and frustrated. But there’s a way out: Hear the words of Jesus  and act on the words of Jesus. He is  the Way, the Truth, and the Life. 

The wind, like the flood, can bring both benefits and danger. It can provide energy and distribute heat but can also turn safe places into sources of fear and destruction. A tree that provides shade, comfort and a resting place can suddenly become too dangerous in the time of wind. Tree branches can be potentially turned into a dangerous weapon in a windy situation. A wind can turn a debris into a projectile and harmful weapon. 

Even the disciples, with Jesus in their boat, were terrified during a storm, but Jesus calmed the wind with His words. The wind can show up and can shake us. It has the capacity to turn a friendly person into an enemy, a joyful marriage to a potential silent grave yard, a good relationship or job can be perverted and turned into a place of sorrow and depression if the wind shows. 

The only way to withstand these storms is by knowing and doing the words of Jesus. . His words have power, even over the wind and storm. In times of chaos, Jesus provides stability.

Remember, the rain, flood, and wind come to everyone, regardless of who you are. The key to surviving them is simple: Know the words of Jesus and do them.

Jesus uses these three powerful and unstoppable natural elements—the rain, flood, and wind—to teach two simple yet profound laws of survival.  If you haven’t yet faced your “rainy season,” trust that it will come. You may be in a bright and shiny season in your life now, but remember, the rain will come, the flood will rise, and the wind will blow. But it’s important to recognize that the rain is not just a force of destruction; it’s also a life-giving element. Rain regulates the Earth’s temperature, provides moisture for agriculture, and is essential for survival. During the days of Elijah, when it didn’t rain for 3.5 years, famine struck, and the people suffered greatly.

However, rain can also bring challenges. It might come with dark, heavy clouds, sandstorms, or other obstacles that reduce visibility and cause delays. What is meant to refresh and bless you might also test you. How do you survive such seasons? How do you navigate the challenges that slow you down or cloud your vision as you pursue your purpose in God? Listen, be blessed and share with others. 

Have you for once wondered if the infection of negativity you have suffered from which came through the voice of the negative people you listen to has caused the significant delay in your growth in Jesus? The negative voices have caused you to doubt, criticize, murmur, complain about the same thing that would have brought you years earlier into the promises of God. 

I believe that it is time to be delivered from the voices of these negative people who would bring the fruit of the good of the land and at the same time raise doubts and question the demand and discipline required to go and possess the promises of God. To such people, while they agree that God is doing great things, they also come up with fears: we pray too much, we preach too long, we give too much, we don't have time to breathe, we are weary, we are tired, we cannot make it, the promises is there, the fruits of the promises are there but our stature is too small, such people do not only impart you with fear but with what I call the grasshopper mentality. 

They want you to be committed like the grasshopper, hopping from place to place, they want you to be unstable like the grasshopper, they want you to consume much yet grow little like a swarm of grasshoppers which consumes much but grows sparingly.  Today, you must pray your deliverance from such people otherwise, you will introduce a delay that you will regret all your life -

Acts 26:17:I will deliver you from the Jewish people, as well as from the Gentiles, to whom I now send you,

The the third trigger is Forgetfulness:Psalm 106:13-15:They soon forgot His works;They did not wait for His counsel,But lusted exceedingly in the wilderness,And tested God in the desert.And He gave them their request,But sent leanness into their soul.

We complain so much today because we have a generation that forgets too quickly. We forget those who God used to raise us up, that's why we complain so much about them. We forget the things God did in our lives, that's why complain and murmur about our conditions. We have a generation that seems to have so much, a generation that lives in abundance yet suffers anxiety, fear, worry. We have a generation with unfettered access to technology, crypto, money, excellent architectural designs, we go to the moon, to the depth of the sea, yet we struggle so much that I believe  that the generation has suffered leanes of the soul like no other. 

When I ask the Lord Why? The answer is simple - We forget too quickly. It is not uncommon to have people help turn their back and complain and murmur about those who God raised to help them. No wonder  they experience leanness even in the midst of the abundance.  

Why not pray that God will help you to remember the wonderful things God has done in your life. Why not submit to the Holy Spirit to remind you of the things that Jesus taught you. Its time to pray,  dear brother, its time to pray dear sister. Sweep, sweep, sweep things out through prayers. 

Pray it in dearly beloved and be blessed this morning. 

He took him to the highest point of the spiritual place. The pinnacle of the temple in Jerusalem. What can be more spiritual than that. That is the zenith of all spiritual knowledge, power and wisdom. At that highest point, Satan proposed a satanic action and justified the actions with scriptures. 

A common spiritual error at the highest spiritual point of a life is to spiritualise demonic actions and satanic activities. Peter had a powerful revelation about the sonship of Jesus in Mathew 16.

Verse 16-19 tells us that:

Simon Peter answered, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah!bFor this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by My Father in heaven. And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

Wao! What a spiritual level. Jesus immediately affirmed the spiritual level of Peter. He called him by his name, Simon son of Jonah, this revelation came directly from the Father in Heaven. That is the highest spiritual point of any spiritual life. To have direct access to God. And as a result of this spiritual operation, Peter gained access to the keys of the kingdom. I am sure the rest of the disciples would have been overly impressed with the spiritual status of Peter. Peter himself must have been enjoying the attention that came with his new spiritual status. 

In his spiritual state, Peter was unknowingly hijacked by satan and in verse 21-23: The bible says

From that time on Jesusc began to show His disciples that He must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things at the hands of the elders, chief priests, and scribes, and that He must be killed and on the third day be raised to life.Peter took Him aside and began to rebuke Him. “Far be it from You, Lord!” he said. “This shall never happen to You!”But Jesus turned and said to Peter, “Get behind Me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to Me. For you do not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men.”

The same man who was at highest spiritual point had received the ungodly advice of the devil concerning the  death of Jesus Christ. He took the advice spiritualised it and began to rebuke the Lord Jesus Christ. But Jesus saw through it and rebuked Satan for Peter to be free. 

Just when you are done and dusted with the wilderness, ready to breathe some fresh air of freedom, liberty and fulfillment then the devil shows up inviting you to a high place. A place where you are confronted challenged with a temptation that is difficult to resist. 

My friend, if Satan can tempt the King of Glory with the glory of this world then you will agree with me that this world has a spectacular kind of glory that is difficult to resist by natural power and might.its own glory. 

Satan recognizes Jesus and knows Him as the King of Glory before he became a fallen being.  To attempt to use the glory of this world as a bait  to entice the king of Glory suggests to me that the glory of the kingdom  of this world is one of the most powerful weapon of seduction satan has in his arsenal of destruction targeted at mighty men. 

Men who have triumphed over the world saw a greater glory and despised the glory of this world. The temptation was nothing to them. They overcame by the blood of the lamb. The cared not for their lives, the world was undeserving of them. They realize that every transaction with the world is an exchange. To swallow this bait of satan is to exchange your soul for the glory of the world. 

To fulfill  the will and purpose of God, you must be ready to overcome the temptation of the glory of the  kingdom  of this world not when you  are in the place of your assignment  but in when  God is taking you through process in your wilderness. 

