Coaches don't know what to do with them, short sticks want to do nothing but pepper them, if they get a warm up they've done well and lets face it once we've given them out 2minutes of goal keeping knowledge were at a bit of a loss of what to do next. 

Will addresses all aspects of the position and then some. I went into this episode really hoping that there was some logic to coaching goalies, that you can take anybody and apply a set of rules or a training regime to them and you can turn them into a shot saver. After talking with Will however i'm starting to realise that goalies are most probably born and not made. Where they're born however is another question! 

Thanks to Will for coming on the show, he's a real unique character and I loved picking his brain and having a chat with him.
