So, when we work with athletes leading into college, I know what they're going to experience. So therefore we lift them somewhat similar to how they're going to lift in college, even though we'll still have the individualisation and so forth, but we're going to lift them the way they expect to lift when they get there. That way they're also prepared physically..."