Would you have believed that despite the demonstration of the supernatural power of God at the grave of Jesus which include - earthquake, angels descending to roll away the stone, the body physically out of the grave, Jesus appearing and disappearing right before their eyes, yet some of the disciples still doubted and Jesus did not bother. He left them with their doubt. He did not attempt to prove a point to those who doubted. 

He simply proceeded to say, All authority has been given to him and that was what matters. I can imagine the Lord Jesus saying: Your doubt or baseless assumption has no relevance to the authority and power that has been given to me. 

Jesus would careless about the negative opinion or doubt of his own disciples. With the power given to him, he gave them a mandate to go and take over the world. He would not wait for all to be convinced before sending them out in His authority and power. 

To attempt to prove a point would have not yielded any positive result until this day and those who would have been commissioned to do the assignment would have been held back for nothing. 
When you overcome the temptation of trying to prove a point to satisfy the desires and lust of the flesh, you careless about those who doubt, assume or even desire you to prove yourself to satisfy their carnal desires.  

Luke 4:1: Then Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,a 2where for forty days He was tempted by the devil. He ate nothing during those days, and when they had ended, He was hungry.The devil said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, tell this stone to become bread.”But Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone.

The first temptation you must overcome is the temptation to prove a point to feed your flesh! Its like Satan positioned himself at the exit  of the wilderness to prove if our Lord Jesus Christ truly understands who He is. You cannot do ministry, nor fulfill the will of God if you are unsure about your identity in God. At His baptism in Luke chapter 3, the bible tells us that the Father publicly affirmed the sonship of Jesus. He further commanded the entire creation including the devil to listen to him. But then the devil showed up, pretending not to hear the public declaration of the father Jesus his son, tempted the savior and requested him to turn stones into bread if indeed he was the son of God. 

It was a temptation to prove a point. Prove that you are anointed indeed, prove that you are called, we know God announced you but you have to prove yourself by doing something that can feed your flesh and our flesh.  The need to prove a point and justify self at the request or temptation of the accuser  has destroyed so many wonderful gifts. What other proof do you need? God announced Jesus to the world as his beloved son in whom he is well pleased and satan came up to demand a fleshly satanic proof to affirm God's declaration?  

Those who seek the approval of men would easily fall into such temptation. Many have turned stones into bread just to prove to the devil and his agents that they have been called.  If you will do valiatnly for the Lord, you must overcome this temptation.

1 Samuel 24:1-2:After Saul had returned from pursuing the Philistines, he was told, “David is in the wilderness of En-gedi.” So Saul took three thousand chosen men from all Israel and went to look for David and his men in the region of the Rocks of the Wild Goats.

As you journey through your wilderness or process to the promised land, one of the things you will experience is attack from men without a cause. People will come against you because of jealousy or envy. Some would attempt to destroy you. Saul made an attempt to kill David with a spear at least twice and planned the killing of David through his servants, Saul or his daughter in about 4 different situations. Yes, that is your most vulnerable moment. Many people would attempt to take advantage of you, people would attempt to assassinate your character, speak evil of you, mobilize people against you like Saul did to David. Saul wanted David dead at all cost. 

Saul took three thousand chosen men from Israel. Those who attempt to destroy and cause you harm always look for the choice and good men to take along with them. They go for people that could be of help to you all in the attempt to ensure that you do not survive their onslaught.  I can assure you that it is difficult to look away particularly when it seems that God has delivered this wicked people into your hands. You want revenge, you want to use the data against them, you want to expose their shame to the world too, you want to prove that they are the wicked ones, oh no! avoid those temptations, ignore them and let God execute vengeance. Vengeance belongs to God and not to you. Never act until He asks you to do so. 

In the final analysis, Saul killed himself. Another man who hurt David so deeply in the wilderness was Nabal, but in the final analysis, Nabal also died without anyone raising a finger against him. Vengeance is mine saith the Lord, let the Lord fight your battles.

Exodus 32:9-14: And the Lord said to Moses, “I have seen this people, and indeed it is a stiff-necked people! Now therefore, let Me alone, that My wrath may burn hot against them and I may consume them. And I will make of you a great nation.”Then Moses pleaded with the Lord his God, and said: “Lord, why does Your wrath burn hot against Your people whom You have brought out of the land of Egypt with great power and with a mighty hand?  Why should the Egyptians speak, and say, ‘He brought them out to harm them, to kill them in the mountains, and to consume them from the face of the earth’? Turn from Your fierce wrath, and relent from this harm to Your people.  Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, Your servants, to whom You swore by Your own self, and said to them, ‘I will multiply your descendants as the stars of heaven; and all this land that I have spoken of I give to your descendants, and they shall inherit it forever.’ ”  So the Lord relented from the harm which He said He would do to His people.

Moses successfully negotiated with God, interceded for His people and the LORD relented. Moses' anger was however triggered uncontrollably when he came down and saw what the people had done. The same man who pleaded with God not to kill then ordered the killing of at least 3000 men. 

vs.19:When Moses approached the camp and saw the calf and the dancing, his anger burned and he threw the tablets out of his hands, breaking them to pieces at the foot of the mountain.

Dearly beloved, the consequences of uncontrolled anger are grave. Out of anger, Moses smote the rock that God asked him to speak to. The rock delivered water abundantly for the people and their beasts but Moses missed the opportunity to get to the promised land.

The children of Israel were at it again, the would not even allow Moses to mourn his sister. As soon as Miriam the sister of Moses was buried in vs. 1, the people began to complain and murmur again. They wanted water again and the only way to get the water was to complain and accuse Moses again and again. Moses became so frustrated and fell on his face before the Lord and God gave him a specific instruction - speak to the rock and it will deliver the water needed.  Sadly, Moses was so angry, irritated, mad at the people. Moved by this uncontrolled anger he smote the rock. Not even once, twice… wao! That was the end. The ministry of leading God's people to the promised land ended. there. Friends, Anger is a very sensitive matter. Why? because it is a God given emotion which enables you to express your displeasure or your stand about a matter. Look at how God introduced Himself to Moses in Exodus 32:6

Exodus 32:6:And he passed in front of Moses, proclaiming, “The Lord, the Lord, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, 

Brethren until you are slow to anger you cannot abound in love. 

Do you know that as God leads you through the wilderness to your promised land, you will certainly be provoked to anger and if you do not handle it righteously, you will suffer the consequences of uncontrolled anger. The first consequence of uncontrolled anger as revealed to me by the Spirit of God is that uncontrolled anger could reduce your wall of defense and open you up to the invasion of the spirit of destruction.

Exodus 32: 19: So it was, as soon as he came near the camp, that he saw the calf and the dancing. So Moses’ anger became hot, and he cast the tablets out of his hands and broke them at the foot of the mountain.

