They’re the three building blocks focused on guiding and protecting your Mission Statement and enhancing the professional and personal leadership of those you lead!

Vision & Vision Factors
As the leader of a company, what’s your vision for your organization? If you’re a leader of a team, what’s your vision for your team? When you don’t know, how are your people supposed to?

After Vision comes The Vision Factors — the 3–5 things that when done consistently, make the Vision take care of itself!

Expectations
What are your Expectations for your People?
Your answer doesn’t have to be long, and I implore you to keep it as short as possible.

Rules
You don’t need many, but if you don’t have any, you won’t be leading for very long!
Rules are necessary in our lives as professionals, as parents, and in society, or chaos would ensue!

In 2014, Ms. MacDonald transitioned into the newly created role of Director of Training. In this role, Ms. MacDonald developed a department that is entirely responsible for all company-wide training programs.

Currently, Ms. MacDonald leads PRGs Training & Marketing Departments. Additionally, Ms. MacDonald is responsible for overseeing PRGs policies and procedures program, PRGs customer satisfaction program, PRGs learning management software, new hire onboarding, PRGs Subject Matter Expert Programs and ongoing training throughout the PRG portfolio.

Ms. MacDonald received her BS in Business Management from North Carolina State University. She holds the Certified Apartment Manager credential (CAM) and is a member of the NAAEI faculty.

When Ms. MacDonald is not training PRGs future leaders, you can find her exploring the great outdoors with her husband, adorable daughter, and their dog, Parker.

Also, Jim's time in Congress proved to be impactful as he sponsored the 1996 law to overhaul the state’s welfare system, and was the lead legislator on the state’s “Growing Smarter” land use legislation signed into law by Gov. Ridge in 2000.