The anger became so hot that it melted the wall of defense of the meekest man on earth and the spirit of destruction came in. The greatest treasure delivered directly from heaven, written by God, carved by God was destroyed and shattered.  Can you imagine how many things of value have been destroyed as a result of uncontrolled anger. Marriages, relationships, ministries, etc.  People have walked away from the place of destiny, despised amazing business opportunities given by God and destroyed lovely relationships that would have led to a glorious marriage simply because of uncontrolled anger. 

Uncontrolled anger has the capability to capture the productivity of the mind such that a person under the influence of uncontrolled anger forgets value. Oh yes, at that momentary time of full manifestation of anger, such a person has no value for God-ordained relationships.  

Dearly beloved, the consequences of uncontrolled anger are grave. Out of anger, Moses smote the rock that God asked him to speak to. The rock delivered water abundantly for the people and their beasts but Moses missed the opportunity to get to the promised land.

Moses’s fellowship and discussions with God suddenly came to an end. God had to send Moses away from His presence very urgently. Not because of the wrong Moses had done but because of the corruption that the Aaronic priesthood brought upond them. 

As a result, 40 days labor of fasting and praying was abruptly terminated because of the compromise of the people. You do not know what that little compromise in your heart can cause in the spirit. 

Aaron and the people were not even aware of the cost and implication of their compromise. They were unaware of the fact that what they did in natural had a negative spiritual impact on a man who was deeply transacting with God. It is one thing for your compromise to have an effect on your life and your life alone. It is another thing for your secret or public compromise to have effect on another, especially a faithful servant of Jesus who is a genuine co-laborer with God. 

How many true servant of Jesus have been pulled out of the secret place of fellowship with God because of the corruption of the leaders and the people around them. How many genuine and faithful laborers in Gods vineyard have been distracted from receiving the fullness of Gods purpose simply because of the peoples compromise with the types of Aaron in their team. 

The Aaaronic priesthood will not only pull a faithful man out of Gods presence, but will also set the stage or create an atmosphere, a situation or spiritual corruption that would destroy the gift and the testimony faithful servants of God have received from the Lord. At the sight of the peoples corruption, Moses broke the tablet of stones he had received from the Lord. Wao! Wao. 

When you read the subsequent actions of Moses, you would assume the man was crazy. 

vs.19-21:So it was, as soon as he came near the camp, that he saw the calf and the dancing. So Moses’ anger became hot, and he cast the tablets out of his hands and broke them at the foot of the mountain. Then he took the calf which they had made, burned it in the fire, and ground it to powder; and he scattered it on the water and made the children of Israel drink it. And Moses said to Aaron, “What did this people do to you that you have brought so great a sin upon them?”

Sadly, that is what the Aaronic priesthood can do. It can make the meekest man on earth behave like the wildest, most wicked man on earth.  That is what mixture and corruption can produce. It creates a platform and the corruption that could potentially damage and destroy gifts, testimonies, joy and reputation of a people who truly love the Lord.

Exodus 32:2-4:And Aaron said to them, “Break off the golden earrings which are in the ears of your wives, your sons, and your daughters, and bring them to me.”  So all the people broke off the golden earrings which were in their ears, and brought them to Aaron.  And he received the gold from their hand, and he fashioned it with an engraving tool, and made a molded calf.Then they said, “This is your god, O Israel, that brought you out of the land of Egypt!”So when Aaron saw it, he built an altar before it. And Aaron made a proclamation and said, “Tomorrow is a feast to the Lord.”  

Aaron probably believed that he would be a better leader than Moses. It was his moment of fame. He did not realize that leadership in God's house demands total surrender and yieldedness which only comes from the place of complete surrender and total faithfulness. Remember when Aaron and Miriam confronted Moses and accused him of being the only speaker of God? God showed up and said very clearly - Moses my servant is Faithful in all my house - Numbers 12:7. Sadly ,God could not say that of Aaron.  God could see through him. The ways, wisdom, skills and capabilities of Egypt were still abundant in his life. Compromise was not a problem for him. He got the power he so wanted, but imagine the mess he created just in 40 days. 

Just in 40 days, his hidden agenda and skills had enabled him to fashion a new god for the people. In the bid to impress them and come across as a good and better leader, he made the people naked before their enemies and turned them against the Almighty God.  He did not stop there, he then built an altar before the idol and proclaimed a feast unto the Lord. My goodness! So at a first glance you will see the altar of God but behind the altar of God is a graven image fashioned by Aaron. He knew how to build both. Very experienced in Deception and  carnal mixture.  

Dearly beloved, what is behind that altar you have built unto the Lord? Did you just call for a prayer meeting for your pastor? Looks like you really want to raise an altar of prayer for him right? What is behind that altar? What golden image is behind that altar of prayer you are trying to build? What is the motivation?  What unyielded skills in you fashioned that idol behind that altar? Pride? Greed? Insatiable quest for fame? Lust? Envy? Jealousy? What is in you fashioned that idol behind the altar? 

Aha! You invited people to come and have dinner in your house? You prepared a feast, a “love feast” right? But behind your so-called love feast is the idol to pollute the hearts of the people and introduce them to your idol fashioned out of the secret desires and hidden agenda in your heart.  And like the people, like the priest! Aaron the priest had the secret desires, and inner skills to mold the graven image, and the people had the raw materials - their earrings! It is like a transmitter, receiver application system. The people had something in them that appealed to Aaron and  Aaron had something in him that responded to the people’s lust. Jacob will always meet Laban.

What is in you that is always attracting you to the wrong priest, the wrong leaders in your local church? Why are you constantly drawn to the wrong, blink-blink believers in your community? What skill, or

I do not cease to wonder how the human mind can change in such a short time. In just 40 days, the people of Israel were done with Moses and His God.  It was not gossip, or hush hush discussion among them. They went straight to Aaron the assistant leader and openly spoke evil of Moses and asked him to make them another god. 

I was so pained to read how low the spoke of Moses the servant of God. Did you read what they said to Aaron (the compromising leader)? They said “for as for this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt we do not know what has become of him”.   Wao! As for this Moses!

Yes they acknowledged that Moses brought them out of the captivity, but they cared less about what had happened to him. They would not even suggest that they should go look for their missing leader if 40 days was a long wait.  At least the sons of the prophets in 2 Kings chapter 2, made some effort to look for Elijah when he was taken away. 

No not the children of Israel, they immediately wanted an alternative plan. They were glad that he was gone and they would not even care about him, his wife, his children or about Joshua that went with him. How wicked and callous!Just imagine how these people treated a man up the mountain to seek God and not a man who went on vacation.  

Same happened to Jesus. Three days away from His disciples, just three days and Peter went back fishing! The rest also went with him! You would have expected them to be praying and interceding or at least mourning! Absolutely not! They were struggling for their daily food! Wao! 

Let’s even leave the people for a while, what of Aaron?  a man who was meant to take the charge when Moses was again? Just a few questions in my mind - How come the people were so convenient to complain about Moses the servant of God? and Aaron would not even raise a standard, he would not speak otherwise, he would not challenge them, the people were comfortable to speak ill of Gods ordained authority and because the aaronic priesthood is so compromising and people pleasing, he had not form of resistance. 

Dear leader, it is a sign of compromise when people can easily walk to you and joyfully without any form of resistance complain about a leader that God has put in place of authority who is faithfully serving and seeking the face of the Lord on behalf of the people.  That people can come to you to speak low and to dishonor someone God has put in place of authority is an indication of a spiritual problem in your life. For them  to then  persuade you to compromise and seek an inferior substitute to the will, purpose and plan of God is an indication of a deep problem of the heart.

This morning lets together examine the 5th sin we must avoid as God leads us to the place He has promised us. The sin of Compromise and People pleasing.

Sadly for them, God heard it and showed up immediately to respond to their query on behalf of His faithful servant.  He summoned the three of them to a serious discussion and issued a query on why they were not afraid to speak to a man He had put in authority. 
What followed made Miriam speechless and Aaron  an intercessor.

vs.10-11:And when the cloud departed from above the tabernacle, suddenly Miriam became leprous, as white as snow. Then Aaron turned toward Miriam, and there she was, a leper. So Aaron said to Moses, “Oh, my lord! Please do not lay this sin on us, in which we have done foolishly and in which we have sinned.

He prayed and begged Moses for mercy and Moses in-turned pleaded with the Lord for His Mercy. By the time the dust would settle, Miriam was locked out of the camp and the entire congregation of Israel could not move forward. They were trapped for 7 days.  Many do not realize that rebellion (exciting as it may be) has the potential to isolate, quarantine and restrict movement in the forward direction. Many have been restrained and detained because of their rebellion to God's word, instruction, authority,  discipline etc.

Please note, that God puts things in order and any attempt to disturb divine order is met with God’s personal overwhelming superior force. God hates rebellion completely because He once had a direct experience of rebellion in heaven.  God hates rebellion in its slightest form and at every level. As a matter of fact, God banishes the rebellious to a dry land - Psalm 68:6

We live in a world that is rebellious. A generation that loves to change the order of things. A people that deliberately desires to do the opposite of God's command.   Family structures  and values have been turned upside down because of rebellion, ungodly ministries have been birthed because of rebellion. Much of the music content you find on the airwaves today are in the line of rebellion, many content you easily found around the social-media space perpetuate rebellion, sadly, many of the  professing Christians live in rebellion to God’s word, the Lordship of Jesus Christ and to God's authority set over them. 

Friends, listen to the podcast and see the danger of rebellion and why you must avoid it completely as you journey into that which God has reserved for you and your household.  The people complained and murmured so terribly that their leader was pushed to the wall. The meekest man on earth could not handle the complaint and murmuring of his people anymore. It’s either water, food or meat, there was always something to complain about.  From the frustration of the complain of his people, Moses also complained to God. He even told God to kill him immediately. That is what murmuring and complain can do. Do you know that your complain and murmur can make a man anointed by God to desire to die? Have you realized what damage your complaining about little things can cause in the life of another? 

 They cried to Moses for meat and Moses cried to God for death. Many gifts, potentials, ministries etc have probably ended because of the people’s constant and consistent complain over what does not make sense. They complain about their pastors, leaders, their spouses, the weather, children in-short about everything. 

 Moses, instead of seeking Gods strength and grace to withstand the pressure and suicidal spirit that comes with complain and murmur, he was infested with the virus of complain and began to complain. Please note that the spirit of complain and murmur is contagious. If you stay long enough around people who complain, you will certainly be contaminated and infected. You will surely and most assuredly complain too.

Moses’s complain revealed a dimension of God that Moses never knew. Immediately after his complain, the anointing (the Spirit within Him), the driving force that sustained him was re-distributed and shared to 70 people.  He probably expected encouraging words from the Lord, perhaps he wanted some gentle pat and a feeling of well-done Moses. But God did not even negotiate or discuss the matter. He immediately told Moses directly to go and gather 70 people so that the Spirit given to Moses would be re-apportioned to those men.

 When Elijah came up with similar pattern, complaining that he was the only man left etc. God reminded him that there were 7,000 reserved prophets. God immediately found a replacement in Elisha the son of Shaphat.

1st Kings 19:15-16: ….. And Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abel Meholah you shall anoint as prophet in your place. 

 Dearly beloved, many people have ended their ministry abruptly because of this subject matter. Do not only listen but please pray it in. Pray for Grace, pray for strength and ask God to do something within.

Noah began to be a farmer! A builder who received a divine pattern, interpreted it and built an ark that survived the flood. An engineer who built a ship that survived what the Titanic, a ship built by 20th century engineers could not survive finished his assignments and appointed himself to become a farmer. 

There is nothing extra-ordinary about being a builder neither is there anything bad about being a farmer. The issue here is that Noah failed to return to the Lord to receive from Him a new divine pattern for his next assignment and new life.  I believe Noah preferred to do something that could produce pleasure and enjoyment and as a farmer, he did not plant vegetables, neither did he plant potatoes. He went for a vineyard.  

His vineyard produced wine that provided temporary pleasure but alongside the pleasure came nakedness and shame that caused Noah to curse his seed. Dearly beloved, after all the great exploits and wonderful testimonies of faith, what are you becoming? What is your prayer life becoming? What is your marriage becoming? What is your relationship becoming? What is your passion for God and His kingdom becoming?

Remember, divine pattern is progressive. At the end of one kingdom assignment, at the completion of work delegated to you, you need to seek the Lord for the pattern for the next assignment. You cannot build based on the template of yesterday’s success stories. You must consistently ask him “Lord, what will you have me do.”

 You see, an unbeliever who receives a divine pattern and connects with a faithful godly man to unlock it, will live, and walk in abundance and yet a believer without a divine pattern like Jacob will have to send his own children to Egypt to beg for survival (Genesis 42).

A Joseph was needed to bring the solution to Pharaoh. Unfortunately (or fortunately), Joseph’s brothers, moved with envy, sold the righteous man who unlock divine patterns for Egypt. It was a good buy for Egypt though!

 Don’t allow envy, hatred, strife, and jealousy make you sell those who can help you unlock and implement your divine pattern. 

 Listen, be blessed, and share this with others. Also Pray it in my dearly beloved saints of God. Pray it in. 

Four very powerful lesson to forever keep in mind:

1. It was incumbent on Moses to ascend to the mountain and receive the pattern. 
2. It was the responsibility of the two men to lead the construction and implementation of the pattern received by Moses, so God called them and filled with the Spirit. 
3. It was Moses, responsibility to receive the specifics concerning their details and locate them. God gave the specific family details to avoid confusion and contention.
4. It was Moses full time responsibility to supervise and ensure that they build according to the pattern that was shown unto Him. Do not forget that the pattern was shown unto Moses and not unto the builders.

Please note that, that a man is filled with the Spirit to do great and wonderful work is not a license to start building.  God may have filled such a man or woman  with such great measure of the Spirit simply to realize the pattern He has shown unto another man - Moses. 

A common error is the craving to start something because you have the capacity, the ability, the training and the spirit is at work - Hallelujah!! Yes, you can start but if the pattern is not revealed to you , you  will build in vain. 
I have seen men who hurriedly breakaway, do their own thing, start a ministry, a prayer group, a business, a family, a project,  a career, a  singing ministry that God had not given them a pattern for.  Most if not all of them lived in regret until they retraced their steps.

I want to challenge you to query that which you are doing, or which you are about to start doing. Is there a divine pattern to guide the implementation? what are the specific details?  I pray that the Lord will strengthen and guide us as we wait upon him in the name of the Lord.

How did Jesus increase?  What is the secret of the increase of our Lord and Saviour. Oh yes, it is good to pray and seek the face of God. But prayer does not necessarily translate into an increase of stature. There are christian  groups that pray to God for days, weeks and months. In Fact I  have heard of people who live permanently on the mountain top giving  themselves to prayer and countless nights of vigils and yet have not increased in stature. 

They have no weight in the spirit, they have not grown in their walk with God. The devil has no regard for them, they have not increased in their sacrifice neither have they increased or grown in the grace of God. 

So prayer is great but the quality of your prayer life is largely determined by the desires that power your prayer life. Mark 11:24: Whatsoever thing you desire, when you pray, believe that you have received them and you shall have them.Your desire would motivate you to the place of prayer. 

The first secret desire of Jesus that increased his stature was His deep desire to do and fulfill the will of God. 

John 4:34:Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.

John 6:38: For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but to do the will of Him who sent Me.

The result of doing the will of God is clearly stated in: John 8:29: He who sent Me is with Me. He has not left Me alone, because I always do what pleases Him."

Just as we survive on food, Jesus survived by doing the will of God. Just as food gives us physical weight and energy, fulfilling the will of God gave Jesus the spiritual weight that defined the power of His ministry when He was on earth. The weight of Heaven was deployed to back Jesus up simply because Jesus lived to fulfill  the will of the father. 

Heaven will hold nothing back from a man, a woman, a youth, a child that seeks to do the will of God.  

I pray for an increase in your desire to know and fulfill all the will of God. Listen and share with others.

(2) Your stature can determine what you possess. You are certainly familiar with the story of the 12 spies. 10 returned with very terrible news of fear and failure. They were intimidated out of their inheritance because they perceived themselves as grasshoppers (men of no stature) before giants (men of great stature). The problem was not the stature of the opposition but their stature. 

Dear beloved, the promises of God written in scripture are potentially yours but not practically yours, it takes stature to translate them from the realm of “potentiality” to the realm of “reality”. 

If you do not have a stature that is superior to the stature of the giants in your promised land, you will be intimidated out of inheritance. Men and women of “Grasshopper stature” can not possess a land inhabited by giants. 

Caleb possessed the land and even at 75 was still ready to drive out the occupiers of the land because he had a different spirit. 

The quality, uniqueness and the power of the Spirit in you is a measure of your stature. Jesus in his days on earth had a measureless dimension of the spirit. For the Spirit was giving to him without measure. Therefore He increased in stature. For as he waxed strong in the spirit, there was a corresponding increase in his stature. 

(3) The success of your selection to function in this world depends largely on your stature.  Samuel the Prophet almost selected Eliab instead of David (the chosen of the Lord) because of his stature. God had to intervene and conducted a refresher course for  Samuel on how to appoint and select God’s way. Do not look at the appearance of his stature. That is what men look at but God looks at the heart is the summary of the training.

So you see that it is spiritually validated by God himself that the world’s standard of selection is based on your stature. They want to see your cv, they want to see what you can deliver. Only God will take a fisherman and turn him into an apostle that will be feared by the government. The world loves finished products. The world takes the best of Zion to build their system. Nebuchandezer did not look for the worst of zion, he wanted the best of them. Boys and children of stature. Gifted children who could learn languages etc. Dearly beloved, your selection for the job, that position, that contract etc would largely depend on your stature. And your ability to fulfill the role without compromise in this world depends on your stature in the spirit. We are in this world but we are not of this world. Ask the Lord to increase your stature so you can effectively represent the kingdom in your domain.

David was so desperate to build a temple for the Lord. He so loved the Lord that he could not afford to live in a house that is superior to the temple. So he was ready to build but the Lord prevented him. His hands were full of blood. What do you expect of a man who killed a lion, bear and Goliath of Gath at age 16. David was a war machine. He was anointed to silence the enemy of God's people. David was not just a man increased in stature to confront the enemy and dethrone principalities, he was also a man of financial stature. The Lord blessed him and increased him. 

He had resources in abundance and would not leave any liability for his son Solomon. He was not ready to be a liability either. So he prepared everything necessary for the building of the temple in abundance. David had the wherewithal to prepare all that was needed because God blessed him. He did not live in the realm of wishes. Oh I wish I could do this for the Lord, oh I wish I could go on a mission for the Lord, oh I wish I could give food to the poor, Oh, I wish I could build orphanages for those kids out there, oh I wish I could build a house for my people. 

God increased him so much that he had all that he needed to build and though he was not allowed to build it, he gathered the needed materials so that Solomon and his son could build with ease. I pray that in this season of increase, the Lord will increase you in all areas of life and you will be empowered to do all that your heart desires to do in the name of Jesus.

 At some point he was in a terrific situation and even called the Priest and demanded for the Ephod. Give me the Ephod he said. He needed a direct interaction with God that would guide his military intervention that would restore his family and home.  This man David was such a man of increased stature to the intent that as soon as he inquired of the Lord, God immediately responded without delay.  

1 Samuel 30:7:Then David said to Abiathar the priest, Ahimelech’s son, “Please bring the ephod here to me.” And Abiathar brought the ephod to David.  So David inquired of the Lord, saying, “Shall I pursue this troop? Shall I overtake them?”And He answered him, “Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all.”

David, Oh David! But do you know that you can be better. You can walk in greater dimension by the Spirit of God. Why not cry to God as you listen to this podcast and ask the Lord for multi-dimensional increase in stature.  

After being a great support and help to King Saul, David was declared an enemy of the state.  The king became envious and jealous of him and hated him. He desperately wanted to kill and destroy this young man.  David was internally and externally displaced. He had to hide in caves, mountains and valleys just to save his life. One wonderful evening, David had the opportunity to kill and destroy Saul once and for all. The man who wanted him dead was right in his hands.  His men were excited.
Just one professional  clinical strike and Saul would be history and of course David would become king in his stead.  It was their day of vengeance and they were ready to administer the vengeance with all gusto. But then David restrained them and did not allow them to rise against Saul.

Oh my! It takes maturity to respond differently to your haters when they are at your mercy. It takes increased in emotional maturity to restrain your men from  responding to that Facebook attack. It takes growth and maturity to restrain your husband, your wife, your children from responding to that fellow, in-law, colleague, friend, family relative, business partner, enemy,  etc who is busy making attempts to damage your reputation and your testimony all over the place. It takes maturity to restrain yourself like Jesus did while he was been mocked and queried before pilate.

I am increasingly burdened by what I see in our generation today. I see the joy on believers when they see another believer go down to confirm their "prophetic insight".  I see the attempt to tear each other down put the other in a bad light. 
Wao. I pray that the Lord will increase our stature to restrain ourselves and others  around and recognize that vengeance is the Lords.

At 16, David’s father could entrust his flock (business empire) into the hands of his youngest son. At 16, David had resolved not to lose one lamb to a lion. My goodness. 

Is it not already a big testimony that you came face to face with a lion and you escaped unhurt? For a man of stature, the testimony is that the Lion escaped unhurt and not one lamb was lost! Goodness! Stature.  

There is a dimension of stature you can attain in the spirit where you go after the roaring lion. A dimension where you turn not your back from anything and everything entrusted into your hands is preserved.

For everything entrusted into your hands not to fail , you must have the stature that can confront the lion and the bear that rises against you.  Dearly beloved, as you hear this morning podcast, be challenged, provoked and mad at the enemy. Go after the lion to redeem your lamb, go after the lion to take back your marriage, your ministry, your daughter, your son, your prayer life, your walk with God, your finances, go after the lion and recover your health, your joy, your home, your calling. Go, I say Go after the lion in the name of the Lord and take back what is yours in the name of Jesus. 

2 Chronicles 26:14-15:  Then Uzziah prepared for them, for the entire army, shields, spears, helmets, body armor, bows, and slings to cast stones.  And he made devices in Jerusalem, invented by skillful men, to be on the towers and the corners, to shoot arrows and large stones. So his fame spread far and wide, for he was marvelously helped till he became strong.

Sadly, he was a man of one-dimensional stature. The fame his intellectual stature brought him deceived him.  He over exaggerated his stature. Uzziah was deceived by his intellectual and technical capacities, he forgot that he was of paperweight in things pertaining to the spirit. He strayed out of order, hijacked the priestly office and went into the temple to burn incense before the Lord. The affliction of his intellectual pride and fame played a game on his mind. He became leprous. He could not hold things together anymore. He lost his kingdom and was escorted straight out of the temple and that was the end of his life and his reign.  

Dear people of God, you don't just  take on the responsibility of a teacher of the word of God because you have a Masters in religious science education.  You don't just allocate a prophetic role to yourself simply because all your dreams come to pass. Many have been struck in the spirit like Uzziah Because they allocated to themselves spiritual roles and responsibilities that they have no spiritual stature to carry.  

As for Abraham our father, he was a man of multi-dimensional stature: A man of spiritual stature (called the friend of God),  an intercessor (negotiate the destruction of a nation), a man of emotional stature (Will not strife nor contend with his younger nephew),  a true prophet (first man to be called a prophet by God), a man of financial stature (rich in livestocks, silver and gold).

Are you indeed the sons and daughters of Abraham? Do you look to him according to Isaiah 51:2? If that is true of you then you also must be a man, a woman, a youth of multi-dimensional stature.

Listen, be blessed, be changed, pray it in, share with others.

Dearly beloved, may I remind you quickly that spiritual encounters increase your stature in integrity and credibility and your capacity. Abraham declined the offer of the king of sodom without regret and walked away victoriously from the temptation.

 In a crooked and perverse world, we need men and women of stature in integrity and credibility. We seem to have a serious shortage of people who will never trade souls for goods on our altar, in our governments, in our families, in our institutions etc. Men who understand that there is no profit in the transaction that demands the soul as an exchange for goods and gains of this world. 

We need men who have built stature in the spirit, men and women who have raised their hands in absolute surrender to the King of kings and as a result cannot be compromised by the offer and appeal of sodom.

Spiritual encounters place a demand of absolute surrender that cannot be compromised by any demon, person, place or things. I have raised my hand to the Lord, God Most High, the Possessor of heaven and earth.  I have surrendered to him so there is nothing else that would matter to me. Keep your goods and I will keep my soul. Hallelujah… That is stature in the spirit. Keep your goods and I will keep my integrity. Keep your goods and I will keep my testimony of faith.

Elijah did not issue an empty command, he spoke from the place of where he stood in the spirit. 

1 Kings 17:1:And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, As the LORD God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.

Elijah stood before the LORD God of Israel in his days. He was a man of spiritual stature. He had access to the mind of God because he stood before Him. He spoke from the understanding and knowledge of what he gleaned from the presence of the Lord.  Where you stand in the Spirit determines your spiritual stature.  And your spiritual stature will to a large extent determine what will respond to your command in the physical realm. This is a call for God's people to return and take their place in the spirit.

Be blessed by this wonderful podcast that has increased my desire  to stand before my God! Listen, pray it in and don’t keep it to yourself. 

He laughed and said to me politely, Pastor T, there is no Apostle living in my area. I did not get his point at first. I insisted on making an effort to describe this apostle because he was quite famous as far as I am concerned. And he laughed even harder and said Pastor T, if there is an apostle how come I have never heard of him nor have i heard of any spectacular  wonder of God associated with the lives of Apostles documented in the bible. 

Do you know the response of the people in  Thessalonica when one Apostle Paul and another disciple Silas entered into that city?

Acts 17:5But some of the Jews were jealous, so they gathered some troublemakers from the marketplace to form a mob and start a riot. They attacked the home of Jason, searching for Paul and Silas so they could drag them out to the crowd.b Not finding them there, they dragged out Jason and some of the other believersc instead and took them before the city council. “Paul and Silas have caused trouble all over the world,” they shouted, “and now they are here disturbing our city, too. 

So how can it be that we have so many prophets, apostles and most importantly disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ in a city yet there is no fire, no uprising, no souls are saved? What are we missing?  Lets sit at his feet as we round up the year with the Lord and let him lay his yoke and his burdens on us. Be blessed with a very happy celebration of your Christmas and see you again on Tuesday!

As soon as I saw the man, the Lord spoke the following words into my heart “men in darkness are able to give up their comfort to perpetrate their evil and satanic agenda but my people look for every form of excuses to avoid leaving their comfort zone to stand in sacrifice and  reclaim their city, their families and the land by the power at work in them.” 

Acts chapter 10 tells us of how Cornelius, a gentile centurion was consistent in sacrifice to God over a period of time even when he did not know the Lord. He prayed and gave alms and even fasted until his sacrifice provoked a physical visitation of an angel who came specially from heaven to give him the address of a man called Peter in Joppa that he never met nor heard of.  My dear, how many tongue speaking believers have experienced a physical intervention or visitation of angels in our generation like Cornelius did? What positioned him for such divine encounter? His Sacrifice! 

Dearly beloved, what is the demand of sacrifice that heaven has laid upon your heart? I want to remind you by these words that therein lies the power of God. 

We have a generation that loves to claim and collect the anointing and graces of the great servant of Jesus. Their anointing we love, the fame we desire, the power we covet, but their sacrifices we reject. 

Do you know that Pentecost would not have  become a reality without the sacrifice of men who waited in the upper room for 10 days. They earnestly desired that which was spoken by Joel the prophet. The prophecy was not new to Peter. He was fully aware of the details of the prophecy spoken centuries before. The prophecy however remained unfulfilled until Peter and his brethren resolved to satisfy the condition of the required sacrifice “Go and wait in Jerusalem”.  
What was prophesied would require much more than a hurriedly put together 30 minutes gathering of disciples in the synagogue. It would stretch them beyond 3 days encounter meeting. 

Once they met the spiritual requirement of their sacrifice, the Holy Spirit showed up suddenly and they were completely transformed.  Oh dearly beloved, as the year 2023 comes to an end, what is the demand of sacrifice upon your life?  

Listen, be blessed and strengthened by His Word! We love you.

First, a little girl confronted him and he denied. Another little girl identified the great apostle as he made attempt to disguise  and hide himself among the people in a bid to avoid the pain of the cross.Again, Peter denied ever knowing Jesus.

While making effort to blend with the world, another  group of people  confronted him with his manner of speech and then, Apostle began to curse to defend his position of never knowing the Lord. 

Finally, a rooster (a male domestic fowl) had to send a convicting signal before Apostle Peter came to His senses. Then the apostle was convicted deeply and wept bitterly. The pain of being convicted by an animal far outweighs the pain of cross. 

Thank God for the Lord who prayed for his restoration before it all happened. Thank God for a second chance. Dearly beloved, when a man fail to descend through the cross, when a life fail to surrender and heed the warning of the Saviour, such a man might be left alone. When the conviction of the Holy Spirit no longer has effect upon a life, a chicken or a donkey might be used to fire a warning signal.  

 If any man will follow me Jesus said, let him take up his cross daily… There is no way around the cross. Surrender completely to the cross and be raised up in power and glory. When Peter recovered, he joyfully requested to be crucified on the cross upside down according to church history. 

John 12:24: Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.

The principle of the kingdom is that the fruitfulness of a surrendered life is realized through death. 
Galatians 6:14: The cross is the heavenly tool by which we are crucified to the world and the world is crucified unto us. There is no way around the cross. To be fruitful in the kingdom, the cross is that tool that will deconstruct you so that you can be reconstructed in power, glory and authority. The cross takes you down, so that you rise and raise others as you rise. When He descended and ascended, He led captivity captive and gave gifts unto all men. 

In this discourse, we examine what happens to a man or woman who fails to descend. What happens to a life that attempts to avoid the pain of the cross.  Using Peter the disciple of Jesus as a case study this morning, I pray that you will appreciate the place of the cross in your life. I pray that you will surrender completely so that the cross can accomplish its intended work and realize the purpose of God in your life.

• Peter and the apostles ascended into the upper room to receive the promise of the Spirit

When you ascend, you will without fail receive something for yourself and your generation. Friends, it's time to ascend and go upwards.  To ascend is first to descend and the cross is the tool with which God will take you down so you can ascend and become relevant in your generation.  Are you ready?

Today we examine the 4th, 5th and 6th tests of the cross. The test of denial, despise, rejection, mockery and pain.  

Isaiah 53:3:He is despised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.

I believe the Lord that this will surely bless, encourage, challenge and prepare you. For the Lord will sustain you and carry you through as you carry your cross to follow on His footsteps.  

Mark 8:34:And when He had called the people unto Him with His disciples also, He said unto them, “Whosoever will come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.

The cross is one of the tools with which God works on His own people.  There are 8 levels of test  of the cross that every true follower of Jesus must go through. I pray that the Lord will help us as we give attention to these deep words that God has used to accomplish great works in me.

You need to experience this dimension of Gods working tools. It will keep you alive and healthy in Him. Be blessed and share with others.

As a spiritual working tool the word of God can come as hammer and fire. The fire melts and the hammer perform the works of deconstruction for reconstruction and reformation. The Word of God is sent by God to accomplish a specific purpose of God in His people. You do not determine what expression of the Word of God is sent to you. All you need to do is to receive the word of God with meekness so that the Word can accomplish the purpose of God. 

The fire takes out the impurities that could potentially clog the channels and chambers of your spirit which will subsequently prevent you from receiving the fullness of that which has been allocated to you. 

I can assure you my dear that if you receive the Word of God without negotiation, you will without fail rise in value. The value  and impact of Isaiahs life and ministry rose and found relevance in the New Testament and up until now because the coal of fire that was picked with a tool (a tong) by an angel before the altar of God was laid on his bare lips. It was not a cosmetic arrangment, it was a direct impartation that melted away the impurities and the uncleaness of his lips. Thereafer his life and ministry found relevance in the ministry of Jesus who is the WORD himself.  The fire that comes with the word will be your propelling force that will launch you beyond the natural realms. Let His word come to you as a HAMMER  and as FIRE. Hallelujah. 

When Isaiah saw the Word in the fullness of His glory, he saw the exact reflection of Himself. Thank God he saw the mirror early enough. What would have happened if Isaiah had only seen himself in the 64th chapter of his  life? Thank God he saw himself in chapter 6 and had enough room to make amends. The Word works as a mirror, not only to show you what is wrong, but also to encourage your heart as you progressively grow to be changed into His Image. Listen, be blesssed and share with others.

 The resurrected savior could not work with His own disciples until He first worked within them. In Mark 16:14 – He worked in them by rebuking their unbelief and the hardness of their heart and thereafter sent them out to the field to do His work. Verse 20 tells us that and they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord WORKING with them and confirming the word through the accompany signs. Amen.

Do not underestimate the need for grace upon your lips. Life, ministry, marriage, relationship, business, career, connections will never remain thesame when your words  minister grace to the hearer. 

Proverbs 22:11:He who loves purity of heart And has grace on his lips, The king will be his friend.
Purity of heart is excellent, it must however be coupled with grace on your lips for your life and the things you do to become attractive to the kings of the earth.  Paul knew the urgent need of this subject and he requested for prayer in Ephesians 6:19 saying:  Pray for for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel.

No wonder the deputy consular desired to hear him, Agrippa could not resist the words that came freely out of Paul. He was almost persuaded to believe.  Paul found grace for his lips through prayers.

 I am pleased to inform you that there will be no Revival Cry Podcast until the 1st week of August. My sincere prayers for you this morning dearly beloved is that God will send His angels to uproot whatever tare the enemy has planted around your life such that the work committed into your hands in this second half of the year will aggressively prosper and move forward in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Every move of God is an attraction for satanic agents and the goal is to dim the brightness of the shining and burning light installed within you.  Until the tares are gathered out, the righteous can not shine forth in the kingdom of their father. Yes, they are in their fathers kingdom, yes they are righteous, but the intensity of their burning can be compromised and reduced with an order of magnitude if tare has been planted to short-circuit the installed connections and wiring that would have guranteed the brightness of their light.  Men, women, ministries, families, designed to be global burners have been dimmed by satanic tares planted while men slept.  Our Lord Jesus has given us a pattern on how to deal with such satanic dimmers so that the brightness of the shining can be fully restored. 

Mathew 13: 41-43 The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.   Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!

Do not forget that gentiles are only mandated to come to your light and kings to the brightenss of your rising according to Isaiah 60:5. If your light is dim however, there will be nothing for the gentiles to come to. What brightness would attract the kings into your life and ministry if the tares successfully short-circut your spiritual connection? They prayer mandate for this morning is simple and clear: Lord send your angels, you reapers to gather out every tare in and around my life, family, relationship, minnistry, calling so I can shineforth and manifest the light of the kingdom.

One of the most deadly, sophisticated strategy of the enemy is to plant satanic seeds that produces tares around your life when you are completely unaware. 

The man  laboured to plant good seeds and afterwards went to sleep. He woke up and everything was normal but when it was time to harvest and enjoy the fruit of his labour, then the tares appeared. Confusing isn’t it? Even the servants of the good man were shocked.
 My wife and I have handled several marital challenges by the grace of God. One phrase we commonly hear is this:   "My spouse was never like this. "
Oh no, he was not. He just suddently changed. I have heard parents say this of their children.  I did not raise my son like this. Never did I raise my daughter like that. She just suddenly changed. Oh yes, a tare was planted while men slept.  

Like the servant of this good man, the mistake we often make is to attempt to deploy brute force to gather out the tares and in the process we destroy everything.

Friends, it is difficult for you to solve a problem that you do not know the source. Such operation is delicate, sophisticated and requires some level of precision and accuracy to resolve. That is the work of Angels. They are reapers. They know how to deal with mixture. They are highly experienced in isolating and threshing out those things that were planted and suddenly appears at your harvest. 

Angels are reapers my friend, you can ask the Master to send His angels to gather out everything that was secretely planted to rip you off.  Until this is done, you may not be able to shine in the kingdom of your father. Oh yes!  Pray the Lord to send His reapers, His angels to gather out all that has been planted in any form to dim the brightness of your shining.

Angels are positioned to attract you to desire to pay attention to the supernatural things that will position you for the call of God.
The burning bush experience of Moses was organised by the angel of the Lord. It was not to excite Moses, or make Moses flex his spiritual muscles as the next supernatural force in Midian. Oh no! It was a spiritual attraction set up by reason of angelic activities to get the attention of Moses that would launch him into the deeper things of God.

When Moses saw the burning bush, he decided to pay more attention and when God saw that undistracted heart and mindset, God proceeded further to call Him and there the spiritual engagement between Moses and God commenced. 

May you experience Angelic activities that would position you for the deeper things of God.

vs.19: 20 And the angel of God who went before the camp of Israel, moved and went behind them and the pillar of cloud went from before them and stood behind them.  So it came between the camp of the Egyptians and the camp of Israel. Thus it was a coud  and darkenss to the one and it gave light by night to the other, so that the one did not come near the other all that night.

After 430 years of bondage and oppression, the children Isreal finally secured their freedom. On their way to the promise land, Pharaoh mobilized his chariots and weapons of war to pursue hard after them. Right before Moses and the children of Israel was the Red Sea and behind them was a battalion of one of the most skilled military force in the world at the time.  Not knowing what to do, Moses cried out to the Lord and Exodus 14:15-25 tells us that, Gods first instruction to Moses was to - GO FORWARD. As soon as Moses moved forward with the people and there was a very clear seperation between the people and the egyptian army, the angel of the Lord that was before them relocated and took a position between the egyptian army and Gods people.  

Dear friends, Angels are deployed to protect you and keep you from the destructive intention of the enemy but before the angels can take a clear position against your enemy, you must go forward. Angels cannot take a clear position when there is mixture.  Until Lot was forced out of sodom, Angels could not execute judgement in Sodom. Until you are separated, until there is a clear demarcation, a very clear gap between you and Babylon,  between your desires and the appeals of sodom and Egypt, Angels cannot be deployed to take a very clear position that would favour you. 

You must first go forward in your walk of faith, in your prayer life, in your conviction to live for God, in your passion for service to God, you must first go forward regardless of the pursuit of Egypt  and when there is a clear separation between you and the world, Angels will take a position in your favour and to the disadvantage of the enemy. GO FORWARD!

1. Preparation for His conception was done by the ministry of Angels,
2. Propagation of His birth was accomplished by the ministry of Angels,
3. Ministration in the wilderness was done by the Ministry of Angels
4. Preservation of His strength before the cross was done by the Ministry of Angels
5. Resurrection - The ministry of Angels rolled the stone at the tomb away
6. Glorification - While He ascended two angels stood as our Lord Ascended to Glory

The purpose of this series is that God will send His Angels again and we will walk and live in the consciousness of the spiritual benefit of interacting with these amazing supernatural being sent to help, support, strengthen, and prepare us.

Since we have been challenged by the Lord to pray for the active participation of the ministry of angels in our lives, we have seen tremendous results and testimonies. Deuteronomy 33:23 says: And of Naphtali he said: “O Naphtali, satisfied with favour, And full of the blessing of the LORD, Possess the west and the south.”

1 Samuel 2:26: 26 And the child Samuel grew on, and was in favour both with the Lord, and also with men.people.

Luke 2:52 says : And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.

Don’t just listen and be blessed, please pray along until the word becomes a reality in your life. 

“Now godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content.”

One great attribute of men truly called by God is “contentment”. You cannot walk with God if you are not a man content with what God has given you. 
Do you know that Moses eat bread and was content to live with Jethro? He was satisfied to abide with Him. He was not looking for a five star treatment. So many have "delisted" themselves from the register of greatness because of the lack of contentment.

Dearly beloved of God, godliness with contentment is a great gain. Do not set an expectation on your reward. Do not expect someone to sell all his household so as to express gratitude. Be content with the heart and spirit of gratitude. Jethro offered bread but in that bread, was a great wife that would also help him in ministry.

Many people have quenched the spirit by their ingratitude. To quench is to put off. To turn off, to extinguish something that is burning so hot. 
Today we will examine in this discourse why God gave you the Spirit of Power,  how many have become powerless, and how You can Revive the Spirit of Power within.

Nehemiah 5:11: Restore, I pray you, to them, even this day, their lands, their vineyards, their oliveyards, and their houses, also the hundredth part of the money, and of the corn, the wine, and the oil, that ye exact of them. 12Then said they, We will restore them, and will require nothing of them; so will we do as thou sayest. Then I called the priests, and took an oath of them, that they should do according to this promise.

There are certain things that cannot be restored without the prophetic intervention of someone with higher spiritual authority to demand for it.  Sometimes you may require a collective force of people coming together as the church of Jesus to demand for the restoration. The restoration of Peters freedom had to initiated by people who came together to pray and collectively demand for it. Don’t fight alone, God has given you people to speak for you, God has given you the church to issue the command.  And Today, in the name of Jesus Christ I proclaim a complete restoration of all that was taken from you to the smallest detail. 

One spiritual principle about restoration is that someone must stand to  demand for it. If no one demands for restoration, the devil will never give back what he has stolen. The devil is not that civil. He has no capacity to repent so never expect him to politely return what he stole. Some with a superior supernatural force or one standing on the shoulder of The one with a superior fire power must demand for the restoration of what the thief took.

Today you can be the person standing to declare the restoration of that and those who are bound and locked up in spiritual prison houses. Enough is enough. Listen, be blessed and share with others.
